The stories begin with the male leads battling with misfortune such as Fukuhara kota being unlucky in Fukou-kun wa Kiss Suru Shikanai! And Bu Xia having to hear voices of the death ones in Stay by my side. Destiny brings Shinomiya to Fukuhara and Jiang chi to Bu Xia who make their misfortune go way. They start to approach them with the agenda of keeping away their misfortunes by making them stay by their side whatever it takes, then eventually fall for them.

Both are very atmospheric, mesmerizing, slow thai movies that largely take place in a jungle/forest. The story focuses on a gay male lead and his relationship to another guy.

Both are 2023 korean minidramas that depict the love story between two working guys. The male leads get in touch through work and grow closer after butting heads at the beginning. Apart from that theres not much drama, they end happily and the supporting cast is very nice and funny.
And the posters look alittle similar

It’s a slap-and-kiss drama with a monster for a ML. Even still, their chemistry is titillating. You feel appalled, but keep watching anyway. Even though it’s rough, it’s toned down and softer.

The crisis they face becomes a blessing in disguise for the couple. Wang Xuan is moved and inspired by Xiao Qi's wish to bring peace and prosperity to the nation, and they fall in love.

However, circumstances threaten to destroy them. The Wang and Xie clans are fighting for power, the Empress Dowager schemes to separate husband and wife, the military has committed treason while the Helan clan has raised their flags in rebellion. Wang Xuan puts her life on the line to escort the third prince to safety. She leads an army of men to defend the last stronghold, hoping that Xiao Qi can arrive in time with reinforcements...

HSDS is more purist Wuxia, with more and better fights. It's serious in tenor and do involve some romantic interests. MLC has a more consistent plot.

Both of these movies are uplifting stories about an underdog sports team. Dream is about homeless soccer players representing Korea for the world cup, while Rebound is about high school students forming a team to compete in the national championships. Both stories heavily focus on the coaches, and although they have different attitudes toward coaching, they push their teams to become stronger and more skilled.

These movies are definitely feel good movies, leaving you with a lasting impression that will make you feel like you can do anything. Please check out both of these movies because they are truly great!
