A love so beautiful (ALSB) is simply an uplifting show! You can't help but smile.
It's a show with lots of couple time.
ALSB is funny, super sweet, cute, and simply adorable. The genius boy is still cold but supportive in his own way. A common characteristic amongst high IQ individuals is lower empathy... but in ALSB the main male lead has family reasons for not having a higher EQ.
There are so many remakes, adaptations, and versions of the original Itazura Na Kiss-- and I thought the Thai version was the best-- until I I saw ALSB now in Feb 2018. The Thai version is sweeter than the original (2/3 Japanese, 1 Korean, and 2 Taiwanese versions) but it still pretty much follows the original melodramatic storyline.

Not as dark/psychological as oldboy but, if you've seen oldboy you'll definitely get 'oldboy vibes' from this film. They're both thrillers. I won't say anymore because I feel it would ruin the experience, definitely a film you should go into without knowing anything.

Both shows are extremely similar.
-Both have our female lead getting back on her life after losing their status and value.

-Both Female lead divorces their husbands in the course of the show.

-Both Female lead fall in love again with a different man
QOR (2nd lead chaebol PSH, who becomes the main lead after a few episodes in the beginning) and in

20 again (her childhood friend whose first love is the main female lead, he is the main lead from the beginning).

-Both shows have great romances and comedy.

-Both main lead(PSH & LSY) are so much in love with the female lead and have great character development.

-Both husbands are very much not likable.
Husbands from 20 again is a bigger jerk.

They both are about detectives that mess around with past and future, besides for the fact that in Signal they talk through walkie talkie and in Tunnel they actually go in past or future through a tunnel.

Both dramas have incredibly intelligent psychopathic serial killers (especially Gap Dong).
If you enjoy those kind of stories you will definitely like both of these dramas.
While Hello Monster has a really complex story with incredibly diverse characters, Gap Dong's story is way darker and focuses more on the nature and the perspective of the serial killer and his actions.

-----(minor spoilers following)-----

In my opinion the actors for Hello Monster were all incredibly well cast which helped to improve the story and made it easier to portray the characters. In contrary for Gap Dong Lee Joon did an amazing job on portraying a coldhearted psychopathic killer, while in my opinion the other main roles were poorly cast/ badly portrayed, which didn't really help the storyline...

Both deal with North-Korea and South-Korea and show the conflict of the two countries.
While Confidential Assignment has a North and a South-Korean Cop cooperating and shows a bit of the South Korean perspective of North Korea; Secretly, Greatly deals with North-Korean Soldiers and Spies undercover in South Korea.
Both movies have amazing action scenes, a great story and are also really funny.

In both dramas the main protagonist/group are solving new interesting cases each episode.
If you like the concept and the crime genre you will definitely like both.

In Vampire Prosecutor it's a well Prosecutor who is a Vampire.
In God's Quiz the main character is a "normal" intelligent doctor, who helps solving many cases.
