In both we have the typical cold dude that treats the FL as trash and she is dumb as trash too. But he still develops feelings towards the FL.
Also, Itazura Na kiss at some point involves a doctor-nurse relationship.

Both have the Twin-sisters trope where one sister a good-hearted Nangek and the other Twin a evil and bitchy Nangrai.
Both shows are BL and have a main couple that meet in the beginning and slowly start to fall for each other. Both couples experience some obstacles that they need to overcome in order for them to be happy together. If you thought Right or wrong had good couple chemistry, just wait until you meet the main Boundry Crossing couple.
The general premise (gotta evacuate citizens from some nebulous African nation in turmoil) is pretty similar, and both are big action flicks.
Both have characters using virtual reality and computer vision technologies.
In both series they have a relationship, feeling and connection towards a virtual character and the story-lines somehow are depended of these interconnection.

Both stories have a marriage of convenience, a secret child, and romance between a good and sweet woman and a possessive man who constantly misunderstands and thinks she's only after money or is cheating on him, which drives him crazy because he's in love with her.
Both are thai BL dramas.
Both dramas focus on couple that has been dating for a long time (~3 years) and is not fully out yet and share topics like dating in secret, white lies, coming out, future and so on.
Both main couples share similar dynamics with one of them being a bit more passive and sort-of shy (Kao; Arthit) and the other being confident, rich and active (Pete; Kong).

I am going to go out on a limb here but these dramas both involving sports and are about building teams. They revolve around unfortunate circumstances and how the MLs overcome them with strong FLs.
Although the former is more gaming based the later involves more family, friendship, and work drama along with strong sports lingo in both (obviously specializing in ESports or Baseball)
I would give it a try !

Both dramas are about revenge. In both dramas the male lead is taking revenge on female lead due to a misunderstanding
A greedy overly obsessed scheming and conniving stepmother still's her stepdaughter's life for her own daughter. She does everything in her power to oppress her stepdaughter and to hide the truth.
Again the male leads are both in Chief Kim and play really good roles as dark characters.
They deal with crime and law and prison and provide really good storylines with plot twists (though Doctor Prisoner definitely had better plot twists)
There are much stronger partnerships in Confession which makes it less of a one-man fight, but there is still corruption and a large power difference between the good and bad guys.
I hope you enjoy!

Doctor Prisoner was a great drama that kept me on my toes with an entertaining ML. Stranger may not have as entertaining a male lead as Doctor Prisoner because... you'll see in the first episode, but that does not mean that the ML did not have some great acting.
The stories for both are intriguing and deal with crime and corruption.
They are both really highly rated on my list.
The interplay between the good and bad guys is always tense and that is why I highly recommend this.

Both have intense melo and depressing plot lines. Besides, in both case the male lead, female lead and the side characters suffer deeply and try their utmost to overcome from their miserable situation.
