good to see them go against the "couple getting together only by the end" but I also don't see any plot that could fill these 6 episodes 😅
I think it was either grade 1 or grade 2.
The situation with Gyu Rae made me angry, I feel extremely bad for this child. He is just 14, but got so much shit because of the mentors' poor judgement. Like, he literally told them he only learned stretching basically, like not the dance moves, the the moves that help you expand your reach more and control your body. And he did not even sing, only rapped in his performance. The mentors completely failed this child by giving him grade one, laughing about it, and then being disappointed and scolding him.
Why is this such a lackluster mess in terms of production and editing? Why it seems so cheap and unprofessional?
First of all the first round/audition/evaluation was awful. Be barely saw any trainees and their performances. I am sorry, but who thought it was a good idea to waste time on the mentors chatting about their past dancing lessons? the first evaluation ended and I barely remembered maybe 10 trainees... out of what, 55? That's a complete fail from the production team and the director.
Kim Gyu Rae situation just made me fucking angry and I honestly think mentors should apologize to him for their poor judgement. He got shit from the teachers for not being good enough for grade 1 - fucking blame mentors who were in a good mood after their little chat about past experiences and gave Gyu Rae points for potential LITERALLY KNOWING EXACTLY HOW MUCH HE CAN DO BECAUSE HE TOLD THEM EXACTLY HOW MUCH HE LEARNED SO FAR. And then they are "disappointed" coz he did not improve enough in that one week or however short period of time they had to prepare for the 2nd evaluation with theme song. For fuck sake... this child is 14. I have literally zero motherly instinct but this situation made me honestly angry.
Then we have the issue of Santa and Yacht and their huge following. Yes, in all shows trainees who are known before the show (for various reasons: already debuted, actors, models etc) have an easier start because more people votes for them, BUT other shows do far better with showcasing other trainees during the first evaluation so the differences in votes are not this drastic. But Yacht getting 4th place after barely surviving and not being kicked out is just a joke.
The whole execution of the show seems rushed, sloppy and chaotic.
It's true that both Switch and Supercharger were the least liked songs by the audience, before the performance even started. Viewers placed their favorite trainees into songs they liked the most, for majority cases. Seeing how all the low ranked trainees were in Switch and Supercharger clearly indicates this song caught the lest interest of the viewers. That already makes it harder for the team to get votes during the live performances.
Then they lost trainees and had to basically start over when all the other teams were mostly focusing on polishing the performances and helping the slower learning members. And they did not even get to pick who should join them, but only got the members other teams kicked out (with few exceptions that left willingly).
Least liked songs and a lot shorter practice period - it's not surprising how they were the two teams with the least amount of votes.
I'm also watching Peak Time, and damn... both programs had honestly unfair round right before the finale 🤡
I mean, there is a reason that even with this military like endless training and no breaks no trainee actually complains about how Han Bin leads the team and practice.
Honestly, debut lineup needs him. There is a reason why he always ranks 1st in his team, and why everyone, including masters compliments his leadership during practice. He is truly the dark horse of the show and I'm proud I was a fan and voted for him since the beginning.
I don't think any other trainee showed better leadership skills than PHan Bin.
“You are my bitch.” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
The family that wanted to buy the house was scammed. I'm sorry for them, but they have no legal right to the house since it was sold to them by the person who does not legally own it. So they should just also sue Dongjin's mom. There is no reason for Dongjin to put any money into it unless he yet again is trying to help his mother. But if that's the case... Ma dude, I am losing sympathy, because you are part of the problem here.
1. The drama is absolute trash with poor writing so people are fighting in comments
2. The drama is a gem with good writing and it makes people think and discuss the plot and the characters in detail.
Obviously this is the 2nd one 😂
Honestly my favorite performance from this round. I think this shows how stupid the idea of random songs for groups was, because it shows how good of a performance a team can deliverer when the song fits them. It highlighted their strengths while also not exposing their shortcomings. They are not the strongest group vocally. They are not ones to high crazy ad libs high runs in the last chorus, so this song was literally the perfect choice. They still showed they are vocally capable with that one high note in the bridge, but they were not asked to do more than they can.

I loooved the performance and I loooove the song, but I wish Roda had more to do on stage. He seemed more like a feat. and not this being a duo.
(side note - why it feels like the judges are more strict with groups A, compared to groups B? Two solid performances and no mistakes, and yet none got all pick).

It was a solid stage. I think I'm just so bored with sexy concept and queerbaiting moments 😅 And this stage makes it even more obvious that the mentors are far more strict with teams in A, than in B. Worse performances in B got more picks 😂

The song is really good and I love the chorus choreo. Amazing vocals, the dance could have been more clear. I also think they looked at the floor too much 😅
I'm not sure how I feel about Jay giving some benefit to 11 even tho they had some flaws in their dancing because they started as part time workers, but i feel like most judges did not take into consideration how team 24 had to redo everything in 5 days because they lost a member. They are more lenient towards some team more than the others.

This is for sure my favorite song. I'm sad coz I could see they were a bit tense coz of the dancing. The choreo is not easy and they are not exactly that good with their dancing right now. But still, SOLID performance. The way they were able to sing the chorus while doing the floor choreo! Amazing. I find it funny that the moment Jay Park pointed out as something he liked, was the moment I thought was lacking. For me that choreo part was a bit messy in the execution and the turns and transitions between moves were not smooth enough 😅
sidenote: team 8:00 brainwashed me. I am listening to coco colada from time to time.
Also I think we need to remember Woojoo was even "worse" in how she treated Dongjin at the beginning. Her reaction and plan was worse than her family reaction. They don't want him to be part of their lives, that's it. While she was on the revenge trip to ruin his life, his firm (which would also lead to ruining his friend who is the co-ceo and making the employees jobless). It took her at least weeks to slowly reconsider and see the situation from Dongjin's perspective. While her family just got the info dropped on them. Woojoo had time to accept Dongjin and slowly get rid off her negative feelings towards him, her family deserves that time too.
