All in all this was disappointing: the interesting idea of 4 women friends was ruined by their stupidity especially the widow/mother who takes the gold medal for making bad decisions. The best was Eun Soo. I saw other dramas by this director and he should stick to original work not remakes of BBC series....A wasted opportunity!

My Country: beautifully done drama but what a horrible, tragic though unavoidable ending... it stayed with me for days and I couldn't watch anything else. It was one of the first dramas I watched and I had the music on my playlist but couldn't listen to it! I hated this experience and therefore I make sure to check the ending of dramas tagged romance in order not to relive the sadness!

Yes so true.: JKH's haircut is so awful (second worst hair after Fated to Love You Jang Hyuk's !) that it's distracting me from paying attention to the plot.... Also what's with overacting JKH? He is usually more subtle...
He sleeps around and then acts righteous when he suspects her who never did anything. Hypocrite ! The movie is ok but nothing new: it explores a relationship stuck in the mundane daily life....where do we go from here?
This is so different from your usual Kdrama rom com. It is a story about adults mostly behaving as adults. The mockumentary style is unfortunatelly almost completely dropped halfway through. Lovestruck In The City looks and feels like a web drama. It is not necessarily bad but it is odd. An ok watch! With the funniest PPL ever seen!!!
A REMAKE OF LUTHER!?! Why?! You can't remake perfection, it is unique! This is probably good if you haven't seen the original! The two leads here cannot measure up to Luther and Alice! They lack the charisma, the chemistry, the mood.... Sorry, I'm dropping this! Two episodes were enough! I prefer the original over pale copy!
Such a surprise, this drama....definitely not what I expected! Great acting, great story, great comedy, great music....only one thing missing: a bit of romance ! 9/10

Thank you for the info. Is it because those are Netflix series and they are trying to turn Kdramas into western series with multiple seasons? Darn it! If i had known i wouldn't have picked it up again after dropping it after the first endless and confusing episode!
Yes there are a couple things wrong with this drama! The romance: why are the female love interests in these dramas usually so annoying? This has a romance tag but it is so unconvincing and therefore has nothing to do in this great crime drama! And that policeman: so convinced that he knows everything and that he is right about everything but doesn't see what's right before his eyes.... Everything else is just perfect! I guess they wanted to give the viewers something to complain about!
