Both are short korean mini dramas that also discuss more serious topics/social problems and kind of teach the viewers to stick up for themselves. Both have romantic and comedic elements as well. The overall tone feels similar. The screenwriter is the same too.

While certainly different in tone and story they both include a younger male/older female romance starring the same actress as the female lead. Theyre short korean mini dramas as well.

Both are korean mini dramas with romance and friendship aspects that mostly center around the life of three friends. Also, both male leads from its okay to be sensitive appear as male leads in just one bite and their characters are similar too. One portrays nice male leads while the other is involved in an older woman/younger man relationship and is very protective. Theyre available to watch on youtube.

Both korean films focus on a family in which problems arise because of the supposed grave of the father. Move the Grave is about moving the grave to receive money, a decision some in the family have conflicting feelings on. Man of National Merit is about a father who is not given the honour and a burial ground that is to be selled.

Both are very quirky comedy movies with unique and interesting creative direction. They also place a sismance in the centre where one of the two girls is rowdy/yankee-ish.

The last segment of persona (walking at night) and made up story share not only the same director but a few other things as well. Theyre short films basically shot in black and white and centering around a dialogue, not much else happens apart from the two characters having a meaningful, philosophical conversation. Theyre calm in tone and slow. The theme in both is grief, death of a lover which is being explored through dreams or at least not reality.

Zhang Yimou directed movies about young love with a tragic element. The characters fall in love quickly and unconditionally.

Coming of age movies about the relationship (mostly platonic, romantic tension, there are feelings) between an academic underachiever/rowdy male lead and a smart female lead who start to be involved with one another through school and also study and spend more time together. Both movies end with a time skip to the present.

Both are filipino movies that can be viewed on youtube for free. The story the characters from write about love are writing is also similar to im drunk i love you in a few ways, both focus on an already established relationship (in im drunk i love you its platonic, in write about love romantic) and the female lead sings so theres a few musical numbers. Also, the male lead/writer is introduced to be the writer of a movie called im drunk i hate you , so an obvious refrence to this film.

Korean comedic, family centred movies about a semi established man who now has to deal with his child (that he didnt know about) showing up at his doorstep. He rejects it at first but his off spring remains persistent. Cute child actors.

Korean comedies where a little boy living with his biological mum sets out to connect to his other biological parent, who, frankly speaking, wasnt even aware of the childs existence and are bothered by their clingyness. It follows their interactions and has romantic, dramatic elements but stays mostly comedic.
