a male lead after my heart , he is way too awsome .althought cliche with a an obviously "fake" cg ,…
actually i was taulking about the overall drama , although a perfect male lead falling in love at first is nothing new , i've seen a lot of them specially in novels and mangas but you are right he is quit refreshing specially the reason why he felt in love with her
this drama's saving grace was the cinematography , the ost , the whole military "concept"and definetly the characters(a male lead who is not a jerk , a stalker or an abusive badboy , a female lead who is brilliant at what she does , who is unapologetically ambisious.... ) , the problem is that the supposedly touching scenes felt quit staged , fake , sometimes overly dramatic and other times very shallow . i couldn't feel the realness of their "big" love but that's mostly because song hye kyo was a big miss for me in this .the real problem though was the repetitiveness of the plot .
i think i underestimated this drama in the beginning , i didn't think it would have been this heartwarming , touching and real , i absolutely loved the character's development specially that of jihoon's mother , maybe the premise of the story is cliche but their relationship , their love , how they delt with the sickness was anything but that it was so mature and raw and intence and very very real .the cinematography and the visuals were absolutely stunning and the trio's chemistry was out of this world .
10/10 this one is for lee jae han one of my all time favorite drama heros ,he was simply a very nice , very human , vey brave man who loved and hated , and cried and got angry and tought of other people's lives more preciously than he tought of his , words can't describe how much i love him .
although quit cliche the nostalgic atmosphere , the cute friendship/ romance and the amazing chemistry made it such an enjoyable and heartwarming watch , +1 for the ost .
