One Stars

ironically find this funny and as this not a comedy, that isn't a good thing - well it is to me, cause i'm highly entertained. have to say all the talk about not being satisfied, needing to beat the living daylights outta someone, and other then cuddle what has Kamol done? all that big talk about BDSM has amounted to a lot of fluff, where his "lover" is reenacting a scene from the 1500's. with Kim as leading lady that needs to be wooed, sweet talked and pamper at every turn - Kamol's nonexistent mobster persona, has dwindled down to whipped man being lead by the nose *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************but have to say Kim is another one, that i'm rolling my eye's at - 1st off how big of a pushover is Itt that he not only opens his house to a man he knows is in-love with his man. he walks in on them holding hands intimately - they jump apart and he still wondering about what to cook them - what?!? how understanding r gay men?!? cause i wouldn't be cool, calm or collected in that situation. would kick Kim to the curb where he deserves to be - dude has some balls still going to hold Day's hand, after he looked Itt in the face and asked to stay at their place. that a d*ck move that made him just obnoxious.

this drama feels so wholesome, hard not to…

this drama feels so wholesome, hard not to like the character's (even though starting to worry about the girl's that r fan-girling over Shin, seen too many BL's where the root of all trouble start with jealous females. so hope i'm wrong and that comes to not). but love the relationship between Shin and Minato, the push and pull given their personalities and age difference, is just satisfying to watch. usually the age thing is brushed aside and in a blink becomes a nonissue (which personally i detest, cause it isn't nothing) so glad finally we get a mature POV dealing with it. **********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************this ep can be summed up as adults think about the consequences, while teens live in the moment - Minato is interested and flattered but he a realist, and knows he can't allow himself to get distracted. cause he will have to face the consequences (some he mentioned, others he didn't - this topic for sure aint not black and white) so i get him. and i think the reason he went to the reunion was to figure out if he still felt the same for Sakuma Sensei (not just hormones, like he told Shin). i love that he puts thought into his words and actions. to me that means he isn't making light of Shin's feelings. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************had a feeling Asuka was interested in Shin, but wasn't 100% sure. this time with that offer i'm sure he curious and if Shin was up for it, they would be together. but as Shin isn't, he laughed it off. bottom line think he's gay and just ready to experiment.

The law is a weapon, not a fact. Episode 5 review

[I'll keep it a buck fifty and spoiler-free ish.]Episode 5 of EAO begins like the past 4 episodes. The client, case and issue that needs to be resolved are introduced first; this provides context for the audience and also shows how this law drama tackles all kinds of cases. (A typical, recurring theme in kdramas or any show featuring legal jargon and lawyers, is criminal law and a focus on corruption and/or criminal activity. However, EAO has shown a broad range of cases from civil law, property law and criminal.) The case for Episode 5 discusses copyright and patent issues between two rival companies in the ATM business. This alone appears quite mundane but the show tackles it well and all of the specifics are discussed in a general detail for the audience to follow along on. What I liked about this Episode was that it truly brought out how ostracised Youngwoo was in the presence of people who wouldn't be (or didn't have the time or luxury to be) patient with her. Attorney Kwon is assigned to this case with Youngwoo and although a supporting character, his interactions in the first ten minutes of the drama make clear his feelings towards Youngwoo due to her autism and viewing her as a "competition" because of how successful she was in the previous case. This is something to expect since we've seen prior interactions where Youngwoo is frowned and looked down open but this Episode is the hammer in the nail for it because of Youngwoo's actions. She tries to hand over her business card to the client like Kwon but ends up sliding it awkwardly over the table. When the client gives out mulberry juice, she struggles to open the cap and Joon Ho does it for her. Admittedly, the case for this episode is handled quickly given the true intentions of the client, and while it seems like a very "boring" case, I think the takeaway from this episode was on a much larger scale. Youngwoo learns more about herself, all while making mistakes along the way. This case served as a way to strength her ideals and to also give an insight into how difficult the truth can be. Attorney Kwon remains his (discriminatory) self, calling autism a disability and then a handicap. (You should always confer with someone who has ASD and ask them how they would like their diagnosis to be referred to. A 'disability' might fit one person, or insult another. A 'handicap' is outright discriminatory because it reinforces the stereotype that autistic people are incompetent, inferior and weak.)What is most important about this episode is that it furthers the direction of the plot-ish. Joon Ho is startled by Youngwoo's outright proclamation, making him question his relationship with her, even though it is in it's infancy. The law is a weapon in court and Youngwoo realises this, that her client cannot always be innocent. Soo-yeon gets to know what Youngwoo thinks of her. And the side plot starts to flourish. The side plot being Tae Soo Mi, a supporting character who is the head of the rival law firm Taesun, and her screentime only really comes through towards the end of the episodes. We're slowly getting piece things together but I can only hope this show makes it work. Don't let us down, Yoo In Shik!

