Both dramas focus on the contract relationship trope. They give off a similar feeling. Both very lighthearted and fun to watch. Nice chemistry between the leads and some very nice kissing scenes.
I watched "Marriage, not dating" some time ago and I've been looking for a drama with a similar feeling since then, "Something About 1 Percent" met my expectations perfectly, even though I enjoyed the later a bit more.

I'm not suggesting these two because they're similar. Not at all. The plot is completely different. But it gives you the same vibe. What I find it similar is that the main actress is a single mom with one kid. They are both funny and worth watching.
Glass no le and Unmei ni, Nita Koi have a very similar feel to them. Both featuring Saito Takumi as the main male lead with mature and realistic romances.
There's similar feeling in both movies where a country girl falls in love with the school teacher.
Both are short cutesy web dramas which involve body swapping between a celebrity and a normal person.
Both of the dramas have that amazing romance in it, and strange sequence of events that results in them swapping bodies.
Tang yang and Luo jing are both main actors.both is when they first meet and fall in love. And they both end up ****
In both dramas, the leads work as news anchor. We see them in their work place in most of the drama and can have a glimpse of how things work in this field.
One drama is a comedy/romance while the other is more of a drama with some comedy and romance.

When I watched Go Ho's Starry Night, I thought there are some similarities with Her Lovely Heels. But I think if you're into stories that involve a love triangle between a woman, her new guy and her ex-boyfriend I think you should watch Discovery of Romance and Go Ho's Starry Night.
I am not finished with Sassy Go Go, but the stories are about the main character(s) facing the harsh realities of life. Both dramas show things that other dramas like to sugarcoat (Ex: Lgtb, self-harm, economy problems, kidnapping, etc...). There are moments where you want to cry and there are moments that you can not help but to laugh; both dramas give you those emotions.
I'm surprised no one made this recommendation yet. In one sentence, Prince of Lan Ling is the same story as Princess of Lanling King, both on Lan Ling Wang.
Two movies that involve children without parents, abused and used. In both movies there is a person that tries to protect them.
The female lead time-travels to the past and falls in love with the male lead.
And any other season of Aibou!! The New Office created, despite its name in both series seems merely like a demotion office than anything else. Indeed as no real assignments are given to the police inspectors there. Nevertheless, they still get involved in cases they shouldn't be working on, thus often solving incidents without any recognition. And lastly, despite the premise of both dramas it is much more comedic than it appears to be.
Similarities because of the "New Service" (or Nandemo Suru would suit better) created within the department of Police, when in fact it's just a plain office where nobody wishes to be. It only exists to deal with small and/or odd jobs. But there's one man there that only listen to his instincts and has quite some flair when it comes to solve crimes.
