What makes Me and Thee really entertaining is the contrast between its two main characters, Peach and Thee, and how their completely different worlds collide after their first chaotic encounter. Peach is a photographer who feels grounded in real life, practical, observant, and very in tune with people and everyday struggles. He’s not polished or overly serious—he feels human, someone who understands real emotions and real situations, even when things get messy.

Thee, on the other hand, is the total opposite. He’s a wealthy businessman who is completely disconnected from everyday reality, especially when it comes to money, normal life struggles, and social awareness. His personality is exaggerated in a comedic way at first - he’s almost like someone living in a different world shaped by luxury, habits, and even fantasy-like thinking influenced by lakorns. That disconnect is exactly what makes his character so funny but also interesting, because underneath the comedy, you can tell he doesn’t actually understand people or real-life value in a grounded way.

The dynamic between Peach and Thee is where the story really comes alive. Peach essentially becomes an unwilling life coach, constantly pulling Thee back into reality and forcing him to face things he’s never had to think about before. What’s fun is that this isn’t just a one-sided “teaching” relationship—Peach also gets pulled into Thee’s world in unexpected ways, leading to moments where both of them start learning from each other.

As the story progresses, Thee’s character slowly shifts from being purely out-of-touch and comedic to someone who begins to understand responsibility, awareness, and emotional depth. Meanwhile, Peach also becomes more emotionally involved than he initially expects, which adds warmth and chemistry to their interactions.

Overall, Me and Thee works because of its strong character contrast, comedic misunderstanding of reality, and the gradual emotional growth that comes from two completely different people being forced into each other’s lives.

A dive into Japan history with Oda Nobunaga

Honestly, this movie is a gem, and I understand that not many people may fully grasp historical and culture impact in this movie.
I think to fully appreciate this movie, you need a bit of context and background knowledge, and that excites my geeky side to dive into it all and let you all know.

If you've watched anime, J-drama, or movies, or read manga, you might have come across the name Oda Nobunaga. If you haven't, let me introduce you to one of the most significant figures in Japanese history.

Back in the early 1500s, Japan was fragmented into dozens of independent territories, each ruled by a daimyo (feudal lord). These families created clans and were often at war with one another, with each lord acting like an independent king. The Oda family was one of these clans, and Oda Nobunaga was the son of its daimyo. When his father passed away, Nobunaga became the new daimyo, facing considerable resistance from family members and rival clans. However, he eventually rose to power, earning the title "Demon King of the Sixth Heaven." His rule was noted for innovative military tactics, the promotion of free trade, civil government reforms, and the start of the Momoyama historical art period, but he was also known for the brutal suppression of those who resisted his demands.
Nobunaga had a dream: to unify Japan under one rule. He worked alongside two other daimyos towards this goal. His name holds great significance in Japan's history and its current state as a unified country. Culturally, he is often portrayed as an eccentric figure; in his youth, he was regarded as a delinquent, frequently wearing commoner clothes and mingling with peasants. Because of this, many manga and anime portray him as foolish or silly.

The movie follows Nobunaga’s journey from becoming a daimyo to the end of his life. Overall, it was a fascinating watch; historically, it was incredibly interesting. The film explores Nobunaga's relationship with his wife, which is not well-documented, making their portrayal in the movie even more engaging.

One aspect I appreciated was the alternative ending presented in the end. Historically, Nobunaga's fate remains uncertain as his body was never found, so the movie offers a hypothetical happy conclusion which i enjoyed.

Also, the movie features a stunning array of historically accurate costumes, with jaw dropping embroidery and decoration, especially in his palace, are breathtaking. It's a deep dive into Japanese culture, and if you enjoy that, I would certainly recommend this movie.

In terms of acting, the performances were excellent, and as a huge fan of Takuya Kimura, seeing him take on such an important role was thrilling. He remains incredibly handsome even after all these years and i am always happy to see his work and found him to potray my favorite verison of Oda Nobunag.

I highly suggest looking up more information about Oda Nobunaga. The movie does an excellent job of illustrating the different periods of Japanese history and how Western influences began to shape the country but for more lcarity you may want to dug deeper. While the movie is quite long, it's definitely worth the watch.

Voice over-actor, why?!

It was my first CDrama set during the Republican period, and at first it took me some time to get into the history.

From the middle of the series onward, it becomes increasingly interesting, making it hard to stop.

The plot is the best part. Very original and interesting. Male actors are all superb. I liked all of them, from the ML to secondaries like Tan Si or Old Fu.

There are many visual effects, and the war scenes are very well done. Big resources of personnel and materials.

