This overall was a nice watch. It could've used longer running time to help develop the story more. I really loved the effects and sets they used, wish they had more fighting using their powers. Would love to see this broken into multiple parts like they did with Rurouni.

Her dad talked about a mundane moment, a slice of life, that was beautiful and cherished. I found it so true and close to the heart. Small moments where we are with our loved ones enjoying each other's company are the most precious and dear.

Just started ep1 and it hit me like a ton of bricks. I didn't read much about it beforehand. I was crying when he asked for his dad. Certainly captivating.
Well great, now on ep5 and I'm crying like a baby at 12am.

This had me in stiches XD I really liked it. I'm not for sequels or 1.5s but this was good. It can be a stand alone too.

What a punch in the gut.. for her probably the passage of time has softened the blow with less devastating heartache.

Talk about constant foreshadowing! This genre is not my cup of tea but this was so good!

I teared up and have a lot of mixed emotions. I actually liked this and while not too keen on YaYa's role in this, overall it was good. I'm glad Beam got a node at the end. Just too young and gone too soon.

That makes sense. What gave her away to me was the fact she kept how she grew up and made it through a secret even after her parents' case was solved. But the the lawyer getting killed is what still not clear to me.

I honestly I'm not sure. I'm confused as to why was the lawyer killed and why would X be the one to order the kill. It is certainly a good drama!

Overall I like it. The settings, acting and overarching story were well done. I think they ended on a a strong note, I was really hooked and kept second guessing myself.

So one 2 things I'm stuck on why Qi Ming killing the lawyer was sus to Situ? Also my understanding is that X didn't know Mo Wan was also part of the group, so he wouldn't be doing her a favor. The three people that had to die were the actor, the drunkard, and X. I understand the actor said that the way things work is if you don't kill your target, someone else will die. Mo Wan foiled X attempt to kill Situ, but he wouldn't have had time to hire a killer to kill the lawyer since he died (he did the hiring before hand).
Anyone who understood why the lawyer was killed and why Situ figured it was Mo Wan (other than the cellar thing), please enlighten me.
