The basic plotline (affair) is obviously similar. But also the complexity of the relationships. Both are drams that are darker, more intense romances that really challenge views and make them think about love and life.
These two dramas have similar vibes to each other and are compelling in their own right. The concept of changing the past and butterfly effect/it's consequences, are explored in both dramas. The thrill and mystery are there to keep you hooked. I recommend watching both :)
Both dramas deal about the relationship between two sisters of opposite personalities. They seem to not get along but they actually care about each other very much.
both has rich guys,, previously rich now poor girls,,,, contract is involved in both ...both female leads works as a maid in the house of male leads ... the triangles are also there. but down with love is a way better than full house
both dramas have one genius responsible doctor........try to reform the hospitals and fighting with materialistic peers...and amazing medical cases. and both shows come in several seasons
teams of detectives,, try to solve perfect crimes,,, highly educated and quite reserve sort of leads
The Korean Version is essentially based on the Taiwanese one that came out in 2009. This one has a great cast, insane chemistry between the leads. Though Korean one is crisp and nice this one tends to get a bit narrative at times but nonetheless not the one to be missed if you liked the Korean one. Highly recommended.
1. Female warriors with exceptional skills
2. Historical
3. Azumi reminded me of Ichi because they both went through alot in order to be where they are.
4. Become more human by the end of the movie.
Azumi does NOT have a disability though.

it s another high school series with the actors as kpop idols (and kim saeron). ASTRO is going to debut on 23rd of February (pls support them)
Searching Elephant is also weird. There's more sexual content but it is also a journey worth taking.
Both historical dramas that are 50 episodes, and take place during the same time period of Gwanghae's life.
Each are a different story of what goes on, but they have similar characters.

Another historical drama about the corruption of power. Also, they are both about the strength of the people, good over bad, and the struggle for justice.
I find that even though the plot lines may be different, one being about a princess and one about a vampire, they have very similar characters and character relationships.
The female lead in both dresses up as a male, for their survival, in the early part of the drama. They are both bright and friendly, though, Jo Yang Sun isn't as thoughtful and clever as Jeong Myeong. Both have a strong fate with the inner workings of the palace.
Both male leads are kind and caring, and will go to the lengths to protect their leading ladies. Their caring love is what makes you heart race while watching the drama. Difference though, Kim Sung Yeol is a vampire and Hong Joo Won is a bashful scholar (well he moves up in rank through out the drama) .
The royals in the drama are similar too, where, as much as they want to fight the corruption, its extremely difficult. In the process, they lose their original goal and stray. Their mission throughout is continuously remind themselves of purpose and try to find the right retainers.

Is the same main actress, but on a role totally diferent , the story is very good and the romance of the main couple is wonderfully perfect, I venture to say that is my favorite Kdrama, the couple makes me want to have a relationship, it's worth every minute.
both dramas both have issues with a huge inheritance being given to a female although it was the male's family own first.
Also a story about the legend of nine tails fox but with several stories.
