Thanks for accpeting my friend req
SKK Scandal was brilliant. Seems like a lot of dramas ending on 'scandal' are worth watching ^^ Though Capital Scandal is quite unknown in comparison. I think there is also a drama called Last Scandal, though I don't know what that is about.
I've seen you've got my absolute fav in your ptw list. Secret Garden. A must see really ;)
Also, if you liked My girlfriend is a gumiho you might want to give the period drama Arang and the magistrate a chance. They both have a that element of fantasy/mystic and I quite liked the main lead, which is the same in both. It's an enjoyable watch. But I might be inclined to support Aya97's comment on Kimi wa Petto. It's a Manga turned drama and brilliant. Watch the japanese version first mind. The Korean version is not as good by far.
How was the Thieves?
chinese period dramas have a tendency to be lengthy. But chinese story writing is usually much better, so that the additional episodes only add to the enjoyment, rather than making it slow.
I loved it! Many people don't seem to like it and at first I thought "Oh it's anoter comedy romance but in…
I totally agree. The OST (especially the themes) were amazing. I really enjoyed Kang Ji Hwan, he is one of my favourite actors, and just portrayed the dandy so well ;) The theme and setting make it unique and I wonder how people cannot love it.
My, what a killing spree in ep 16 XD
I loved this drama. It's like nothing else, which makes it worthwhile just for the theme. I love Kang Ji Hwan. He is a brilliant actor. Though some parts are slightly (but really just a little) slow- the overall experience was well worth it! Especially the beginning was very humorous and enjoyable. Later the independence fight is more in the foreground but that is okay, since it is what the drama is all about.
I totally agree with you as far as The Moon that embraces the sun is concerned. The young cast was so brilliant!
The age difference in MGG between Lee Seung Gi and Shin Min Ah is neglectable. Three years is nothing really.
And Lee Min Ho tends to get paired up with older women. He works well with them, is my opinion. (We'll see in Heirs whether he also works well without the age difference!) I Loved him in Faith. Kim Hee Sun is 10 years his senior and they still had great chemistry.
If you look at Jiro Wang (31) and Su Li Wen (25) (currently in the tversion of You're beautiful) I blame the age difference for the lack of chemistry. Though I love Jiro Wang ;)
I really really want to like this. It's got some great actors in it. So much potential, so much bromance. but why- why?? do they always have to ruin the female lead??? She is so immature and boring. I really don't see how such a girl could ever be involved a relationship. Let alone a triangle. A stronger character for the female lead could have made this into a really good drama.
I'm so sad that many of you doesn't like this version and thinks it's corny. (If you haven't even watched until…
Things do pick up, and some scenes were nicely done in ep 7 so that I really look forward to ep8, but still I find there is no chemistry between Jiro Wang and Su Li Wen. I am sorry, I really ship Jiro here, but these two aren't well matched.
First episode in which Jeremy was not totally creepy- Actually Yo Evan acted quite naturally in ep 7 and now I DO look forward to his confession. I was a bit disappointed by his character so far. He was not well done in the t version. But now things may turn around for him. The bus scene is one of my favourites by far in the whole drama! Although this is the first time I root for the 1st male lead instead of Jeremy. GO Jiro Wang!
Joo Won did a good job in the moon that embraces the sun. I've not seen any of Jong Il Woo's works therefore I can't compare.
Not a huge fan of Lee Seung Gi here, Cha Seung Won might have complemented Ha Jo Won much better in King2Hearts. Though that was still a great drama, since Lee Seung Gi actually managed to get across the princes inexperience and childish manner quite well.
I bet everybody is glad that Hyun Bin got the role of Joo Won in SG. He had great chemistry with Ha Ji Won and the drama awesome.
I never liked the f4 series much- so I don't mind who played the lead role. I just think its one of LMH weakest works.
As far as Faith is concerned: Lee Min Ho will never become my favourite actor. Frankly because I think he doesn't have that much skill. But I liked him in Faith. He was well matched with Kim Hee Sun. But maybe one of the others would have made this a better drama.

About every second time I am on MDL I come to your profile to watch the 2PM gif. I have it myself and I could easily just go to check out the whole vid on youtube... but it just cracks me up to watch the silent gif XD
well I'm currently watching it but i think it's kinda boring.. like the events are too slow for me, i dunno what…
I just dropped it. Eun Hye is one of the few actresses I really don't like (apologies to all fans) and this story is just too much like BBF (F4). And I already sat through that slow torture.
im unsure whether to drop this drama. i want to keep watching hoping it will get better but ive seen up to ep…
I enjoy Jiro Wang as male lead, but I just can feel he has no connection to the female lead. They seem so awkward together... She really wasn't well chosen-
Is it so hard to find a cute blonde guy who could play Jeremy? I know LHK is one of a kind but I bet there are…
lol i think the two of us have to go a long way to find people who agree with us. Most people prefer the colourful korean version, with poor LHK who had about as much character depths as a marshmallow (that is not to say, I didn't like him. He's just not my favourite) I thought HY was way more original and had more personality which made him much more likeable^^

Geol-oh & Yeo-rim *squeel* Loved these two
I am looking forwards to ep5 for now, will have to see how this develops.
