unique superhero drama
Moving is not just one of the best K-dramas in recent years—it's one of the finest series I've watched, period. What starts as a superhero story evolves into a deeply emotional journey about family, sacrifice, love, and the lengths parents will go to protect their children. Every character feels real, every performance leaves an impact, and the storytelling is nothing short of brilliant. The perfect blend of action, mystery, suspense, and heartfelt emotion keeps you hooked while giving each moment genuine weight. Rarely does a series entertain and move you in equal measure. Going into this show, I had a different idea of what it was going to be. The trailer was fantastic showing chaotic superhero adventure where a group of ppl with powers would be uncovering mysteries around their town. While the show did have those elements, the actual story took a very different direction than what i anticipated. Instead of focusing primarily on superhero antics, the plot was much more centered on the origins of the powers, the scientific lab experiments behind them, and the mystery surrounding the "Child of eternity” .Nevertheless I still had a great time with it.
The biggest highlight for me was undoubtedly the Wonderfools themselves. As a group, they were endlessly entertaining. Their chemistry felt natural, and so many of their interactions had me laughing. Even during the more serious moments, their dynamic kept the show fun and engaging. They truly carried the heart of the series.
I still have a few thoughts and questions about certain aspects of the story, which I'll get into below.👇🏻
One thing I found strangest was how the story handled its antagonists. While there were definitely people doing terrible things, I never really viewed the Wonder Kinder kids as villains. To me, they felt more like victims, ultimately used as pawns by people with their own agendas. Their actions caused harm, but they were also being deceived and exploited. Because of that, I couldn't help feeling sympathetic toward them.
And HoRan, my girl, deserved the world!!! She was hands down one of my favorites. A complete badass yet also the biggest lover girl at heart. I was rooting for her the entire time, and honestly, I felt so sorry for her.
This is also why I wish they had received a more hopeful ending. Since the series is ultimately a feel-good fantasy comedy, I think it would have been more satisfying if everyone had found a way to work together in the end rather than being forced into conflict.
Plus why was the FL’s grandmother part of those scientific experiments? What was her agenda doing that in the past ?
Overall, even though the show wasn't what the trailers led me to expect, it still managed to win me over with its lovable cast, humor, and surprisingly emotional story. It was an enjoyable ride nonetheless.

Another Khemjira disappointment
I'm gonna judge this so hard so buckle up or just skip my review~I love horror and this started off pretty well till they started to do some stuff that didn't make any sense and spoils the whole thing for me.
What i really liked is
1-the makeup and visual effects, the ghosts looked genuinely scary and all the victims and dead were very believable.
2-the story, but not the storylines, weird i know but the idea on paper looks so good, i think it went downhill because of the direction, and the characters were written in a very bad way.
What i didn't like:
1-chararacters, i don't understand what's the idea of giving a very not talanted actors the leading roles in a genre that doesn't fit them, I'm sorry but pooh is poorly talanted, still better than others and he is getting better than in his previous work i have to admit, however my sweet boy had only one facial expression if not scared, he looked at pavel as if he'll jump him any second and that's it, i guess he'd fit in a high school romance maybe, also pavel despite doing well, he looked so young i couldn't take him seriously, this is the leader of the investigation team?? No way.
2- some illogical mistakes, how can you, while investigating a serial crime scenes with a killer on the loose, take a kid, who was a suspect/witness, and let him live in your house, share highly sensitive evidences with, let him know the investigation process and moreover visit crime scenes, victims homes and even give you tips and ideas about how to do your job and what to do next!!! Wtf, mate, this ain't Disneyland!! Let him go, i see no point of him being with him except that they don't have any other way for the 2 leads to be together so we'll just let them live together.
And I'm not even going to talk about how more than half the show it's about the characters relationship not the crime, nor that mushy coroner and his pink haired lover and how he added nothing to the story except getting hurt and being annoying.
I think they should get a korean director maybe, because thai is superior in the horror genre but not the horror bl maybe ~

