In both dramas the leading character gets a second chance to prevent a tragic ending. In Orange it's a completely alternate universe while in Someday Or One Day they time travel.

Both dramas deal with switching between 'worlds', along with solving a mystery and chasing a killer. The romance is sweet, yet sad. Both dramas also deal with memory loss, caused by the timeskipping/switching of worlds.

Both are romantisezed biopics of ancient China's famous royal family women where the female leads are modernized and whitewashed but not transformed into superhuman Mary Sues. Also both dramas are not dragged like some other Chinese ones.

Both have ambiguous relationships between the two mains.
Intense school bullying and suicide in the main them of them both.
Cry me a sad river is a much darker story, but both make you feel pain for the characters.

the male leads are very similar and give off a similar vibe. the ML from WSL reminded me a lot about the ML from OMV.

SPOILER!!!!!!

both the MLs are handicapped and the FL helps the ML fight the pain.

why i recommend 9KL? its because both are based in the airport.
Similarities.
they both are based in the airport
they both have hate to love kinda romance
both the f leads are funny to watch though in WSL its not that funny.
Differences.
one is based on pilots while the other is in the airport
the ML in WSL is calm while the ML in 9KL he isnt exactly calm

the romance between the leads from WSL is quite similar to that of APAD. its slow and calming with a hint of comedy and tragedy here and there. I kept getting a similar vibe from both dramas. i like both of them. you should definetly try the other drama if you liked one of them. you should also try these drama if your ina mood for a calming romance with a bit of laughter and a bit of crying. (dont worry its not a tragic story!)

I'm surprised Hirugao hasn't been recommended yet. Both involve 2 women that are friends at the center of affairs, with one woman judging the other woman until she finds herself in the same situation. Both weigh the impact on family and adolescent children. The romantic MLs in both are quiet dreamer types.

Similar story. Romance between South Korean and North Korean. If you prefer a more action packed version of CLOY then watch Korean Peninsula

Both are horror comedies with ghosts and other supernatural elements. Goldbuster is funnier than The 9th Precinct though.

The timeline in history is similar, as the characters in My Country lived in the same era as Queen Seon Duk, especially Yi Bang Won. Although Queen Seon Duk is a bit long, I'm sure you will enjoy it too!
