Similarities:
-Main female lead is endearing because she takes care of a troubled family.
-Love triangle between main female lead, main male lead and his brother.
-Poor people do cruel things in order to gain power and wealth, only to be unhappy and realize you can't buy happiness.
-Secrets of birth.
-Enjoyable.

Differences:
-Can You Heat My Heart is a makjang melodrama while Stars Falling from the Sky is a slightly melo romcom. The first is serious and heart wrenching while the second is relatively light hearted and funny. They do well in their own genre, though, so they're both worth the watch!

Both have a woman dating a much younger man and struggling - with an older man slowly realising that not only does *he* like her too, but that she is actually a great person and he screwed up in the beginning by not realising it. The only difference is the endings - one has the woman ending up with the older man and the other has the woman ending up with the younger guy (and no, I'm not saying which is which - you'll just have to watch and see!)

They're basically about the same thing, with a slitghtly different approach. Also both have amazing teachers in them, who can speak the "student's language". You will be left with a very similar feeling.

Both films have very little dialogue, still the chemistry between the leads is there and the stories are touching.

Both are dark, mysterious dramas, with plot turning upside-down; great cast, more 'adult dramas'

Comedies mixed with melodramas with great cast, showing really great romance

Classic rich-guy-poor-girl dramas with one girl and 'flower boys' living together in one house

In both dramas we have the same male lead.
The characters are that kind of guys that girls wish to have and they treat girls 'good'.

The same male lead in both dramas playing character which was accused of a crime he didn't commit.

Both are about ex-couples making films together and their 'reunion'.

Both are sports dramas with good, but different types of humor, good romance (and for 'real' romance you have to wait quite long in both dramas).
'Whirlwind...' is more action than 'Weightlifting...' , but the second one has really great friendship and 'normal life' plot.

Both are about 'normal life', but you still enjoy it even if 'nothing happens' :) And it has great humor.

Both are actually showing something that I would call female version of bromance and just a normal life.

Crimes, mysteries, with leading couple getting close from 'we know each other' to 'we're couple'. Both dramas are quite funny and entertaining.