A cozy detective mystery mixed with slice of life elements
It does include some murders and a mummified body but still it's cozy,and doesn't feel really serious.it was pretty low stakes drama for me except episodes 4&5, I was really worried for them.miyabi made me wonder how she became a journalist by how blunt she was 😭😭.I previously heard about the manga and when I got the know it had an adaptation I was interested in it.but just after finishing the show did I got to know that they both confessed their feelings at the last chapter.while watching this show I was skeptical and "do I remember right"? was the question that was roaming by head,cause they are cute but tbh I'm not smart enough to figure out their feelings.so I was going back and forth between platonic and romantic.
I love how after the episode ends everything goes back to normal the other day,like this one day Taro's dad literally doubted his wife and the next day they are a happy family.
I wish it gets a second season 🤞🤞

A masterpiece in the making!
This is a masterpiece! The last 10+ minutes of Episode 2 gave me goosebump...I was holding my breath the entire time. I could literally feel the struggle Tanrak was going through, and that too without a single dialogue? Oh man...Fourth did justice to this role...what an acting that was 👏 and Gemini improved tremendously. king & queen of micro-expressions!!
something quietly new & unexpected about this. things aren’t what they seem making it very intriguing. every episode being better than the last, The First Jasmine was worth the wait!!!bai lu is crafting one of her most compelling and complex characters in Ye Li, and regardless of what lengths she goes to, our hearts understand and hurt for her. not any chinese leading lady could pull off this role, it requires the skill to convey a lot with little. but bai lu is more than up to the challenge showing us a mastery of subtlety.
we get a revenge story, where the mystery extends, envelopes and includes our main protagonist. a fresh take on a classic type or tale.
i just want cheng lei to be given more to work with because his part of this leaves me wanting more. only halfway through though and this issue seems to be getting better with each episode.
regardless, i have complete faith in this! two amazing actors paired in an intriguing romantic plot, what more could you ask for? as long as the writing throughout is good, we are off to the races.
ahhhh im so excited, this is my most anticipated drama since I started watching dramas

Power, Corruption, and the Hunt for Big Mouse
I expected very little from 'Big Mouth'. From the title and synopsis, I imagined another light-hearted legal comedy in the style of 'Boston Legal', but featuring an incompetent lawyer stumbling from one lost case to another.I could not have been more wrong.
Big Mouth quickly transforms into a gripping conspiracy thriller that keeps you guessing almost until the very last episode.
Park Chang-ho is a third-rate lawyer with an embarrassingly low success rate. Nicknamed "Big Mouth" because he talks a big game but rarely delivers, he survives only because of the unwavering support of his devoted wife. An orphan with no influential connections, he struggles under mountains of debt while trying to keep his tiny law practice afloat.
Then comes the case that changes everything.
The city mayor unexpectedly hires Chang-ho to defend a group of wealthy elites implicated in the mysterious death of Professor Seo. The assignment seems suspicious from the start. Why would powerful men choose the city's worst lawyer unless they wanted him to fail?
Desperate to seize an opportunity, Chang-ho attempts to blackmail the man he believes orchestrated the murder. Instead, he walks straight into a carefully laid trap. Overnight, he is framed as the infamous "Big Mouse"—a legendary criminal mastermind and swindler who has manipulated the city's most powerful figures from the shadows.