Been Through Life-Or-Death Situation, Undressed & Treated Wounds

In this episode Yuanyi toned down her temper compared to the previous episodes. Although she have a different way of expressing her care for ShaoShang that can't reach ShaoShang she can at least see the picture ShaoShang is entering but ShaoShang also have plans along with Lou Yao, I just gonna wait for the next episodes for her to be tapped by the reality of what she really is going... But can't also blame ShaoShang for thinking about that she should grab the opportunity in front of her while she can, cause she wouldn't know if she could have this chance in the future...“seven or eight times, I guess” -ShaoShang One unforgettable part of this episode is the howling wolf in the night and even at daytime (≧▽≦) It even talks lol ( ꈍᴗꈍ)

still don't get how suddenly Tin can choose…

still don't get how suddenly Tin can choose when to start his timeloop and why he doesn't remember the important facts. but this ep was a bit of a mess (well that's a recurring theme that so reminds me of Manner of Death, makes this a frustrating watch n i dropped that) cause u see people who aren't using their brains and taking their sweet time, when they should 'hall ass' like Fang - she a freakin doctor, how long she have to watch the CCTV to get what was happening?!? i aint one and already figured out Sak's deal from the 1st ep, and i get Tin is here for Tol, but considering everything else - much bigger - going on. one would think he would / will take care of everyone especially Sak ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************side note - the doc that informed Rit he only got one kidney - isn't that something u should notify the authorities/cops of, considering it was stolen out of his body without consent?!? the speech of "u gotta get on with ur life" was stupid. same one Tin gave him, after hearing how he failed and opportunities were taken away that could help his mother and himself have a better life - the 'brush it off' speech is stupid considering how tough a life this kid has to lead all on his own. but it doesn't affect them so whatever?!? not really liking Tin - he really needed to rub Mai's face in her situation? or ignore Rit's pain in his? only cause he has fallen for Tol???

Best episode up to this point

I think ep. 8 is the best episode so far - beside the action-filled big battle with the monster at the start, I love the most are the one-one scenes and conversations that show the humanity side of all main characters. This review is made after I finished all the episodes. The drama has its ups and downs but they figure out what to focus on and successfully explore the characters' other sides for us. It also a mixed of sadness as it is the start of the fall of some of my favorite characters in the remaining episodes.

Who Would You Save First

Although there are sad and jealous scenes especially for BuYi, laughter would cover the sadness, BuYi and Yuan Shen against Lou Yao lol they are so cute and the Huangfu Yi having questions asked by ShaoShang, BuYi supporting the question and adding few details to make it better then Yuan Shen throwing the question to BuYi then Shaoshang and Lou Yao ended up answering lol if you were the man who would you save? "She may look ordinary but her affection shouldn't be insulted" - BuYi "Are you sure the one you chose is the right one?" -Buyi Our Third Uncle and Aunt scenes are so cute, it's full of sweetness, love, care, respect and trust, them having their own scene is such a relief, I hope they would stay stronger fort he rest of their lives (~‾▿‾)~ and love the suggestion of third aunt to Yuanyi to test ShaoShang's sincerity~~

Tin should really stop saying "doctor's…

Tin should really stop saying "doctor's don't have much free time.." cause from what i've seen, that's all he's got and he does f*ck all with it. also every ep, we r not only given new info. but the older info is altered and changed in every new ep (not a new POV just different). now - suddenly Tin doesn't automatically remember everything, but little by little he start's to remember. and nothing is really explained - all previous questions i've had to date not answered. doubt they were will be... *********************************************************************************************************************************************************also Tol is coming of more a douche / bad-guy, he might be an angel where his friends r concerned but anyone else is collateral damage. that's why didn't get Tin saying that crap to Rit. with all due respect Tol felt sorry cause he heard that Rit tried to take his own life as a consequence of Tol and his friends shady deeds. why would he feel bad now when Rit isn't on his death bed? i for sure didn't see Tol's conscience bugging him about anything. even the situation with Mai (1st thought she was taking advantage of him) now it seems like he obsessed with her and holding her sick mother hostage - idk but need more info. bottom line Tol doesn't seem that likeable and Tin cause of that, comes of an infatuated pushover. the romance is a bit of a reach too - really not feeling them or it. **********************************************************************************************side note - didn't get Sing telling Fang to investigate Sak on her lonesome, Sak and Doi had no problem trying to kill off Rit in the previous ep, to get ride of evidence. even not knowing this the fact something shady is going on that might involved something illegal, isn't something anyone should investigate alone. that was weird to me - that she readily agreed

Magnifique

What a Start!

The first ep itself is so interesting and I am loving the leads and all the tidbits of details we got of the story and of the world the characters live in. I hope the rest of the drama is just as interesting

Blood Stained Hands And Good Luck Maltose Candy

There's a lot of going on in this episode, Lou Yao would make a good husband, a supportive one, always says good things about a person, but when he says this to ShaoShang even though he mean it, I think it needs more conviction and action, he helped a lot in the reestablishment and being with ShaoShang but there's something missing (I guess it's the love, a mutual feeling of love, they might feel comfortable but maybe as buddies instead of lovers) and why did the story circulated that Lou Yao saves a damsel in distress? Well I get it that he called for reinforcements but it was like too late and the mini war kinda ended and ShaoShang already treated the wounded soldiers and something kinda intimate getting of a pierced arrow already happened like aaaaaaaa only those there would really know... Lou Yao and ShaoShang seems a good couple but it's just in the surface (well that's my opinion lol), sad BuYi mode on lol to avoid more spoilers lol I just want to add the Grandma Cheng and Emperor Wen. The way she wears the hairpins was so hilarious with her expressions, that made me have a good laugh lol and Emperor Wen saying why Cheng Shi only has one daughter and is too useless | ͡ᵔ ﹏ ͡ᵔ | Can't help but burst laughing (~‾▿‾)~
