Sieigi No Se was a great example of a simple premise well-executed. Most especially it deomnstrated that a sweet story does not need romance. Watching this short Drama about a rookie prosecutor reminded me of two other Dramas: Miss Hamurabi, and Nagi No Oitona. Both were blemished by forced romantic elements that dragged them down. In Ms Hammurabi, the Drama had an excellent platonic friendship develop between the male and female lead for 3/4 of the show, then the writer lost their nerve and decided "we gotta have romance", and suddenly jammed in a romance that was forced, stiff, and false, and a huge disappointment.

Seigi No Se did not make that mistake. It stayed focused on its core story, the growth of the lead *as a prosecutor*. Any future romantic interest for her was merely hinted at, and they were interesting hints. But that's all they were, they never got in the way of a simple, sweet story about someone passionately fighting for justice as she grew into her job. A feel-good treat of the sort that Japan delivers often, Korea seldom.

Beautiful, Heartfelt, Emotional

This was such a heartwarming (and at times heartbreaking) medical drama! There were episodes where I had tears flowing down my cheeks with a smile on my face – especially in the last one – and there were others where I just wanted to put it on pause for a while and cry and reflect. This is such a marvel of a show! The characters, each one of them, had something valuable to give to the patients as well as to us, the viewers. Even characters that might seem a little cold at first, once we get to know their story, we can empathise with them and root for them. Ayano Go san as Kounodori Sensei was so perfect! How he deals with his patients – being so patient and honest with them with a smile on his face – was so endearing and inspiring to watch🤍 Also, the babies. The BABIES!!! Be prepared to have your heart melt into mush by so many kawaii babies🥰🥰🥰

I'm so glad we have a second season! I have already started missing all of them even though I just finished the series(〒﹏〒) I'm also thinking of checking out the manga (Dr. Storks in English) on which this dorama is based. I haven't watched a lot of medical jdramas, but this one will indeed remain one of my favourites of all time❤️

If you're thinking of watching it, go ahead and give it a shot, you won't regret!!

This drama is one of the best written dramas I have seen, and the proformances from the actors involved was incredible.
If you like simple dramas where you always know what's going to happen then this might not be the drama for you. I found it deeply thought-provoking and exciting for the point of veiw of somebody intressed in how the mind works. If you're intrested in psychology then watch this, it really makes you think about criminality and why people become criminals.
On top of that, this story isn't just about murder, each character has a backstory which makes them more realistic as characters. Which is why I think that the writing is wonderful. If you like to connect with characters and care when something bad happens to them, then this is a good drama for you. As I fell in love with all the characters and I was almost shouting at the screen at points because of it.
The background music fits perfectly, and I found myself wanting to buy the soundtrack straight after watching it.
The only negative points about the drama, is that a) it's too short, only 8 episodes is not enough, so it's all over too quickly. And b) Once you've seen it the suspense is ruined because you know what happens. However I feel like rewatching it because of the acting and characters.
On a bonus point there is also great cinematography in this drama, it's shot in a beautiful location!

Story:
The story-line was pretty decent. I didn't know what to expect when watching the drama. I went in with high expectations though and wasn't disappointed. I'm going to be honest I watched it for Woo Do Hwan. But once I found out Yoo Ji Tae and Jo Jae Yun were in it I knew it'd be good. The story-line starts out just a bit confusing as you kind of start in the middle of the story but shortly into the series you find out what's going on and plus we get this cute side romance between two of the characters that I just loved! I love the way friendship is shown as family in this series. It's wonderful.

Acting/Cast:
They were beautiful. Woo Do Hwan continues to surprise me, he's already my favorite actor at the moment after Save Me. Psst he speaks German in this, it's just yessss... Yoo Ji Tae was amazing as well, after seeing him in Healer I knew he wouldn't disappoint. Ryu Hwa Young, I loved her character. She wasn't some helpless female like a lot of female's are portrayed in dramas. She was BA. Everyone did an amazing job. I love Hong Soo Hyun, Choi Won Young, and Jung Bo Seok for making me hate their characters as much as Do Hwan and Ji Tae's character's hated them.