The drama constantly plays with your suspicions. Every few episodes, I found myself changing my mind. Could it be Jerry? The Mayor? The prison warden? One of the inmates? One of the city elites he was hired to defend? Someone inside the prosecutor's office? Every clue points in a different direction, while every witness who gets too close to the truth mysteriously disappears or dies.
At one point, I even wondered whether Chang-ho himself might unknowingly be Big Mouse. The way criminals obey him and events unfold around him makes the audience question everything they think they know.
Adding to the mystery are the bizarre incidents occurring inside the prison. Healthy inmates suddenly collapse. Others lose their sanity without explanation. Strange nutritional supplements are distributed throughout the prison, supposedly for health benefits.
But are they really just health supplements?
Or is someone secretly using prisoners as human guinea pigs for illegal experiments?
The deeper the investigation goes, the darker the conspiracy becomes. Politicians, prosecutors, businessmen, doctors, and criminals all appear connected through an invisible web of corruption that reaches the very top of society. Some wear expensive suits. Some occupy positions of authority. Some are respected influential member of society. Yet beneath their respectable appearances lurk monsters every bit as dangerous as the gangsters behind bars.
Despite the constant tension, the drama also provides moments of unexpected humour. Watching the terrified Chang-ho desperately trying to convince others that he is *not* Big Mouse, only to have everyone around him bow respectfully to their supposed leader, is genuinely hilarious.
Of course, there are moments that require a suspension of disbelief. Some characters make astonishingly foolish decisions, such as running towards explosions rather than away from them. The subplot involving terminal leukaemia developing almost immediately after exposure to radioactive waste water also stretches credibility well beyond reality.
Fortunately, these flaws are minor compared with the overall quality of the story.
Just when you think the mystery has been solved, the drama shifts gears again into a tense race between good and evil, where every move could cost someone their life. The suspense rarely lets up, and every revelation only uncovers another layer of deception.
I was completely hooked.
Despite a few far-fetched moments, I thoroughly enjoyed the intricate plotting, the constant twists, and the satisfying blend of legal drama, prison survival, political corruption, and psychological mystery.
Although justice is not entirely served. In one of the drama's most frustrating moments, a villain responsible for horrific crimes dies before his deeds are exposed and is posthumously awarded one of the nation's highest honours by the country's President. Instead of being remembered as a criminal, he is celebrated as a hero—a bitter reminder that truth does not always prevail and that appearances can outlive reality.
For me, this is an easy **10/10** and a highly recommended watch. If you enjoy dramas where nothing is as it seems and every episode leaves you questioning who can truly be trusted, **Big Mouth** delivers brilliantly.

