if you love Chinese quirky humour with outrageous themes and witty conversations, you'll love both of these dramas! Although set in different eras (obviously!), they belong in the same unique genre that features slapstick, at-your-face type acting. The females leads in both drama have similar characters - funny, cute, witty, jovial and a bit of a smarty-pants who can sometimes be on the point or sometimes so off the point, it's just plain funny! The male leads in both dramas have similar characters too - smart, cold, calculative and perhaps the only ones who tolerates the female leads' attics without cracking their perfect expressionless features. The men are the antithesis to the women - which worked well to the humour parts of both dramas. Despite the mostly light-hearted theme, there is a good story to be told in both dramas and both romances ended with an open ending (up to you to decide if it's happy or not). While Go Princess Go has three different endings, My Amazing Boyfriend announced a Season 2.
Both series are set in the same period in Chinese history (Qin Dynasty) and features the political turmoil of that era, though both are fictional and belong to the wuxia, fantasy & adventure genre. Both have a male lead that started out innocent and carefree until circumstances forced them to mature and take on the responsibilities of the world. The romances are generally tragic but in The Legend of Qin, you'll get a happy ending or two. Good story lines.
The same lead actors. Yamazaki Kento and Kiritani Mirei. So glad that they can work again in one project, they looked so good together in heroine shikkaku
they have the same concept where in lead girl has difficulty finding a job and a guy offers her a place to live and a job

Both are family dramas about people slowly coming out of their shell. Fake couple deals with different forms of love in addition
Both dramas tell about a scientific criminal investigation team that has unique but talented members
Both main leads are long-time friends, however in OMHE they lost in touch but reunited in the end. Both great rom-com, handsome strong male lead yet very charming and lovable. Female lead is strong yet damsel-in-distress like.
Both leading actresses give off the same vibe. Similar message and theme centred around the relationship between the two main characters- and how the man's 'condition' affects that relationship.
If you are a psychological/romance film fan, then you should definitely check out both.

4. Old couple in verge of divorcing, who communicates through sticky notes/boards/cellphones

Both dramas are refreshing and both deal with different aspects of life rather than only concentrating on the main couple.
Both male lead's personalities are similar and the stories are the same premise
Both of them are based on manga and have marriage as a main topic.
However, the main leads personalities are very different.

Both of them are based on Josei mangas. While "Please Love the Useless Me" has a more funny approach, "Hapimari" is a bit more serious. Both of girls are in a difficult financial situation and the main lead help them.
Also, Dean Fujioka is the main lead in both of them!
Enjoy :D

Also by TVN, these two dramas are so similar in how they don't follow typical romantic drama stereotypes and aren't afraid to push the boundaries. Some common actors for both. Nice comedy and quirky romance with really engaging storylines that don't get old.
