In later episodes, you'll find that all other suspects have Moon Phase marks - could be original or a tattoo. Only the real one to react to Moon later.

The teddy that Ji Ling was always holding, and the teddy that Xi Zai was holding in the illusion, looked the same - except Ji Ling's teddy has eyes, but Xi Zai's teddy doesn't - right?
Xi Zai was blind at that time, the time when Yuan Wuan was forcing him to take the dragon marrow, might be the reason his teddy has no eyes a.k.a blind. Just wondering if Ji Ling and Li Jie is somehow connected.
Till now, noone knew why Li Jie is so strong when he is only a human. But, Chi Wen knew Li Jie can pull out the blade from the mountain when others have failed.
I recall the 2 fox sisters were surprised that Li Jie could break free from their spell, when they were fighting at the Dragon Diety temple.

What I found is an anti post in Reddit dated 3 days ago, 2 April 2026. It condemned Zheyuan's acting in costume drama - including as Feng Sugei - saying that he doesn't have the aura for costume drama and should stay away from Hengdian.
None of the replies agreed with the post.
Some said Zheyuan is just better in modern, some love Zheyuan in both modern and costume, and some love Zheyuan more in costume.
Sadly, there are some older posts that criticise Zheyuan. Never knew this. Anyway, everybody has their own opinion. To me, enjoying Zheyuan's work is one of my joys in life. I'm happy enough. π₯°
