estar well happy at least one pair had a happy moment in this ep - of course given how this has been written have a feeling it wont be for long. & we just got 2 last eps to go ugh... i hope this not a rushed wrap up job that at the last moment everyone lines up & everything is solved in a blink. cause so far in-spite of the depressing, sad & infuriating plot-line this has been good! ************i am sure that CEO is threatening Hyeon Jae, but after the 1st time where he inadvertently ended up ghosting Su An, this time around - after the initial shock died down. he should told Su An everything. even if they couldn't change a thing. it would be better that Su An knew about the problem then breaking his heart & shouldering all the guilt all on ur own - that crazy

sunshine_area Just finished ep 11, and i cry so much, it’s soo good. Actually i’m not sure whether to continue watching or not at first, because literally every character including xiao fang have a moment where they piss me off. But this episode really hits the depth of my heart , since i grew up with a sort of similar culture, where the elder acts like they know best and genuinely believe it was for our best interest and at the end everyone just feels like they suffers, this episode just feels so close to home to me, and the way they concluded it feels like untying a tight knot in my heart

why do i have to be right?!? of course Jae Min was thrown to the dogs & what makes it worse is that he doesn't have anyone at his side, maybe worse then that he isn't the type who will get mad enough to get even, get revenge - am sure he has the original texts or maybe ones that not just clear him but incriminate the other idol. he for sure can then hold a press conference & throw his management under the same wheels. & yeah Khun taking him to Thailand is a cute diversion but he can't move there, & the sec he's back in Korea the public is gonna point fingers & even insult him to his face. how can one live like this? hope to have any kind of future??? this crazy his management destroyed his life & somehow the one i am pissed at is Hyeon Jae, i get that he has his own problems (as i don't know what that CEO used to threaten him regarding Su An) but he is a bad friend who gives sh*t advise.... ugh this going from bad to worse!

Him playing all night so he could win her a bicycle because the store was closed... and the next night staying up all night with an open phone call to make sure she slept well... Aw, XiXiao. 🤗🥰And they were lucky that they were on that phone call. Luo He would have destroyed Wan's house and even hurt her... That scene was so stressful. 😬😟And Wan's mother can say whatever she wants, but I don't think she can get any pity points from me... I think that even if she sacrificed her life for her, she still wouldn't be able to redeem herself. That's how terrible she is in my eyes. 😤

watching that preview let alone some of what happened in this ep i was right & both Jae Min & Su An were brought back not cause the company suddenly cared & wanted them to debut, they r cannon fodder - used to get the public interested in the competition, so the real stars they want to shine - will shine. breaks my heart how these two r used & sadly even if they knew that, that was the reason they were invited to participate they wouldn't have a say cause of the contract they signed. this so freakin sad & breaks my heart how this industry uses & abuses the dreams of those who want to become famous. & this the case with the whole entertainment industry - it's rotten to the core.****************************************************************given how short this is & how everything is developing r we gonna get a sad ending for these 2 character's?!??? & consequently both couples??? WTF ugh

Charlie C Highlights: + Got some glimpses into the emperor's past and info on the deceased Qian Wang. + The COMEDY TRIFECTA that is the crowd prince, the second couple AND Peter Ho. It was funny throughout! I'm seated and looking forward to all Peter Ho's antics.Some thoughts:- I find Vengo Gao and Jeremy Xu somewhat similar. Even though I know the spoiler about who Qian Wang's son is, I wouldn't be surprised if Xin Wang were also his son lol.- Oh man, Lai Wei Ming's portrayal of Lei Wang is really good and distinctive. His movements in action scenes are strong, forceful, but still smooth and with such intensity. Although I haven't read the novel of "Daylight Lantern", I would have liked him as the young general ML more than Arthur Chen (and although Arthur Chen looks good next to Dilireba). Maybe give Lai Wei Ming a young-general leading role?

This episode starts off with the writers threatening to use the ever-annoying 'drama-preserving handicap' trope. It's been ages already since we've had a fully healthy Hu Fei (way WAY back in episode 7 !!!!! And now, just when there is a pathway to him finally getting fully healed (and maybe able to start pulling his weight in their relationship) ... the writers yank that away so we think we will have to endure watching handicapped Hu Fei for a bit longer ... and then just when they provide a solution to that ... they threaten us with the freaking Noble Idiocy plot trope as we see Ziyi promising to her master to go back to the temple and seclusion once his leg is healed in order to 'pay back karma'???? This is SO STUPID I want to throw something. The All-Knowing Nun accusing Ziyi of being 'greedy' is such broken logic. She's not 'greedy' for wanting to help people. Feng Tianman was a villain and didn't become one just because Ziyi went down the mountain. Hu Fei was headed to Foshan independent of Ziyi and almost certainly would have clashed with Feng anyway and probably would be dead if not for Ziyi. So to make her feel like all the tough things that happened are her fault for 'going down the mountain' is just stupid. And it makes me very suspicious of the Nun that maybe she has some ulterior motive. Now, even if they don't actually follow through with the noble idiocy trope, it's very annoying that they are yanking us around with the threat of these tropes.