perthsanta have a magic that is impossible to put into words.. but i'll try my best
okay. i am SO not okay. this show was my everything for the entire time it was airing. from the day the first episode aired on march 14th (pi day to those who celebrate!!!) all the way to the very end, i was hooked. and yes, i will be the first to admit, i was mostly just excited for this show because it was perthsanta. everything they do together is amazing, literally everything. i knew the show was going to dive into mental health related content, but i still did not have the HIGHEST hopes in terms of a deep plot, especially since this is gmmtv like.. i love you gmmtv but its not lying to say you dont take anything seriously like EVER. however, i was more than just pleasantly surprised by how well thought out and complex the plot was. i mean like, the dark moments were not afraid to get DARK if ykwim. the backstory with sun/solar's mom made me cry more than i would care to admit. i felt really silly sitting in my bedroom at 3am sobbing uncontrollably over my glowing laptop screen because of some fictional kid named sun but trust me, seeing baby sun sad felt like a punch to the nuts (at least i think, i dont actually HAVE nuts..) however, while the dark moments were dark and were given their proper time, the bright, sunny, joyful moments were just as apparent, and the overall look of the show was very whimsical and fun to look at. i loved how vibrant all the sets were, and all the clothing was, its been really refreshing seeing all these bright colors in gmmtv as of late. the bright colors remind me a lot of the set design and wardrobe choices from boys in love last year, which i also absolutely adored. i think having fun colors incorporated throughout the show does a lot more for the overall enjoyment than one might think, but whenever i think about the older high school set bls with drab colors and everyone wearing the same muted uniform, i realize it DID feel a little sad.. but here, it was bright, it was vibrant, it was fun, and i sure as hell was having a great time.i think the characters in this show were absolutely perfect, especially pobmek for perth. oh my god, you guys dont even know how refreshing it was so see perth as a character that was 100% a green flag like.. i havent seen perth in like a TON of shows, but he wasn't really great in never let me go as chopper, tawan in me and thee was an abusive asshole, and even yotha from perfect 10 liners (whom i absolutely ADORE btw) still cheated on gun and was lowkey aggressive and mean and avoidant at tiems so.. seeing perth be, for lack of a better word, a cutie patootie for once was genuinely so much fun. perth did a really great job with this role. of course his chemistry with santa was on point as always, but he really did bring out the emotions that come with caregivers guilt and the struggles of watching someone you love suffer. perth is a phenomenal actor, and he knocked it out of the park in this role once again. moving on to santa.. goddamn this boy can act too like whatttttt.. the talent of perthsanta is off the charts like im sorry for all the glaze but guys like its true. yes, playing pobmek was an extremely difficult role, but playing solar/sun was, in my humble opinion, 100x harder. the duality, the fine line in playing a person with an extreme mental illness with lots of stigma around it, that is HARD. and yet, santa made it seem effortless. i swear this man is so talented like let me glaze for just one second but this man can sing, this man can dance, he can rap, he can rap, and he also LOOKS LIKE THAT??? UGHHHHHH not fair not fair what the heck #ilovesanta #iamsantasbiggestfan #perthgetinline #typeshit anyways yeah santa did a really good job. i think he played sun very well, i think the character suited him and i think he played it in a way that was not demeaning or making light of the mental illness. once again, that is a HARD thing to do, so like yall lets put some respect on his name!! moving away from our main leads, all the other characters were fun as well. i really liked sadchuen, i thought she was really cute and a great positive support for pobmek and solar through the school, and i also REALLY loved jee, aka the gym teacher. i thought he was adorable, for one, and i also loved his dynamic with pobmek. i really did enjoy pobmek's backstory with his mom and how he was never good enough, and i thought having jee not be a dick was the right move. he was such a genuine ray of sunshine whener he was on screen, he made me laugh like a LOT, and he definitely contributed to the more light-hearted aspects of the show. of course, sammy and kay did a great job playing their roles as well. i liked all the mothers: pobmek's mom, sun's birth mom, and solar's "adopted" mom. i thought they all were played by their actresses very well, and i thought they all were pretty compelling. i do have some gripes with pobmek's mom, but i'll get into that a little later.
okay, hi, i know ive been glazing this show for the past however long youve been reading BUTTTTT this show isnt perfect, and i do have some issues. first, this might sound weird but like, i was sometimes uncomfortable when there would be even the slightest bit of intamicy between pobmek and solar (not during the flashbacks obvi) because i was really scared of solar not actually being solar but actually being sun. i know, that sounds weird and like such a nonissue, but especially after the episode where sun successfully disguises himself as solar, i was like, what the fuck.. idk, maybe its just my anxiety, but if i were pobmek i would be SO scared. but i guess like, i dont truly understand the mental disorder myself. like yes, technically that WOULD still be solar but like... ugh ugh ugh i dont wanna think about that anymore, all i know is i would be a little icked out when that would happen, but that could also be 100000% just me. ooookay moving on, sometimes the dialogue with the kids would be lowkey cringe. okay there i said it because SOMEONE had to. and yes, i understand, i am not fluent in thai to the point that i fully get thai slang, so i get it that there might be some local aspect i am missing. however, from the thai i DO understand as well as the subtitles that i was provided, everytime the kids would talk i lowkey had to like ignore the subtitles and not focus on what they were saying because like.. thats just NOT how kids talk. like at all. or at least, from my experience with kids (and i have a lot, ive been babysitting since middle school), but idk, i thought the dialogue and stuff was kinda corny and stupid, but of course it wouldnt be a gmmtb bl without a little bit of the good ol corn am i right (that sentence might have been more corny than any line spoken by a kid in the show, but i dont care im proving a point). okay lasttttt little gripe before im done with the negatives, i know i said i liked pobmek's backstory but.. i do think it could have been done better. i feel like the character that was pobmek's mom was suchhhh a cliche. she reminded me so much of tinn's mom from my school president, and no its not just because they're played by the same actress, but its the whole like strict mother figure comparing her son to other students and wanting him to go into a super specific field of study like idk i was getting majorrrr deja vu but i mean it didnt ruin the show by any means. none of these small gripes ruined anything about the show, these are the most nitpicky of nitpicks i could come up with about this show, because i always think that shows have room for improvement.
i want to point out two of my favorite things about this show super quickly before i wrap up. first, i really, and i mean REALLY, appreciated the college flashbacks to when pobmek and solar first fell in love. i saw a lot of people talk about how they wanted to see the romance develop throughout the show because, lets face it, most bls aren't about couples ALREADY in love, but i think the way the show handled it made a lot more sense. this show follows the guilt and hardships of dealing with a partner who struggles with mental health. it would be physically impossible to have a story like that when they arent even parters yet ykwim. in addition, solar and sun are supposed to be switching back and forth everyday, so it would be kinda icky if pobmek was falling for solar when he was acting like a seven year old half the time. ive seen a lot of people not wanna watch this show BECAUSE they are worried it would be weird and pediphillic and fetishy because of the age regression plot, but the way the flashbacks are set up and the way that perth and santa play their characters doesnt make it feel that way at all. im not tryna sound like a broken record here but god, this show had every opportunity to be weird, or insensitive, or icky, but due to the amazing performances by perth and santa, along with the very solid writing, it was a very wholesome and earnest show that i feel portrayed the mental illness it depicted in as respectful a way as possible. that actually leads directly into my second favorite thing: pobmek's guilt and somewhat resentment towards sun. THIS is my absolute favorite part of the show, becaues it is so raw and so real. i know i touched on this earlier, but its so important to me that i wanna discuss it more in depth. i myself have not been a caretaker to a person with an extreme mental disorder, but a very close family member to me has. she confided in me a LOT how much it took a toll on her, how she sometimes resented the person she was caring for, and how she absolutely hated herself for that resentment. seeing this aspect of being a caretaker portrayed even just the slightest bit was so special for me to see, and it literally made me so emotional yall dont even get it. that part of being a caretaker is so often overlooked, so seeing them take the time to depict the struggles of the caretaker as well as the person with the actual mental disorder was very powerful, at least in my opinion. however, as i said before, i have never actually been a caretaker myself, i have only heard stories secondhand, so i am not fully qualified to say whether or not this portrayal was perfect. however, i really appreciate the effort, and i think it was very imortant that it was part of the show and part of pobmek's arc and progression.
oh, one more thing: the seakeen cameo at the end genuinely made my heart so freaking happy!!! i am literally the #1 seakeen fan like trust keen has been my BOY ever since i first saw him in project alpha back in 2022 so like wherever keen is like i am RIGHT there with him! legit when i saw sea in the scene when he overslept i genuinely screamed, slammed my laptop shut, and paced my room for five minutes before i resumed because i did NOT know we were getting a seakeen camea. okay, now that im not that, time to wrap this up.
overall, this show was very well done. there were so many ways this show couldve completely dropped the ball and sucked and been weird and unwatchable, but it didnt do that. this show delivered a really great plot that had lots of fun moments along with lots of darker moment to keep the balance, and of course, as ive said probably 127 times already in this review, none of this could have been possble without the absolutely stellar performances from perth and santa. seriously, i dont usually comment bl actors like this, because quite frankly bl acting is often lackluster in terms of overall acting. but i am being so sincere when i say that they absolute nailed it in this show, every scene was incredinly well acted, every emotional beat was hit right on the mark, and every sensitive topic was handled with respect. please, if you somehow made it to this point and havent watched this show yet, do yourself a favor and run to watch this show. i promsie you, i PROMISE you, it will be an absolute blast. id also like to apologize for any spelling/grammar errors in this review, it is currenlty 3:18am and i am NOT proof reading this thing so if its rambly and incoherent i sincerely apologize!!! :)

