Avi A perfect mix of funny, romantic and smart female leads with petty side characters giving the episode some spice. This was one of the best kiss scenes I have ever seen because it started so awkward and became so steamy.

cjspock The final episode is an emotional rollercoaster. All puzzle pieces have been put into place, and we see the complete, tragic end of Ran. Qiao Su Qing and Xu Meng do not escape punishment. Yuanlongli is demolished with applause. He Xiao He is awarded for solving the case and gets to work in the criminal division. There is an award for He Yuan Hang's contribution, but first, they have to find him. After watching the demolition, it is too much for him, and he goes to see Ran off at the train station once again. The police team shows up for his award, and they all get to say a tearful goodbye to Ran. All in all, a bittersweet ending to an engaging mystery.The cast was amazing in the penultimate chapter of this haunting story.

Bill Dew I think the story is building ML has been called out as trouble soldier so all the leaders are worried and want to transfer him out of unit. The main cook is leaving in less than 100 days or 3 months and he wants a sucessor

Qiao Su Qing reveals the true events and how she and Xu Meng enacted the nearly perfect crime. Things begin to fall into place as the story unfolds. All the seemingly random clues along the way are making sense. The police locate Xu Meng and take her into custody. Now it is her turn to reveal her side of the story. Before heading into the interrogation room to confront Xu Meng, He Xiao He was encouraged by Ran and her father (in spirit). While this is another episode filled with much exposition, it is interesting to see all the pieces fall into place. Seeing the three together (even in Xiao He's imagination) was bittersweet.

Without Earl's cute little performance, this episode probably deservers a "1". At this point this series has really leaned hard into using nothing but cliche' plot trope after cliche' plot trope to drag out these remaining episodes. The script quality has gotten so bad. This barely resembles the show that was the first 20 episodes. I'm just gritting my teeth to make it past all this stupidity to get to the happy ending. But Earl was cute so I'm adding a +2 to the score just for him.

Qiao Su Qing had just been released from detention when He Xiao He arrived with the warrant. The evidence Ran had collected all those years ago was found, and the team obtained a warrant for her arrest. During the interrogation, Qiao Su Qing tried to stick to her version of the truth until evidence was presented. She finally told the truth about the events. The sad truth is that while she didn't hurt Ran, she knew who did, and it was someone we never expected. The episode dropped a bombshell that some have speculated about. We then took a walk down memory lane and heard the true events from the mountain and after. While not as much happened this episode, it was good to finally see the true events and how close (and yet so far) Ran and He Yuan Hang were during their investigation.

Qiao Su Qing holds firm to her version of the truth. There is now a race to obtain evidence of her involvement before her confinement ends (less than 24 hours). He Xiao He worries they will not be able to find evidence in time, and Qiao will be released. He Xiao He and He Yuan Hang start putting together that she may be responsible for more deaths surrounding the case, including Ran. He Xiao He starts reviewing the accident footage to see if she can be found in the area, while He Yuan Hang tries to figure out where the evidence Ran collected could be. Unfortunately, he has run out of his medication and passed out. He was gripping a clue from Ran's ghost about where the evidence could be. Meanwhile, at the police station, the team remembers that Ran was writing a report before he died, and they hack into the system to recover He Yuan Hang's account, finally putting them on the right path. The clock is ticking, and we all wonder whether they will find the evidence in time. Pan Yue Ming's emotion when remembering Ran breaks your heart a bit each time. This was an emotionally charged episode, with everyone trying to do their best to solve the case.

KJ2025 The lead singer is not so impressed with Laidi. She was expecting an older girl that could sing and was pretty. The uncle defends her and they start off by scrubbing her down and finding the girl under the sheep dirt and smells. She sees costumes and wigs which amaze and alarm her. She is told to eat and not begrudged food. The snoring contest between lead singer and Laidi 😂🤣 The cook’s son befriends Laidi and shows her where to find hidden food. She is soaking in the atmosphere and waits a full day before saying anything. Nobody knows what she is capable of yet. Not even she. Singing practice isn’t going so well but she gains cool points by calmly picking up the snake and tossing it out the window. Politics are dangerous at this time and the stunt with the letter has caused far more attention than usual. This changed who judged the tryouts making it look less and less likely Laidi could be pushed through. The understudy has been given the lead role and a secondary drummer wants uncle’s place. While the men started to argue, the new lead says she doesn’t want to perform with him. It is hard to describe this drama because it is one to just watch and absorb. The story flows smoothly and the dialogue is limited. It is more experiencing the artistic life of the troupe with singers , musicians and acrobats practicing. They are their own community and treat each other like family.

Wow. The show-writers have now doubled-down and infected the Tang Ming + Yan Xiaoqiu romance with the dreaded 'noble idiocy' trope. And through the use of one of the worst, stupidest scenes I can recall in recent dramas. Shan Shan threatening suicide to get her way ..... and succeeding!!!! Yan Xiaoqiu bizarrely gives up her love for her sister and insists Tang Ming turn any love he has for her towards her sister. - as if that makes _any_ sense whatsoever! That has to be one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. And in the main couple thread, despite paying off Chen Jiaming's debts, he still manages to torment Su Mang more and she sinks even further into her already deep spiral of noble idiocy, running away from Zheng Chu upon the reveal that her baby is from an anonymous sperm donor! Of course, she doesn't realize that Zheng Chu himself was a sperm donor!!!! The show writing quality has basically sunk to incredible low depths at this point.
