HyunBin's acting was so on point that I actually forget that he's even acting. It was as though I was watching Yoo Jinwoo's life documentary. I loved that the writer made romance the secondary plot as the fantasy and gaming element itself is already enough to make the drama engaging. Good drama, not the best, but still highly recommended to those contemplating to watch. One tip though, skip the last episode entirely or just imagine that it never existed. You'll thank me later ;)
I kept wondering what the storyline would be like if KJH did not leave the show. The real story, before KJH decided to leave. I hope they will do a remake of this show in the future. This drama has so much potential.
I love this! Thank you for sharing your thoughts :)
I went and stalked all your other reviews, and I agree with all of your ratings! I think we have the same train of thoughts :) I love all of your high-rated dramas and I do think that most popular dramas are overrated.
I look forward to read more reviews from you!
Psst... are you going to review NY's new drama, The Crown Princess? I just finished this drama recently and would love to hear your thoughts on this ;)
I love everything about this drama (though I suspect my obsession with Fujigaya Taisuke might influenced my interest in this drama). I think this drama is worth watching if you love flawed main characters and their struggles to overcome those flaws. I personally never watched the taiwanese ver, so I cannot compare between the two adaptations.
yep he is up for this month check out my profile to see who I am writing about btw loved him as Nagisa in Assassination…
Glad to hear that! I'll be looking forward for your new stalker's guides series :) Oh and can I recommend you these actors for your next articles :) (they are my absolute favs and I love all their acting stints) -Yamazaki Kento (Heroine Disqualified, A Girl And Three Sweethearts, L-DK, Ookami Shoujo To Kuro Oiji) -Fukushi Sota (Strobe Edge, Library Wars movie series) -Takeru Satoh (Ruroni Kenshin movie series, The Liar and His Lover, Bakuman)
Can I recommend for you to try and make a stalker's guide for one of my favourite Japanese actor/idol, Yamada Ryosuke of Hey!Say!Jump! He's very talented in acting and had received several awards. Thank you :)
One tip though, skip the last episode entirely or just imagine that it never existed. You'll thank me later ;)
They already told us what would happen at the start of this drama tho TT