THE BEST STARTING EVER IN BL HISTORY (WORTH THE WAIT )
TICKET TO HEAVEN, WHAT DO YOU MEAN THIS IS ONLY THE START? 😭 The opening was absolutely incredible and I'm already emotionally attached. Gemini and Fourth have me locked in from the first episode, and I can already tell they're about to ruin my life. Fourth said to prepare a box of tissues, and for once I am choosing to listen. My expectations are high, my tissues are ready, and my emotional stability is in danger.If you're not watching Ticket to Heaven yet, what are you doing? The relationship between Son Young Jun & Cho Myeong Gyun
I think this season was the hardest to watch. But it was honestly a great season. It was a really emotional season.my heart just really hurt for Younjun and Myeongkyun. They had been in the flirting stage in the past and it sounded like they both thought the other wasn't that interested in them and agreed to not pursue dating. And it's obvious they both actually liked each other and felt hurt. It's obvious upon watching them in this show that things were never fully resolved and they still have some feelings for each other. At first I thought it's because their personalities handle situations so opposite that they misunderstand each other and maybe it would never work because of this.
This show was a bad environment for them to work it out, even though it made for good tv. Obviously, a dating show that takes place with a 7 day time period is not the place to try to resolve it.
During the show, they did end up sitting down and really talking. They were able to communicate their misunderstandings and feelings. It was vulnerable and beautiful. Yeah...I just feel real hurt for them because the lack of communication between them during their past just hurt their relationship and the lack of communication from the moment they were on the show together sent their relationship to the bin. And it just feels like such a regret...because there is this big what if...
I watched a video on Hisman official youtube that was posted a year after this season aired and actually YJ and MG were getting along. But who knows. They are not following each other on instagram. Sometimes too much happens and it just never works out. But, I think they did like each other and both did feel hurt. Hope they are both doing well and are happy in life.

