Pretty much the same concept of 'Guy doesn't know what to do in life and decides to take on a certain type of job because of a girl' and thus progression and development begins except in Wood Job, it's about forestry, not farming.
Both are under the theme of investigation and crime. They both have locked room mysteries. Character development seem to be on equal balance within both shows. Subete characters are obsessed with answers where as Kagi is obsessed with locks. Both have interesting crimes.
Though I did not watch Lady & Liar, it seems like the Thai drama Pan Ruk Pan Rai. Main lead is about to learn who she really is but an accident make her lose her memory and her identity is stolen meanwhile main lead wants to keep her close to him while second lead male tries to get her back.
In both the lead girl is trying to solve a mystery while doing their job. In both the mystery is about the death of a woman.
In both there is a time when the first the lead girl suspects the lead male. Through out the serie the lead girl keeps on suspecting different person, but one by one are proven to be innocent and we keep on guessing the posibilities with her.

Both are about a man using his supernatural abilities to solve cases. In Cheo yong, it's a detective whereas in Vampire Prosecutor ... well it's obviously a prosecutor. Both are short dramas ( 12 episodes for VP and with a second season).
Almost the same plot: a girl attends a high school filled only with bad boys and soon-to-be drop outs.
Both drama's talks about how a serial killing crime connects two people. The action in both makes the story very interesting to watch. Honestly though, who wouldn't watch hot couples fighting crimes
Both talk about how women can be strong and independent and how the royal family falls in love with the female lead
Both are intense action dramas starring a male main character who is extremely skilled at fighting and sneaking around. They both hide their face from the world around them and conceal their identities, even from the ones they love. Both dramas contain corruption within politicians and the "higher-ups", and mysteries from the past that need to be uncovered. Not to mention, they both star the lovely Park Min Young<3.
biographic light periodical theme + business + inspirational story + romance + family + slice of life
but, of course the dorama length is very different :D

Both of these are LGBT related and the main characters are lesbians. There are very few that talk about these kinds of topics.
In Time With You and Apple in Your Eye are similar Taiwanese dramas in the sense that they're both stories of two people who have grown up loving each other in a non-romantic form however end up loving each other romantically in the end.
While Apple In Your Eye is about a man and woman who grow up as siblings while the man secretly harbors feelings of romantic love for the woman, In Time With You is about two best friends who have known each other forever and have always dated separately but the man has secretly always been in love with the woman.
Although I can easily pick favorites out of these two, they were both VERY emotional (in terms of feeling for the guy who has loved the girl forever and has to hold his feelings back) and beautiful dramas that showed aspects of friendship, family and love. Both dramas feature emotional male leads for have to face the horror of loving a woman who only thinks of them as family.
Although both dramas are pretty darn good and worth your time, my personal choice of the two would be In Time With You. It was FANTASTIC. Loved absolutely everything about it.

Both films tackle the same thing: the struggle of a single man taking care of a child he barely knows. Usagi Drop is a little bit in the dramatic side while Baby and I is a little bit in the funny side, in my opinion. And the little difference is that the child in Usagi Drop is six years old while in Baby and I, the child is still an infant.
Both are comedy dramas that don't take themselves too seriously (and neither should the viewers!), but not without some genuinely touching moments.
Season 1of the same series, so basically you should first check this one out. It'll give you more insight to the show.
