How just is justice?

Everything was set up for whacko artist to be leader but that still seems off. Maybe this will clear up when embezzling officials get called out and sentenced. At least no more sketch subterfuge and fake wretching😝 Never thought of Prince Yan Li scared and wanting company to get to sleep. It would be quite the irony if the one living in brothel was actually most chaste of the group. We really don’t have his backstory to know what trauma he’s dealt with. Why did Supreme Court minister want case closed? Is he doing this for emperor or cult? Is he trying to protect Wan and Prince Chi from emperor? Is emperor trying to get Prince Rui and Prince Chi killed with this corrupt official case? Does he hide behind bead bonnets as pseudo disguise because he is not who he says he is? I’m hoping Prince Chi gets a handle on this so consort and son don’t get army. So Prince Ze was poisoned along with snow blindness, by who? Princess Ning is showing responsibility but she should have a heart to heart with Prince Ze before sentencing them both to marriage. This was a tragedy between children not a plot to hurt him. Prince Yan Li going to set his woman straight.😂wonder if he will stay brave when he looks her eye to eye. 😂 This episode gives more questions than answers. I wanna know if Supreme Court minister has a flower tattoo. 😝 if he is trying to assist Wan and Prince Chi, why didn’t he help out the Shen’s? Why was he ok with the entire family being executed? What did the minister believe to be gray about the Shens? And how does Prince Ze fit in with all the royal machinations?

I watched it because my favorite, (Park Hyung Sik) is here, I enjoyed watching this drama. You will laugh, 😄cry. 😭And be annoyed😏by some of the characters. It's about family. There are many lessons. If you want to laugh and cry, watch it. This series is a bit old and long, but you won't get bored watching it, because it's fun. I highly recommend it.👌

CPR lessons

It was an anticlimactic departure for Entong after all the trouble she caused. Can’t feel even pity for her. I was grieved with Shi for swapping pills, but he truly hoped the girl he liked would do the right thing on her own without being caught in a lie. He gave her too much credit. He is still willing to wait for her. When they visited the parents of drowned friend, I wonder if yellow roses from her. I’m still not convinced she didn’t tamper with the tanks. They should leave healing methods to the professionals. 🫣😂 But the kiss in the fountain was long overdue. I am glad Han and Jian Dan taking the course together. It is worthwhile knowledge even if not used as a profession. They should have used dummy for chest compression practice.😝 But Han all pleased with mouth to mouth this time around. They have come full circle. Too bad have to wait til next episode to see.

The director infused a touch of comedy into this otherwise emotional episode. I don't think JQX will be able to stay away from Cherry much longer. The chase is over!

He Fell Deeper in Love, Holy Shit

I mean I don't even have to do anything at this point, it's so clear how down bad Seo In Woo is for uri dong shikie~ It's so clear the writer's are shipping the two at this point. I can't believe there are deniers. Like when they're in the escape room together, In Woo literally says to dong shikie: "Right now, I'm too turned on." No, I'm not making this shit up. YOu look back at the episode and tell me what it said. Even Anjali agrees that In Woo can't get enough of dong shikie. He even frickin said that dong shikie was a special in his life to Bo Kyung, literally to tell her that dong shikie's doesn't need some random hoe in his life and to get the fuck out. I so agree with him like fuck off bitch. I can't wait to see how this drama ends. We better see their wedding and honeymoon (maybe even kids?) or I'm gonna fuckign lose it.

Faker is caught

I was getting annoyed again and added Shi to the mix for swapping pills. It was a good way to get to the truth by calling her dad. She was pretending to be all helpful for Han and caught in her lie with her own words. That was a nice touch. This will at least finish this round. Now to see what happens next episode.

