Girl's Life conta sobre uma gyaru que naum tinha emprego, dinheiro e nem lugar para ir e que acabou parando em um hostess, onde conseguiu uma grande amizade além de uma oportunidade melhor.
Hitsudan Hostess mostra uma surda e sua dificuldade de achar um bom emprego, ela acaba em um hostess mesmo a familia dela sendo contra, alem do que em hostess o principal eh a garotas conversarem e rirem com os clientes. Mas ela consegue dar o seu jeito e cresce muito lá.

Ambos tem um clima melancólico porém calmo, perfeito pra assistir quando vc esta meio depressivo. One Million Yen Girl mostra uma garota tentando fugir da vida e de pessoas que a conheçam, The Bride of Rip Van Winkle eh um tanto diferente, mostra uma mulher deixando a vida a levar, ela eh bem "passiva" entaum naum luta pelas coisas, mas talvez por sorte ela conseguiu ter bons momentos de tranquilidade e conforto.
Bem, os dois daum esse ar de tranquilidade e conforto, claro q tambem a momentos de intriga, mas em geral eh esse o sentimentos q esses filmes deixaum.

Both dramas have are similar wistful tone and are dealing with overcoming and healing emotional trauma after a tragedy through love and understanding.

Both dramas touch on gender identity issues. What is the line between males and females. IS is a more light-hearted drama where it addresses on coping with daily life.

Well the only similarity is that they both have romance and four daughters. Yeah basically it and some tears were involved but not many.

Obviously the similarity is about the theme, a robot. Apparently the male protagonist is an actual robot and falls in love with a human girl.

In both dramas, the male protagonist is in love with out of reach girl, either a supposed robot, or a ghost girl. Either way, both wonderful, romantic heartwarming and innocent. All about true love here.<3

Memories are precious. The leads realized they are losing memories from which is out of their control. They might be gaining as much as they are losing the memories of the time spent together, but they desperately try to hold onto it by recording it down on paper.

Dramas focus on memories. One of the leads lose their memories when a specific time frame passes, forgetting who they've previously been intimately involved with. This doesn't disrupt their daily life, but it affects their relationships and ability to connect with others.

Kang Pil Jo is like reincarnation of Lin Shu. When you wacht them you have similar feeling, they always are one step above everyone. They act is always so steady, they try to hide there emotions, etc. If you love one of them, you for sure fall for the second one.

Differences:
-ML in ALSB is less of a jerk. (but still a jerk nonetheless)
-More fluff moments in ALSB
-SLS is a little more stronger in ALSB
-ML is more friendlier in ALSB

They both have strong female leads that know what they want and are fighting for it! Both stories revolve around an office/boss - employee romance.
