Boyfriend on Demand Episode 1

Obviously I got on this show because of Jisoo like most people. Watching the first episode, I got to say her acting got better. She can act "subtle" now which makes me proud of her. One scene that showcased this is the macaroon scene I don't want to spoil it but you can tell she brought that scene. On Snowdrop, you can tell she is acting "by force" in that show. There was no hint of subtlety. Her acting in this is better because you can tell she is now comfortable. Jisoo aside, the story is adorable. I really really love an enemies to lovers type of story so this is already amazing. The set design??? Production went all in on this omg. I don't like the underwater scene towards the end though. It was cheesy but I think that's the art direction they were going for. The acting for the rest of the cast is great. The boss character is my favorite so far. Overall it is a good pilot.

A bit of a letdown but still very good! Finishing well but I would have preferred a warmer ending. Jisoo looks so cute here and I am happy that they made up!

The pretend marriage consummation—no words! Electric sparks were flying everywhere and the room was filled with heat. To our disappointment, the leads are very good at restraining themselves, even when they are practically glued together.I really savored the beautiful shift from the northern lands to the more spring-like grounds of Heijian Luyuan Academy via bird's-eye view. The hawk's travel was perfectly done, finally revealing who is on the other side of this communication: Gongsun Yin, the headmaster of the Academy. A very intriguing detail is that there's a lady disguised as a man with heart-eyes for the headmaster. That subplot could be very interesting! As I understood in the end, the Marquis has another alias: Xie Jiuheng? Or was the headmaster referring to the bird by that name?

Pursuit of Jade Episode 6

First ImpressionJust when it feels like things might calm down, enemies start appearing from every direction. This episode really highlights how difficult life is for the FL simply because of who she is.🪷Episode ThoughtsEpisode 6 explores more of the prejudice the FL faces. Because she’s a butcher, people are either disgusted or afraid of her — and it’s even worse because she’s a woman. But she didn’t choose this life out of cruelty, she chose it because she needed to survive.🪷There’s a really sweet moment between the leads when the FL worries that the ML might be disgusted by her work. Instead, he tells her he would be ungrateful to think that way, especially considering she took in a cripple when no one else would. It’s a small but meaningful moment that shows how much he respects her.🪷We also see that the ML continues quietly protecting her behind the scenes.🪷When the FL returns to her father’s butcher shop she finds it completely smashed up. The culprits turn out to be the same thugs who had been causing trouble earlier. Surprisingly they apologise and explain who ordered them to do it. We get a little of their backstory — they aren’t inherently bad people, but circumstances forced them down this path.🪷Instead of punishing them, the FL gives them honest work. She feeds them and pays them wages, showing that given the chance they might choose a better life.🪷The FL then confronts Wang and firmly puts him in his place. Even the ML steps in with a subtle move behind the scenes to make sure she’s protected.🪷But of course the drama isn’t over.🪷The trial regarding her uncle’s complaint finally begins, and something immediately feels off. They demand she remove her knives, which already feels suspicious. Then her aunt arrives carrying her dead uncle, loudly accusing the FL of being a jinx.🪷It’s clearly a setup.🪷My suspicion is firmly on the county magistrate’s daughter — she was already snooping around earlier in her carriage and it feels like she’s behind this latest scheme.🪷Character Notes🪷Female LeadStill incredibly strong. Despite the way people judge her for being a butcher, she continues to stand her ground and even offers others a chance at honest work.🪷Male LeadQuietly protective. He may not openly interfere yet, but he’s clearly making moves behind the scenes to make sure the FL isn’t harmed.🪷Village ThugsTheir backstory adds an interesting layer. They aren’t purely villains — just people pushed into bad decisions.🪷Aunt & Magistrate’s DaughterThe manipulation around the trial feels very calculated, and it’s clear someone powerful is trying to trap the FL.🪷Final ThoughtsEpisode 6 raises the stakes with the trial storyline and continues showing how the FL has to fight against prejudice and manipulation. The growing partnership between the leads is also becoming more meaningful.🪷Favourite MomentThe ML telling the FL he could never be disgusted by her when she worries about her butcher work.🪷Trope Check • Protective male lead • Prejudice against strong FL • Hidden enemies • False accusation setup • Quiet ally protecting from the shadows • Villain scheme

Episode 6 of Heart Code may be the series’ strongest entry yet, blending emotional storytelling, character growth, and rising tension as the finale approaches. Captain Thara’s risky undercover move pushes the investigation forward, but the real heart of the episode lies in the evolving relationship between Thara and Vicky.Their connection reaches a new level in a beautifully layered intimate scene that signals Thara finally allowing herself to be vulnerable and letting Vicky fully into her world. But just as the episode gives them a moment of peace, the story pivots sharply. A devastating ultimatum from the Minister forces Thara to face an impossible choice: pursue the revenge she has spent years chasing or protect the woman she is beginning to love. With Vicky overhearing the conversation, the emotional fallout is unavoidable — and the finale promises to deliver an explosive reckoning.Read our full review here: https://bit.ly/4sgC4cR

They are so cute as a couple, love them together. They were especially cute when Park Gyeong Nam was dragged along to the team dinner but Seo Mi Rae had to continue wroking. They looked so cute and sad lol. What a thrilling ending, he must really have been confused. Hope they talk it out, because it's prett annoying that once Mi Rae decided to quit he discovers who she's been meeting.