Such a sweet romantic tale
Started watching it randomly and was blown away and got hooked BADLY, finished it in 3 days and just wish I could experience it all again for the first time.The acting by the main leads is amazing, this was my first ever time watching Dylan Wang and I am amazed by how good he is. I think I am gonna watch more dramas of the two main leads.
The story is amazing, I honestly wish there was more. The tracks are all so nice to hear as well.
I never skipped the ost track because of how beautiful it was.

A story about loneliness and the struggles of everyday life...
Many viewers won't like this series much, because first it's not a BL, secondly there is no real drama but many heartwarming/heartbreaking moments in this story. It's a slice of life where two people drawn together, fight their past baggage and come together in the end.It depicts the struggles especially in Japan where social pressure and expecations are a real burden. The last episode Azuma describes that best: "I feel like I've just been running in circles. I kept telling myself I'd take a real break when things settle down. But "settling down"... if you don't force yourself to take the time, it feels like it'll never happen."
We see the disconnect of families like Kuji and his brother, who takes the house Kuji is living in, not just because he inherited but despite his hate for his father. He does not really need that house but he kicks Kuji out of it regardless. Azumas mom is struggeling with loneliness because many eldery people left alone because their spouses already left and their children are struggeling themselves not investing the time to be there for them.
This is slow pacing, some may say boring, but life itself is not an action movie. It's running in circles and to break out of that circle is the real challenge both of them faces. And in the end, they manage to do it.
These are veteran actors not needing a queer role to stay relevant. Of course Takeda Kouhei is best known to us for his role in "Oldfashion Cupcake" while for Shibuya Kento it's his first stop at such an series as a main role (he was a guest in Ossans Love). Both did an amazing job and overall the cast was strong. Production quality and cinematography was on point with slow movements and great pictures to punctuate the actors characters and performance.
If you are tired of the 100th school BL this is something completely different, a mature look of two people struggeling and a sensitive composition of how two people can find to each other without the usual drama and silly scripts. I can't do no other as highly recommand you to watch this. But this is not for escapists, this is for people who want to improve their understanding.

Incest or not
Honestly the whole time I was watch the show the only thing I could focus on was yooha and his “brothers” relationship. First it never gave brother it was giving more couple vibes than anything. Unpopular opinion but they lwk had more chemistry than the people they were actually paired with. The “fights” they had gave old couple arguments. They made the brother the bad guy at the end which kinda made no sense since we seen him as this kinda caring and overbearing character. A Dog And A Plane is chaotic, silly , unhinged ,heartfelt and TayNew make it all work. Newwiee makes Kanit’s emotions so real, the hesitation before he speaks, the disappointment he tries to hide,the way his face falls,the joy on his face when he thinks of Lion or even the annoyance yet intrigue he shows towards Toto, his face say everything before a dialogue does. Tay Tawan as Toto doesn’t feel like a performance at all.He is so natural that everything he does feels like he exists. A character that could have been so over-the-top instead feels very alive , grounded and surprisingly warm.
I am pleasantly surprised. 18months was worth the wait because, if this is how things are starting, I can’t even imagine what’s coming next. I absolutely cannot wait.

had the potential to be so much more!
this has to be one of the most beautiful locations and cinematographies I've ever seen in any drama!unfortunately, the plot felt pretty disappointing. it felt very rushed and disconnected. we know very little about the character, so it's hard to feel connected to them. i really wish they made it clear how much time has passed so that we could actually understand how they fell in love. it felt like they met each other one day, and the next day they were somehow head over heels in love. the "conflict" felt pretty nonsense to me.
the actors did a pretty good job, despite the limited scope. both of them are very good looking. especially Wang Chen Rui, he is so damn handsome😩 and such a good actor too! i would love to see him in full length BLs!
the only reason why I'm not giving this a lower rating is, considering the duration of this entire show is less than an hour, overall it was still enjoyable for me because of the cinematography and the actors!
