Both are touching but beautiful stories and both makes you cry a river over them. Both includes school romance, but as you can see in 1 litre of Tears they are not the fun kind of romance. And both dramas includes "deadly diseases". Kou Kou Kyoushi is also a masterpiece. Don't think too much and just watch it.

Both are touching but beautiful love stories and both makes you cry a river over them. Both are school romance, but as you can see in Koizora they are not the fun kind of romance, they include "heavy romance". Kou Kou Kyoushi was even heavier. In my opinion, Kou Kou Kyoushi was unforgettable and better than Koizora. So you should see it before you die.

The similarities between these dramas are strong male characters and fun female characters. Both shows are romantic and have loads of heart fluttering moments,

They're different (both the plots and the leads' relationship status) but, at the same time, I've found them similar (especially at SL's beginning; while watching I often thought about Hirugao).
Differences: the ending and the mood (they're both realistic but SL is lighter whereas Hirugao is more emotional, maybe because the latter is longer).

It's the same plot as in "You're Beautiful (K-drama)", but in Taiwanese. Both have the same set up where a twin girl had to dress up as a boy to substitute for her brother.
