I swear every time I decide to give this drama a try...I read the comments and I just-

The thing is...while the ML is trash...the FL is equally trash...I'm sorry I love ZZ too but her character in this drama made so many bad decisions that benefitted absolutely no one that I just-listen...the writers are the real villains of this story lmao...I really would not recommend it at all. But I will say the first couple episodes from like 1-30 are good and then...I just pretend like the remaining episodes dont exist.

i'll edit it for clarification. However, I meant the character though not the actress herself...I know they do a lot of voice dubbing for these dramas so not entirely surprised.

I have watched all the versions and I have to say...that poor baby must be tired lol..In all these versions can't catch a break...They resurrect this show every 3 years just to kill that child again...damn man...can 1 of these versions let that child live once..damn

I've watched my fair share of Taiwanese as well as Chinese dramas. I will admit some of the kisses in Chinese dramas *fans self* but when it comes to moving pass that Taiwanese dramas got them beat. Eternal Love couple will always have a special place in my heart just for those kisses lol. Anyways, Thank you so much for the suggestions. I've already started Hello Again!

This one is good...its funny and fluffy and the romantic moments are everythingg...and it picks up right away imo. I think Ruyi Pavillion is a little overhyped because of the leads...like its good but not as amazing as everyone is making it seem.

But didn't he agree to help her because he wanted her to kill Xu Jin because he hates Xu Jin because he blamed him for what happened to his mother...at this point his decisions made little to no sense...the irritating and irrational thing is that he agreed to her marrying Xu Jin and then was upset that she was married to Xu Jin...like what lol

I'm gonna stop watching until all the episodes have been uploaded...I can't stand this right now where it is...you're telling me halfway into this show and the main characters are still unaware of who the real villain is...I cant do it

If anyone is up to date with the episodes just spoil it for me and tell me what episode do they find out who's the actual villain

My one thing about couples in dramas like these...they always claim to love each other soo much and yet when the first test comes instead of talking and COMMUNICATING with their partner..they doubt them and are suspicious of them and talk to everyone BUT them. It makes no freaking sense.

I hate Xu Ping and its not even for the most popular reason I'm seeing in the comments...Its for the fact that he blames the Xu Jin for his mother's death...like sir...HE WAS A CHILD! I get him being upset with the emperor but Xu Jin..that's not valid. It's not like he did it deliberately. I genuinely believe that his reason does not justify his actions..Its a bit too much tbh

I found the main FL baby voice annoying at first but then I got used to it and it was fine.

Also why is it that persons in these dramas alwaysss get angry at the person that.. the person that they like...like (if you kept up up with that...lol kudos) like girl or dude get upset at the person who does not return your feelings not the person who as nothing to do with how they feel about you.

The evil girl in this drama was also doing too much but I found it hilarious because it was just so...unnecessary and over the top.

I watched it for the same reason..I love them in 'The Eternal Love'. Howeverrr, this one is really bad sis...I think the other versions might be better and I dislike the other versions as well but damn this one was bad...especially the last few episodes..wow. But if you're just watching it to see the main leads together again...well no harm in that.

Not my favorite school/college drama. But it was something to watch (took 6 months though) and lots of cute moments

So the synopsis is correct however all of that happens from episode 10 (like the last 10-15 minutes of episode 10) onwards. After episode 10 it gets a lot better..try to get to episode 10 lol. I was the same way. I kept wondering when all the stuff in the synopsis would happen.

You have to bare with it...it does get better eventually...like alot better.

Initially, I was getting 'playful kiss' war flashbacks...but thankfully the FL was not as naive and clueless as HaNi and the ML was not as cold and awful as Seung Jo. I was worried that this would be one of those dramas where the FL senselessly chased the ML until like the last episode but thankfully that was not the case.

I honestly wish I had the sort of determination that Asian girls in these dramas have when they meet somebody they like. I see a cute guy on the street and think "he's really cute" and then forget about him...Asian girls see a cute guy on the street and plan their entire lives around that guy. Is that a cultural thing?...The amount of dramas I've watched like that is unnerving.

Anyways...I would recommend it. Yeah, you have some cringe moments but its so cute you still like it.