Music:
I really loved the ending theme song. Check it out its called "What I Want" by NiiHwa.

Rewatch Value:
I plan on rewatching this drama with my mom! She's seen both Do Hwan and Jae Yun in Save Me, Ji Tae in Healer, and Won Young in I Remember You (Hello Monster.) So I know she'll like it!

Overall:
I recommend this so much. However a lot of people may be confused with the insurance talk. Just pay attention to the conversations had and things will make sense!

" Real : Time : Love " had an interesting concept.

The idea of the drama seen through, well most of the time, social media videos worked nicely. The actors and actresses of the cast did a nice job and their performances were pretty great, and that helped to pull of that concept. The story was okay too, but I guess the edgy concept overshadowed it. Also, the story was not conlcuded nicely, hopefully, though, the second season will pick up after the first one and they will give a nice ending to it.

So, overall, six out of ten for this web drama.

The Right Place, Time, and Chicken!

I think I'll explain myself poorly, but I'll try anyway. It's rare for me to find a show that I can't find faults with, that I never forward, and that I love every element of. From the colors, to the music, to the casting, the base details were perfect.
Then comes the story and the execution. Every single part was well thought out. I have never loved a show so instantly. I war with myself about getting bored easy, not giving things time. But... how do I explain this? From the very first moment Wen looked at Jim as if he'd seen the stars and the sun, I was sure that I was ready to give this time.

My review? People need to watch this show, not because of all the perfection but because there's so much to internalize and learn, and accept here. There's so much growth and progress for every single character involved. It's heartwarming to see this kind of love being shared. The frustrations of living, the amount of exercise and pain and MONEY it takes to just keep carrying on, that's what this show centers around. Being gay or straight or bi or pan or trans, just 'being' is sometimes so difficult, and this show is all about that. Just being, just living and discovering. I don't think I want to let go of the feeling this show left me with. The feeling of being full of love and acceptance and of feeling encouraged.

I am so thankful for this show, for the people who brought it to life, who thought of these stories, these peeks into another's life. I'm so thankful I got the chance to see this.

To anyone who's thinking or has thought that it's slow burn and it's painful, I'd like to say So What? I don't have any malice in that sentence though. I'm just saying... So What? It has so much to give, it has so much love to share. Let's try and embrace that love, let's try and accept that love.

I'm waxing philosophical about a show, but that's only because I feel full of love right now. And, I've got a strange urge to have some chicken. I hope anyone doubting the show watches it anyway.

This is soooo cute! I liked that it was only 3 episodes long. Kind of like a long movie. The acting was cute. The relationships were perfect for high school.
If you are in a drama slump and need something to bring you out this will do it.
I am sure I will watch it again in the future when I need a pick me up.

Best Military Drama I've watched

Just finished it.. the only downside of the drama is it ended too soon, LOL (even though it's already 45 episodes).. really need an epilogue from the last episode, IMO..
Really great drama with great plot, storyline and acting. All the actors and actresses did really well to fit in their roles..
Although I'm usually into rom-com, but I'm actually totally okay with this zero romance (and even any hint of romance).. even though there's no romance feeling whatsoever, the chemistry of friendship, comradery, family, honor, respectability fill the feelings for the whole drama. Really kept me on my seat and it was really hard to stop watching from one episode to the next..
Yang yang really did great in this one, totally get out of his usual characters (handsome gamer with a lot of fans, LOL.. now he's a handsome soldier 😁)
The development for each characters are really great.. from good individuals to great team.. especially Yan Po Yue. In this whole drama we basically watch him growing up. I felt kinda annoyed with his character in certain scenes, but he became matured right in front of our eyes, and that was really brilliant.. Other main/side roles were also great. They described each character and what made them like that brilliantly. Really good job for the team..

This movie was not what i expected but in a good way. I like several things about it.

