Both are about being part of a modern royal family, about living in the palace and about royal guards. Both have romance, comedy, action and politics.
In both dramas the girl is choosen to marry a prince from another country. In King2Hearts it's a marriage between North and South Korea. In Lah Ruk Sut Kob Fah a girl from Thailand is about to marry the prince of Raya.

Their themes are very similar, met as children, find each other when older, fall in love. Careers different and yet always crossing paths, guns everywhere. Risking their lives everyday...ectra...Would sacrifice anything and everything just for the happiness or life of the other.

A rich man with a big brain Vs a poor one who got nothing from his life, and the same war in the business sector. both of Park Yong Ha and Kang Ji Hwan got the same character, while Kim Kang Woo and Choi Daniel did a perfect job in a bad guy role! heartless, no mercy, and scary mind!

these dramas have a different setting, both dramas portrays struggles brought by greed and hunger for power. The villains in both dramas also are very good actors. They make you hate the character so well.

if you like suspense dramas that deals with plots about greed and corruption then you would like both of these dramas. Punch is more heavy to watch while Healer had the romance angle in its story which makes it a lighter watch as compared to punch.

Kim Rae Won and the child actress who played the daughter were really good in portraying their roles.

Similar themes, both are about revenge and a mystery that is about to be untangled. Ikuta Toma also plays one of the main characters in Maou. Also Arashi makes the theme song for both dramas, very strong songs. Both dramas are suspenseful and sad.

If you wanna look at people with horrible hairstyles and sense of style and see a bit of non-committal violence (.. ?! XD) or see someone crash 'cos they don't have their type A license... Search no further.

Both have good music.

the girly variant is more hilarious and includes less defying of physics;
less brawls, more frills

Is it really about something else than fists?

Crows Zero is even more guilty of this than your typical yankee stuff and Rough Cut involves way more of this image than your typical gangster thing.

double gangster-defying-his-boss (by not killing someone and maybe some other stuff) alert
though that's a most superficial similarity

Kamenashi Kazuya is the least they have in common.

Two good shows. That don't just happen in life, they teach a bit about life. A ghost-looking being temporarily transformed into a female almost-socialite. Can get you emotional. About friendship, less, or more. Includes some comedy and some heaviness. The obvious thing - it really is two shows with the 'makeover' premise. NwP has a Mr Popular character and in YNSH there's a four-piece set of downright princes. Kamenashi's character is a partial jerk in both. Both the girls rock as they are. Youth. I just want you to watch both shows.

Differences:
YNSH is a bit more straightforward with the romance (plus there is "supporting love"; but generally, it doesn't feel *that* much like there's more)
while Sunako is kind of annoying, Nobuko is a more pure spirit
what can I say, YNHS has all those skulls and chocolate, NwP has an absolutely wonderful ..alien? called Akira ..
NwP is a bit more serious
