After seeing this drama listed on 'Top 2022 dramas on MDL', I had to give it a try. Man does it live up to its rating. Binge watched it all in 1 night. It's also rare for Tencent to put out a drama that is 15 episodes long and still have the story be so well-executed.

Binge watched the final remaining episodes and dayum... what a cliff-hanger like Joy of Life. Bring on Season 2! Sad to see that Guard Geng was the only one in the circle that died. But the bandit arc went on for so long while the war episodes were like only 3-4 episodes long.
