Sweet0Girl I swear they make cops do the stupidest stuff. 1st at crimes scenes they are always talking so loud everyone can hear them. 2nd Moo Gak just ignores some rando who happens to be at the same storage place he goes to to look for something that will help him find a killer??? FFS!!

KJ2025 BiZhi is trying to determine if BeiLu is ZiYi. He visits BeiLu’s vet clinic and apartment. BeiLu is having financial difficulties so cousin BiZhi pays rent. He takes BeiLu to a time rift market to ask the Lord of the market if BeiLu had ever been there. She could neither confirm or deny the possibility of BeiLu being ZiYi, but she could confirm he’d never been at her market. BeiLu has an adventure by getting kidnapped by two lovers from different eras that didn’t want to be separated. There was no way for either to sacrifice their place in time so they just promised to live each moment as their last. Turns out Lu Feng has no memory of the place and has to send out miss you messages in a multi chat. His influencer date wasn’t fooled and left. He is wanting her presence at his exhibition to have increased visibility. What was interesting is that the Lord of the market was familiar with his name but not his appearance. She serves as the item location finder for BiZhi and they bargain for coordinate locations. Unlike others that accidentally find the market and have to remain til their time era opens, BiZhi and BeiLu can come and go plus retain memories of their time spent there. This is a unique feature of travel via Yashe shop. BeiLu has not passed his vet test or become licensed in three years. There seems to be a very real lack of motivation with no given reason. BiZhi takes BeiLu to a five star location where I am surprised a dress code wasn’t enforced. BeiLu eats like a starving college student at a pub. I don’t think BiZhi will go so highbrow next time. Maybe this was another ZiYi test because of all the manners forced upon him by his family. It was interesting how quickly BeiLu recognized how boring BiZhi’s life is in the future. That was very quick insight. This episode focused on new characters and locations with BiZhi taking notes indicating it is less and less likely that BeiLu is his friend. He hasn’t given up hope but he is probably now deciding if he wants a look alike to keep him company if he can definitely prove one way or the other if ZiYi or no. Does he consider them friends if not ZiYi?

The writers once again rely on cheap plot tricks. Most notably, they suddenly transform the up-until-now quite clever and well-informed Baili Wei Sheng into a gullible idiot. They also have nearly completed the transformation of Ten from a street smart punk turned fiercely loyal maid-friend of ZiQing ... into a stupid, gullible henchman of Meng Wan Yue. These character transformations are jarring and totally not believable but of course are apparently necessary for the plot the writers are contrstructing. Other lame tricks are of course keeping Xiao Sheng - a key witness to something important - unconscious so they can drag out the reveal as long as possible. The frustrating thing is that the overall plot they've constructed seems like they could have gotten there without using such cheap, lazy tricks. They could have gotten to the current scenario with consistent characters and fewer coincidental contrivances.

This is a really good ep and the twist while not surprising was very well done. I honesty hate that Cho Rim likes the ML. He's so aloof and that's not endearing to me. I mean he is coming out of his shell a bit but still...Nam Koong Min is just sooooo creepy in this.

This drama does emotional scenes beautifully ❤️ we get some background when Cpt Li met Ms He via the mirror. They rescued each other and shared sweet moments. While an anomaly that shouldn’t exist, their love story was very sweet and heartfelt. 🥰❤️ There is also some history when BiZhi met ZiYi and how their friendship started. They were successful in retrieving the mirror this time and it was added to the collection. I am not sure how much longer Ms He lived but they were shown holding hands with Gen Li as he passed. Wherever they are, they’re together😄 BeiLu was given credit for the idea and has been granted more visits to the shop. The cast and production team are doing an excellent job drawing you in to the individual stories of the collection as well as gaining clues about BeiZhi and BeiLu. Loved all the beautiful sentiment in this episode.

Glorple This episode feels the same as the last one. I think now we've seen enough of a miserable, powerless You Shulang. They'll give us crumbs of You Shulang fighting back against Fan Xiao just for it to go nowhere. That other rich guy chasing him (forgot the name) and the second young master give us and You Shulang a glimmer of hope just for Shulang to not even be dedicated to getting out of his captive situation. I know he's mentally unstable but him backtracking and playing in the second young master's face like that has me wondering if he's genuinely just gonna kill Fan Xiao himself (I support it but he'd go to prison sadly) and that's why his independent ways of exit are moving so slowly or come back just to be shut down again. I'm also starting to get sick of seeing Shulang treated like that by Fan Xiao so if the next episode is the same thing I might go insane. The show also tries to get us to feel bad for Fan Xiao at times but it usually doesn't work, I just hate him even more at times because he ends up doing too much or it comes off as guilt tripping. I hope the next episode has You Shulang finally get out of his grasp because I miss his defiance so much.