I’d like to put a better score, but some issues don’t add up:
- Why use a voice-over actor? The voices used are not credible and annoying. The main actors have very beautiful voices, so why use studio voices? Childish and absurd voices for women, and voices that don’t match the mouth in general. It doesn’t give credibility to the performance, not to mention the voices used for foreign actors that make them look like idiots.
I’d like to ask the platforms to re-launch the series without a voice-over actor. I’m sure it will make the show deserve 10.
- Apparel. A lot of resources in personnel, arms, and scenery… but no budget for proper clothing? Only for the military, and in the last episodes, you can see good clothing. At the beginning, it is ridiculous, especially for foreigners who look like clowns or were taken from Disneyland. The FL wears almost the same clothing at the beginning, and it doesn’t look realistic to keep the coat and the hat at home.
- FL despiste other comments, I don’t feel any chemistry between the ML and her. There is more chemistry between the ML and Second M. I feel she looks the same in every scene. No matter the death or love.

Anyway, I liked it so much. From the 10th episode, I ate it. And I’d like to watch it again if they delete the voice-over.

Comedy becomes a Tragedy

They make the girl an orphan in Ep 4. Not worth watching beyond that, or even up to that point. The story begins as a comedy and takes a sharp and unexpected turn for the worse. It was good to begin with when the corporate lady becomes a housewife and mother, giving up her job.. Something seems to have gone wrong during the production as they first make her quit the job, and then when they decide to kill off the father for no apparent reason, she has to resume working.. It all doesn't make any sense. It's just what could have been a great story, gone utterly, horribly wrong. Rewatch is out of the question. Regret watching it even for the first time.

Overall, it is a good series and you can definitely watch it

This series was recently dubbed in Hindi around mid-2025, and I started watching it between 15 March to 3 April 2026. It is a bit long, but since it is a rom-com, it stays entertaining.

In this series, you get sitcom vibes, bromance, friendship, and slapstick (physical comedy). There is also a touch of breakups and relationship drama.

The story is about a group of friends who are struggling in their life and careers, but everything is shown in a very light-hearted and fun way. In Season 1, all the characters slowly start understanding their own love stories, but there is no proper closure or clear ending. So I am still waiting for Season 2, and I heard it may come soon in Hindi dub.

Overall, it is a good series and you can definitely watch it. Yes, there are some silly moments, and in a few places the comedy feels a bit forced, but it is manageable and can be ignored.

From my side, I recommend it and give it 7 out of 10.

It doesn’t matter if they want to change the name hundred time people won’t stop comparing this trash with legendary Princess Agent.
They should made full closure in Princess Agent instead of make a new then marketed it as sequel

10/10* star rating is just simply NOT enough!

One important thing I'd like to point out, and I'm not saying it's an inherently bad thing, but after seeing it so many times, it gets repetitive, boring, and even annoying or exhausting to invest your own emotions/feelings into the relationship of the characters that they are to have to just receive a few affectionate scenes in the last episode or two, then cut it short, skip so many important steps of the relationship development, and just hop onto smex right away or marriage even..? Like, make it make sense. If you are tired of series like these... 'Duang with you' could never!

This series is filled to the brim with smooth relationship progression, and even tho the talking phase is apparently totally different for each and every one of us, it does not disappoint. The anticipation that you built over the first few episodes is plentifully rewarded, and you will even get seconds - imagine. On top of that, when you think that you already ate well enough, they double down.

If you are a big fan of the romantic scenes, brace yourself because I don't think I've ever seen a couple that has such natural kisses and interactions overall. Their chemistry is truly unmatched, and their bodies seem to blend so naturally as if they were meant to be together from the very start of their existence. Just another proof that TeeteePor choosing each other was written in the stars - soulmates finding each other.

It's Teetee's and Por's first time having ML and acting out scenes like these, but they have already exceeded their senior colleagues in so many aspects! Of course, we have to give credit to the acting coaches, director, and production, as well as the others who ultimately helped make 'Duang with you' come to life together with TeeteePor.

The storyline goes very smoothly, nothing feels out of place or like it's missing, and it actually MAKES SENSE - unlike many other series I have seen in my lifetime.