First it wasn't a very long movie and the plot although not complex moves along very quickly. At first i thought it was ridiculous that her grandfather was insisting on her marrying a guy at least 5 years her senior WHILE she was in high school. But i guess it's a cultural thing (oppa??)

There were some minor characters that i thought were very realistic in their responses to this potentially ridiculous situation. Her mom's reaction and resulting guilt was on point which left me to wonder about her dad , because he didn't seem to concerned at all. Her best friend did a good job at playing up the conflict she was experiencing in keeping her secret while wanting to do what was right. (and she has a great line while they are painting the mural :)

That English teacher was HILARIOUS but i felt so bad for her lol u could smell the desperation through the screen she was the main source of comedy for me.

Both leads are believeable in their roles and i honestly didn't expect the Bo Eun to start leading a double life and being so fiesty, i really enjoyed her performance (although i didn't always sympathize). Sang min was cute and i felt bad for him sometimes, since he seemed to be trying so hard and nothing seemed to be going right for him.

The only real complaint i have about this movie is the lack of insight we get into the thoughts of the leads. We don't really know their back story or the depth of their relationship until the end. Through out the movie we don't get to see how they really feel about each other. Maybe this was the reason that i felt a bit uncomfortable with some of the scenes (like HUH? ,i didn't know he had those types of feelings...ewww).

But in the end it all came together for me. An unexpected, light, funny romantic (ish) romp great for when you're on a drama break

Nakz... now there is Thailand movie here very nice!!! First thanks to the admin adding thai movies this film is much popular known as A Crazy Little Things Called Love i can say that this movie is excellent for youth viewers. i watch this few years ago well honestly few time maybe 5 to 6 times haha ^__^ because they translate this also in tagalog my language .

The Actors are great actually totally great haha :) i like them both so much they giving very nice in fact that i my self cannot get over Nam is so much pretty and Mario is totally cute..^O^ They really both good actors that you cannot even feel weary or tired watching them.

Story is really interesting at the same time it worth to watch it's something most of the girls and teenagers out there can relate obviously when we like someone we do everything to change are self maybe not change but in terms of we trying are best to became pretty or handsome in any aspects because we want them to notice as more. (ohh... common your so dumb if your told me your not trying to be attractive to your crush or boyfriend/girlfriend) Peace just saying....

Back to the story it has almost everything that you can easily relate of Love, Friendship, Family, Study, Life and Drama.

OK.. Music is also Nice i don't have anything to say about that.

Recommendation ... Yeah i totally want you guys to watch this specially teenagers out there highly recommend it !!! and one more last month i also watch this movie Pee Mak it's also nice try this out if you have time :)

Thanks for reading .....

This is my first review, this movie is really good. The story about Phop and Dew when rural Thailand when homosexual is still a terminal disease. Then cos of the circumstances Phop ranaway from home and back to his hometown 23 years later. Where the past will catch up with him.

I know it would be a sad ending judging by the trailer I watched yet as It reached the middle part I really hope that I was wrong and the trailer just to misled the audience.

Oh boy, I was really shocked! I even threw my phone to my bed cos when I finally realized the mystery. I really was hoping that Dew grew up and they would reconcile and live happily ever after. They still lived happily tho, but not the way I was thinking.

This show has portrayed so many true to life situations of various struggles faced by certain people. For instance, the storyline of Non wherein he is mistreated by his father resulting to him being the nuisance of the show. Or how difficult it is for Kao to come out to his mother, and even his closest friends. Another thing i loved is how they portrayed the female characters. Usually, bls would paint women as the toxic and bad characters who get in the way of the main couple, but in this show, the female characters are level headed and mature, a breath of fresh air. The chemistry between TayNew is undeniably perfect, which is one of the reasons why i love this show so much. PoddFluke also gave so much into their characters, making me enjoy their characters storyline as well. In conclusion, this show is one of the best shows produced by the company and I encourage everyone to watch it

amazing

this is the first bl that I've finished and I love it. the story is consistently entertaining and I like how the main couple didn't hate each other at the beginning. its a very cute love story with a very dark and sad underlining.
(this is where spoilers)
I love how Pharm and Dean obviously understand that their relationship is a part of Korn and In's relationship, but they also want the relationship to be about them.
this show holds a special place in my heart for two reasons. 1. it was the first bl that I've finished and 2. the only drama that has given me a literal panic attack. I watched this show because my friend forced me to and im not mad. anyways, if you've read this far that means that you've probably already watched the show so I hope that you enjoyed the show as much as I did!