BiZhi decides to let BeiLu accompany him against his better judgment. Since the location is the same time frame ZiYi lived there, BiZhi hopes it will stir memories. BeiLu seems to have been written as comic relief. I have mixed feelings with this approach. He constantly disrupts things without thought of the consequences. The fish mirror is discovered to be the heart guard of a young general. He found it on the battlefield and conversed with a distraught woman on the other side. They did a sort of ancient FaceTime and chatted with each other that way. The last battle scene with the young general was very well done. Because BeiLu tried to save him, the general died going over a cliff and the mirror could not be retrieved. He did suggest finding the girl and I am not annoyed he tried to save her. However this still means they cannot get the mirror yet. I think BeiLu’s character is smart, but he does act impulsively and does not worry about consequences til they literally tie him up to get him out of the way. I can see why some commenters are unhappy with his character. The ZiYi at the beginning seemed like a serious scholar so I am hoping the writers have included a growing phase for a more mature side of BeiLu to present during the drama. As childish as his impulsive nature looks, it was also this characteristic that had him help BiZhi even when he thought BiZhi was a complete nutcase. I am still enjoying the story and waiting to see what happens next.

Good episode. It was nice to see Ji Woo's reasons for leaving the 2nd time but I still don't care about these flashback. Loved Lee El in this ep. So good as always. I bawled my eyes out when she was telling Ji Woo about their mother's infidelity and why she should leave Kyeong Do. I hate that she did tell he sister about the Alzheimer's though. Hate when shows drag stuff out.

Finally got the leads committed to each other and even married. It was a legit question whether ZiQing would overcome her reasonable fear of commitment (since if she goes back 'home' she would lose her lover) but she decides to not live with regret and chooses BeiYue with no reservations. This is probably going to be the emotional 'high' point for the series for a while because if this follows typical c-drama arcs, the last 9. episodes will include every possible problem and crisis to try to tear them apart. Overall, a great episode with the only negative is that the writers had to insert a few minutes of the obsessed psychopath Lige in at the very end, just to try to ruin the episode.

estar Fan Xiao's monolog at the start was a pity party for one, everything was me me me.... so i rejoiced when Shu Lang didn't soften. why should he?!? so what if Fan Xiao had trust issues, how is Shu Lang or anyone good to blame? what, cause a person is good that means they lead an easy life?!? there r people that smile & laugh & r in the world of pain. what everyone needs to walk around bleedin & in misery, displaying their pain for the world to see?? as i always say, just cause ur hurt Doesn't justify u hurting others!!! *********************************************************************************************************************Fan Xiao is a selfish ass hat, in the previous ep i felt sad for him, but now i don't - cause the sec Shu Lang started speaking he shut him out, cause he only cares to hear, what he wants to hear & as long as Shu Lang's not accepting his "apology" & ready to start over, he has no interest to really listening to what he has to say. this NOT boding well - idk how this love story is gonna get back on track, for me to root for it or Fan Xiao, as of now he unworthy of Shu Lang period. ****************************************side note: anyone adopting a child & then tossing them aside like so much garbage, cause they finally got pregnant, deserve to be thrown into prison, both "mother" & "father" heck a hefty fine would also be grand - anything & everything that would serve as a warning, for others not to act like heartless degenerates. who f*ckin does that to a child?!????? just disgusting!

This drama is interesting. BiZhi is coming with testimony to prove his friend’s innocence and does not make it back in time. ZiYi believes all is lost and his place is set ablaze to finish things. BiZhi has the ability to visit different times like Dr Who, but because he has tried to save his friend repeatedly with nothing changing, the artifacts his friend collected now has a bad cosmic energy that wreaks havoc wherever they end up. So now his mission is to collect these relics and remove the negative energy…like Warehouse 13. He retrieves a sword after an impromptu sword fight with the owner who inadvertently activated it. The fight was well done and he managed to knock out the owner and retrieve the sword. The owner was left to wonder about the table etc cut in half.🤣 BiZhi is lamenting his friend and tries to find golden liquor in a local bar that advertised it. After testing all their golden drinks he is a drunken mess outside and a stranger offers assistance. This stranger looks and acts like his friend in modern times and he is convinced that it is him. The veterinarian thinks the poor guy is addled but tries to help him anyways. BiZhi spent the night skipping through time trying to get BeiLu to remember with no luck. He finally gives up and is off to recover a mirror in ancient times to discover that the doc and his turtle have traveled back with him. They are both quite surprised. Very interesting start to the drama and quite fun to watch.

The romantic tension being built in the relationship between Shen Man Qing and Wen Si Yuan is so thick. Both actors. (Deng Yu Li and Zou Ting Wei, respectively) are really delivering fantastic performances. Especially because it has all been built up slowly with subtlety and nuance and not overt romantic events. Both characters have been walking tightropes and forced to stay controlled. But then Shen makes herself so vulnerable, exposing her fragile heart, when the rain puts out the lantern, it's hard not to burst out crying with her. Ironically, amidst an episode where everything else seems to be going in the favor of the bad guys, her actions are low key the only thing that goes against what the bad guys want. Meanwhile, a potential train wreck feels like it is coming in the up & down relationship between ZQC and SYL due to the plot-contrived dichotomy forced upon ZQC between saving SYL's life and his promise to save her master's life. And then there is the inner demon that Zhu Yan is fighting as they seem to be building him out as the cliche' unrequited '3rd wheel' of the relationship. Will the writers send him on a full villain arc?