If you believe communication is the key, you're in for a treat. They simply don't skimp on talking through tough situations and their feelings, uneasy scenarios and emotions get resolved very reasonably, and it actually makes the way they talk about it feel very real. It really helps you get immersed in the story, their relationship status, and it will make you believe and gulp down every interaction they have and every word they say. You won't be able to help but keep falling in love with the series, the characters, and, most importantly, the actors themselves.
But let me tell you about the sound effects, the BGM?! That's the true cherry on top of the cake here, don't let me get started on that! *Pip Pip Pip PIp Qin- Teetee Teetee Duang!*

As for the main characters; some might call Duang cringy or embarrassing, but for me, he is just lovable and endearing, and I don't get what everyone's problem is with how he expresses love and joy. So you BETTER watch your mouth! Some call Qin cold or heartless, but all he needs is love and understanding because he is just as lovely and adorable as Duang. Patience is the way to go on a long run. Side characters are just as delightful and funny as these two so look forward to them.

Happy endings are what I personally love, and I can't stress enough how much 'Duang with you' and TeeteePor are my pride and joy. I fell in love with them, and I don't think I'll ever be able to recover from them. This will be the series that will stick with me till the end of my days (not to sound dramatic). If you decide to give this series a chance (as you should) and get to know TeeteePor and others, they will inevitably grow to your hearts and won't let go.

If you still yearn for more after watching the series, I highly recommend reading the novel. You won't regret it, I promise. <3

Supporting cast steals the spotlight

The leads definitely have chemistry, and the secondary characters’ stories are decent. But the female lead is just… really poorly written. It’s not only about the lying—it’s the inconsistency between how she’s portrayed and who she actually is. I just don’t see the "good" in her.

The secondary couple’s story is far more beautiful. Honestly, I wish their narrative had taken center stage instead.

The writing overall isn’t very strong, and it’s clear this series leans heavily on romance, which
the series delivered... averagely.

Anyway, Hou Minghao is absolutely beautiful here.

A cute and healing series with two great leads.

PLOT: HaRan, head designer at a major fashion brand, has been living in a kind of "winter" since the death of her boyfriend seven years earlier. She meets Chan, a project manager and character designer at a large animation US company, for a project. He seems very sociable and cheerful (but he hides his wounds and traumas). He does everything he can to help HaRan overcome her depression, with infinite patience (and a lot of love).

+++ Chae Jong Hyeop and Lee Sung Kyung: handsome, talented, and moving, with great chemistry.
+++ The actors are all convincing, endearing, and very human. I particularly love the couple Lee Mi Sook and Kang Suk Woo (mature couples are rarely developed in dramas).
+++ Effective direction that maintains the mystery until the very end.
+++ Coherent story (or almost, it's Dramaland after all ;)
+++ Korean OSTs -> OK

But why, why, why?
### The FL's idiotic (stupid? inconsistent with the character) attitude in episode 11: Why do FLs have to be purely selfish and self-centered? Why this refusal to listen and understand?

Where Humor Meets Palace Intrigue

I didn’t expect to come away from this drama with such a strong impression, but I have to admit - it’s excellent! I’m very pleasantly surprised by how much it held my attention. It is an easy and enjoyable watch, even though it includes dramatic moments and unexpected plot twists. I’m not a fan of overly exaggerated comedy, but here the amount of humor is just right - enough to make you laugh and keep you wanting to watch more. The ML is wonderful and does an outstanding job portraying a "mad, tyrannical emperor". The FL is surprisingly interesting, and the supporting characters are vivid and memorable. Altogether, it creates a charming story with remarkable depth.

My heart still cry for those kids

I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a movie that has left such a lingering impact on me as this one did. Even though I watched it several years ago, the haunting images and emotions linger in my mind, and every few weeks, those children resurface in my thoughts.

I vividly recall the wave of sickness that washed over me as the credits rolled. The unsettling atmosphere lingered long after the film ended, and when I uncovered the true story that inspired the movie, it felt even more heart-wrenching than the fiction portrayed on screen. I found myself in tears, overwhelmed by the gravity of the situation, and I spent countless hours scouring the internet for articles, desperately searching for any information that might offer some reassurance about the well-being of those kids. My curiosity even led me to dig Google Japan for updates, as the story seemed to sink deeper into my soul, leaving me flat-out devastated.

This narrative is incredibly difficult to absorb, yet I firmly believe it’s one of those films that everyone needs to experience, no matter how challenging it may be, in order to bring understanding and awareness of the harsh realities it depicts. Just the thought of this film brings tears to my eyes, the entire time I was watching, I wished I could leap through the screen, wrap my arms around those children, and save them from their tragic fate.

I genuinely don’t think a simple box of tissues would be enough while watching this story; it’s the kind of experience that scars itself into your memory, casting a shadow that lingers long after the viewing. It will forever occupy a space in my mind, and I suspect it will do the same for anyone brave enough to watch it