It’s okay... I guess?

If you are wanting to watch something shorter, with fantasy elements and pretty high production value, this is certainly a good show. But it’s also not much more than that.

First things first: this in comparison to Hotel del Luna and Mystic Pop-up bar. I’ve seen both hotel del luna and mystic pop-up bar, but this definitely has some things that set it apart. HDL and MPUB have more of an “unconditionally help good people with their wishes” vibe, but the witch’s diner is really a “this-for-that, every wish comes at a price, sometimes people make a mistake and end up regretting their wish because the price just wasn’t worth it” kind of thing, which was cool. But at the same time, it doesn’t really have that feel-good vibe going on, which I especially noticed while watching MPUB. Which is of course okay as well, if that’s not what you’re looking for at least.

As for the plot, it had a lot of potential that it just didn’t reach. I think it was a good idea not to make it 16 episodes, but it just got a bit too much at times for how short the show actually was. I honestly didn’t care about the characters. I forgot the witch existed half of the time, and shes literally a main character (not to mention, the whole reason the show exists). The relationships between the characters also just weren’t that great. Maybe it's because the characters felt boring to me, to begin with, but all the different relationships were pretty boring as well, with the exception of the mother-daughter bond between Jin and her mom (which was amazing). The wishes themselves also left no impact on me at all, because so little time was spend on them.

But it has nice set design, the clothes and make-up are pretty alright, the acting was okay and at least I didn’t spend 16 hours on it, you know? It’s a short watch, which made it enjoyable enough to not drop and give it a chance. I definitely don’t regret watching, but the lacklustre characters are the main reason the rewatch value is so low for me.

Sometimes the eating scenes really grossed me out as well due to all the sounds to the point where I had to skip them, but I guess if you’re into ASMR or the like, that won’t really cause a problem.

uh... no.. nEvErThELeSs,

Honestly I can only recommend this drama to you if you like skinship.

Hint, hint, i haven't read the webtoon so this review contains nothing about how good it is as a webtoon adaptation.

In the beginning, the drama made me feel excited for the mature and casual relationship between Nabi and Jae Eon, however it was really just me secretly setting myself up for frustration. They start with a toxic relationship, and end with one, making myself the only one to blame for the dissatisfaction i had when finishing this drama (i should've known). You think you're going to get a friends-with-benefits-to-lovers situation, but instead get something much more frustrating, boring and toxic than anticipated. I couldn't tell if the pacing was wack or if i was just bored. The repetition of events was tiring and lead to this frustration i keep mentioning. The drama is only 10 episodes, and i don't know if its because i was watching the episodes as they aired, but it felt so LONG. There was so much filler from supporting characters, despite the fact that they only had 10 hours compared to the usual 16 to tell a story. All the energy they spent making sure ten supporting characters were paired up should've been put into Nabi and Jae Eon's relationship.
With that being said, here are the positives that kept me tuning in
- The great side couples. All were unique and there was even a same-sex couple for once!!
- Great osts although this is more of a positive aspect and not actually a reason to keep watching.
- Cinematography and color palettes. Very aesthetically pleasing to watch.
- Skinship and open talks about sex. If you like a lot of kissing and naughty scenes then here you go. The drama is built upon casual relationships so be prepared for plenty of casual conversations/scenes with sex. If you want skinship, here is the drama to get it, but just know that there is not much else (at least for the main couple).
I don't recommend it. If you still decide to watch this drama, don't set your expectations too high.
