They're both historical dramas that take place in a fictional China. The main difference is that there's more intimate bromance/BL themes. I can't imagine that one could enjoy Men With Sword, but not Love is More than a Word...unless you *weren't* watching for the BL stuff, but let's be honest.

Both have strong female lead medical protagonists with special skills that cause the hospitals to need them even though they're disliked for walking to the beat of their own drum.

Both dramas center around more mature couples that have to overcome the odds to be together. Emergency Couple is funny where Faith is serious but both had very unique romance plots in my opinion. Both are also medical dramas.

Both have very similar plot lines: a love triangle with the female lead, a love enemy who destroys relationships, and a happy ending. Must watch for a feel good time!

both have similar, pastel-colored vibes, and both are of the comedy/shoujo genre. there's also love triangle (square? pentagon?) drama in both.

If you like more stories about Qing Dynasty, this Royal Romance is another good one, except this drama's setting is more to internal palace's harem. Storyline is quite interesting, besides than the usual intrigue between those concubine, also has lots of unexpected circumstances and surprises.

Around the same time that erra - Qing Dynasty, which was the last dynasty in China's history. Storyline a little similar, involving about a humble girl and a noble young master from a rich family. And behind the noble family's ugly secrets.

It displays romance between a male human and a female cyborg/robot. Borg Mom has more comedy while Bong Soon has more romance.

Both dramas are directed by the same director, so the kind of comedy is similar.

The design of the costume is very similar too. Overall, Oh my General gives off the same vibe as Go Princess Go!

I can't help to think School 2017 somehow remind me with Gakkou no Kaidan. A mysterious figure with black hoodie definitely is the greatest factor for me. Despite the theme is school, youth and friendship, both the shows potrayed how a group of students try to change the injustice happened in their school.

It just purely my honest opinion. However, both shows have strength in their own way. But you definitely not wasting your time by watching both of these shows.