Duang with You Episode 6

I was already obsessed with this series, but the moment I watched this episode I completely lost my appetite, my sanity, and whatever was left of my normal human functioning. Why on earth was I feeling their first kiss like it was happening to me? Oh my God. At this point I’m either going crazy… or maybe I already have.

The perfect way to end it. I’m glad they didn't just make everything magically perfect. Seeing them try to date for real with all the awkwardness and work stress was the best part. It left me feeling really happy and satisfied with how everyone ended up. Definitely a 10/10 binge. I hope they've plans for season 2 too

Watching Mi-rae finally decide to move on from the app was so satisfying. It was a big growth moment for her. Her big talk with Kyeong-nam was everything I wanted it to be—it wasn't perfect or cinematic, it was just two people being honest, which felt way more romantic than the virtual stuff.

The drama really ramped up here. The scene starts acting weird and showing her stuff from her real life, which was kind of creepy but also made for a great story. It forced her to stop hiding in the VR world and actually look at what was happening right in front of her. The tension was crazy.

I loved that we finally got to see things from Kyeong-nam’s side. He’s not actually a jerk; he’s just stoic and actually likes Mi-rae in his own quiet way. Seeing how much he does for her behind the scenes while she’s distracted by the app made me root for him so much more.

Enjoyed this episode a lot, especially the thoughfulness about the Christmas tree.I didn't really like the ending though, it felt prett random. Them crying out of nowhere and then suddenly kissing.

First ImpressionThe wedding episode! And honestly it delivered everything — chaos, comedy, romance, and a very satisfying moment putting the ex-fiancé in his place.🪷Episode ThoughtsThe episode kicks off with the gambling thugs once again showing up to cause trouble, trying to get their hands on the property title. This time the ML isn’t letting things slide.🪷You’d think he’d simply beat them up himself, but instead the neighbourhood grandpas unexpectedly step in to help. What follows is a slightly chaotic and funny fight where the ML ends up reopening his wounds while pretending he wasn’t really fighting.🪷When the FL hears there’s trouble she rushes back ready to throw punches, only to discover the situation already handled. While tending to the ML’s wounds she starts connecting some dots — with his build he clearly isn’t the scholar he pretends to be. But interestingly she doesn’t push the issue.🪷Meanwhile the FL’s uncle has filed a complaint which could cost her the house. The ML tries to help her prepare for it, but it becomes very obvious that she’s not exactly a “books girl.” If he explains things simply, she can recite them — and through these small moments we can see their relationship slowly growing closer.🪷Of course the ex-fiancé just had to appear again before the wedding. He still believes she should be grateful that he’s offering to take her as a concubine, completely looking down on her as if she’s beneath him.🪷Thankfully he eventually gets the slap he deserves. This moment leads to a really cute scene between the leads with an impromptu kiss on the cheek from both of them, leaving the ex-fiancé completely humiliated as he runs off with his tail between his legs.🪷The ML is still clearly hiding secrets, but we also see how he quietly helps the FL. Through secret messages he manages to get enough money to buy back her mother’s hairpin, which leads to another funny and sweet moment between them.🪷Finally the wedding day arrives and both of them look amazing. But of course the ex-fiancé tries one last time to embarrass her. Instead of succeeding, both the ML and FL deliver a perfect verbal slap-down that puts him firmly in his place.🪷Still… I don’t think this is the last we’ll see of him causing trouble.🪷Character Notes🪷Female LeadStill fierce and unapologetically herself. She’s not book-smart, but she’s practical, brave, and refuses to be looked down on.🪷Male LeadQuietly protective and clearly hiding more about his identity. The way he helps her behind the scenes shows how much he already cares.🪷Ex-FiancéEvery appearance makes him more insufferable. His arrogance and hypocrisy are almost impressive at this point.🪷Final ThoughtsA really fun wedding episode that balanced humour, romance, and a bit of action. The growing bond between the leads feels natural, and the humiliation of the ex-fiancé was incredibly satisfying.🪷Favourite MomentThe impromptu cheek kiss between the leads after shutting down the ex-fiancé.🪷Trope Check • Wedding episode • Trash ex-fiancé • Marriage of convenience • Protective male lead • Hidden identity • Humiliated villain • Village community support
