Recommendations

Both are Chinese business dramas that have a very talented female lead, who is exceptionally good at her job and crunching numbers. In both, the male lead and female lead have a senior/junior relationship as well as somewhat of a mentor/mentee relationship. The Ideal City has slightly more romance, but the relationship in both start off somewhat platonic.

If Sweet Sweet is early twenties version then My Neighbour can't sleep is late teen version.

In both of the plots female lead faced the same problem n there is romance.

Part 4 of the series, and my personal favorite. The insane action scenes with the (as usual) amazing story once again brought us a Rurouni Kenshin movie.

Part 3 of the series, with blasting action scenes and some hints of character development this is probably one of my favorite movies from this series. This is a continuation on the 2nd part of the series as it's two movies that form a whole story.

Part of the series! Would recommend watching them all. This is part 2 of the series. The flow of the story is completely different from The Beginning, but it's just as good!

MLs are both widowers with 3 children and take life too seriously (dictator boomers lol). Both FLs are living an unfortunate life but remain bubbly and optimistic then became nannies to the 3 children.

Both are Chinese language films that feature a rapist who is a total psycho.

Jessica & Krystal is kind of the first season of J&K Us Road Trip, a sistehood variety show with vlogs, travels, fun...

In both:
• The ML is rich and FL is poor
• The ML and FL first hated each other
• The FL is really fierce is bit of a thug
• The ML has a first love who left him, and then returns just as the love between ML and FL is blossoming

Differences:
• In MDDNKM, the FL stays in the house of ML while in HIH, both the groups become friends.
• While there is a lot of live triangles in MDDNKM, in HIH, there are more than one pair of lovers.

There are 2 seasons in MDDNKM, while the second season of HIH is yet to come out.
If you liked MDDNKM, then you will definitely love HIH. They have similar story lines, except that the setting is different.

Noona romance. In My Fated Boy, the FL is a hard working executive secretary who puts more energy into her work than she puts into looking after herself / her apartment. In IHYV, the FL is a public defender. Although she doesn't put maximum effort into her work because she is jaded and expects the worst from people, her job is still demanding and she doesn't take great care of herself / her home is messy.

In MFB, the ML and FL grew up together and the FL protected the ML when he was bullied. The ML developed a crush on the FL and wanted to grow up to protect her, and held on to those feelings steadfastly as he was growing up. In IHYV, the FL helped the ML after a tragic event when she was a kid and he was a little kid. The ML fell for her then and vowed to protect her. The ML in IHYV also holds on to his feelings steadfastly.

Both dramas begin with the ML meeting the FL again after a long time apart, and moving in with the FL shortly afterwards partly to protect the FL but also because of their hidden feelings for the FL. Both MLs are young, energetic, clean (the type to comment on and tidy up a messy apartment), reliable and affectionate.