🌸 Peach of Time Review: A Bittersweet BL Tale of Love, Loss, and Letting Go

**Series Review: *Peach of Time* (2021)**Genre:** BL (Boys’ Love), Fantasy, Drama**Episodes:** 10 (approx. 20–25 minutes each)**Country:** South Korea/Thailand (cross-cultural production)**Starring:** Choi Jae Hyun, Jimmy Karn Kritsanaphan, Tommy Sittichok Pueakpoolpol🎥### ⭐️ *Overview**Peach of Time* is a Korean-Thai BL drama that blends romance with fantasy, tackling themes of grief, identity, and cross-cultural friendship. While relatively short in length, the series delivers an emotionally layered narrative that sets it apart from typical BL fare. The show isn't just about romance—it’s also about healing, family, and unfinished business.🎬### 🌸 *Plot Summary*Peach (played by Jimmy), a cheerful Thai boy, travels to South Korea to finally meet his online friend, Yoon Oh (Choi Jae Hyun), in real life. What starts off as a light-hearted trip quickly takes a surreal turn: Yoon Oh is, in fact, a ghost who doesn’t realize he’s dead.As Peach tries to help Yoon Oh uncover the truth and find peace, he becomes entangled with Yoon Oh's strained family dynamics, including his distant mother and mysterious death. Along the way, another spirit, Mario (played by Tommy), adds tension and depth to the supernatural undercurrent.🎬### 💔 *What It Does Well*🥹🥺😩😭😌☺️😍*Emotional Depth:** The story thoughtfully explores grief, loss, and the unresolved issues that can linger after death. Rather than focusing solely on romance, it leans into healing and closure, which gives the show a stronger emotional payoff.* **Cultural Fusion:** The Thai-Korean collaboration is refreshing and rare in BL dramas. The cultural and language differences are treated with charm, creating an authentic connection between the leads. **Strong Performances:** Choi Jae Hyun brings subtlety and pain to his role as Yoon Oh, while Jimmy Karn balances lightheartedness with sensitivity. Tommy’s portrayal of Mario adds complexity, creating a gentle love triangle dynamic without melodrama.🫶🏻💯💗 **Atmosphere:** The series has a quiet, almost dreamlike tone. Its visuals—cool, soft color palettes and understated sets—complement the ghostly theme without overdoing the supernatural elements.**The Quote** “Your not anybody’s mistake. Your the best gift of my life” 🥹💗 Brought tears to my eyes, seriously, I had to pause the show and I cried my eyes out. It was one of the most beautiful phrases I have ever heard.🎬### ❌ *Where It Falls Short** **Pacing:** Some plot developments feel rushed or underdeveloped, especially toward the end. With only 10 short episodes, it occasionally feels like the story is sprinting toward resolution without giving emotional moments time to breathe.* **Romantic Payoff:** BL fans looking for a more explicitly romantic arc may be left wanting. The love story is subtle and open-ended, which aligns with the themes but may not satisfy those expecting a more traditional BL ending.* **Supporting Characters:** The side characters, especially Yoon Oh’s mother and Mario, could have used more backstory or emotional resolution. Their motivations and transformations sometimes feel sudden or unearned.🎬### 💬 *Final Thoughts**Peach of Time* is not your typical BL. It offers something more introspective and bittersweet, using the BL framework to explore universal emotions—grief, regret, and the courage to let go. Its emotional subtlety and cultural nuance make it stand out, even if its brevity limits some of its narrative potential. While it may not be for fans seeking high drama or passionate romance, it’s a heartfelt, atmospheric drama that leaves a lingering impression.🎬### ⭐️ *Rating:* 9.0/10**Best For:** Fans of *HIStory 3: Trapped*, *To My Star*, or *He's Coming to Me*, and anyone who appreciates a thoughtful blend of romance and fantasy.

Recently, I watched a CDrama called A DREAM WITHIN A DREAM. And it all starts with the FL being afraid of the ML because of the rumours that he is a serious and ruthless killer, doesn't like girls, etc. But later, even if she tries to change the script, they end up falling in love and together.I think this is going to happen here, too. The FL and ML will start like a toxic couple, and later they will finally fall in love with each other.

Me and Claire are watching together on discord…

Me and Claire are watching together on discord on her phone on kisskh, but we are free. Glad we are getting more of our second couple but at the same time everything feels very random. Like I am connecting some dots but not all of them. More lore but not enough to understand anything. 7/10 okay bye!

As always

The cocktail part is the best. Additionally, this is the first time I've seen a drama where the reader complains about the novel and suddenly finds themselves in a supporting character's role, trying to defeat the enemy and match the main characters. But she will be the FL instead. hahahahahahahaha

Restricting Carbs Bad; Jump Roping Good

This didn't pull me in as much as the opening episode but still a good solid episode. Miao Miao/Esther becomes a little cringe but still funny when her system task goes awry, and the cgi wasn't super great this episode but overall an enjoyable episode.Favorite Moments: Miao Miao getting her Dad more active; Miao Miao and Mu Sheng's near miss; Miao Miao and Mu Yao moments.

Fun and Feels in the Middle, but will it stick the landing?

I'm temporarily without access to this drama, stuck at episode 32 (there would have been far worse points to stop!) and where some dramas I pause in the middle of fade quickly from memory, I can't stop thinking about this one. I'm usually leery of the whole "pulled into the story/game" genre--the added layer can be distancing and rob emotional weight. But so far this one has struck and excellent balance. On the one hand, there's hilarious parody of the serious historical drama genre (esp the kind with the cold cruel ML and the nice supportive SML, also with shout-outs to the jump-back-in-time subgenre and some other specific niches). Some of the tropes are combined in hilarious ways. But it also soon got under my skin. The FL is just as wary, just as holding herself back from getting too emotionally attached as I was as the watcher of this genre. She knows she's stuck in a story so she's determined not to fall for it...and it made me fall instead. The ML is brilliant. The casting was brilliant--especially using someone who'd so recently had a serious version of the ruthless and cold ML role!--but mostly because he does complicated and soulful looks so well. Various secondary characters are also very well done and themes of questioning what you think you know about people and about life are pervading the whole middle section.I really really hope they stick the landing and don't undercut everything they've built because in between the laugh out loud parody, there's something really moving and heartfelt here and I want to see that through for all these characters that are getting more depth as they go.
