Second lead couple total Fire and passion

I did try to like this one but the story was lacking. Let me start with the good:

1. Amazing, simply smashingly amazing love story between the second lead couple
2. Love the villain and his acting, and again the whole second lead story. The chemistry was through the roof, acting was top notch, it was worth watching only for them ( similar situation to My Journey to you, Fated hearts), where the second leads stole the show and the first lead was so boring
3. Ok, even if I want to talk again about the acting and second leads I will leave it here and say a few words about the first lead female - she was so so good and convincing in her fighting skills that I was like, finally a woman that has great fighting, acting and belivable aura as a general/fighter
4. Well, the first male lead was very boring, could not see him as smart or an amazing fighter or anything extraordinary. I know people mentioned that the novel was not like that and they did him dirty ( i have not read the novel) but I am willign to beleive they altered his characer badly. It is not the actor's fault for sure as he has seen him in the Story of Cunning Palace and how amazing he was there but I guess he could not show his potential. Also, by watching Cunning Palace I believed the rumours about dating Bai Lu because their chemistry was insane
5. High budget, good OST
6 And amazing second lead villain. Yes, I had to say it again :D

Now the bad:

I will not get into details but the story was lacking . This had to potentila to be at least 80 episodes. 40 was not enough
The othing about first male lead I already mentioned above so no point mentioning it again

I think this is the first drama I’ve watched that wasn’t centered around romance. At first, I honestly thought I would end up dropping it, but since Yang Yang was finally back on screen, I decided to give it a chance—and I’m so glad I did.

Yang Yang definitely didn’t disappoint. The entire cast delivered strong performances, and the friendship and teamwork between the characters were one of the drama’s biggest strengths. Their chemistry felt natural and made the group dynamics enjoyable to watch.

The drama hooked me from the very first episode. The mysteries and plot twists kept things interesting throughout the story. While some twists were a little predictable, they were still executed well enough to keep me invested. The fight scenes were also well-choreographed and added to the excitement without feeling repetitive.

One thing I really appreciated was the pacing. There were no episodes that felt boring or dragged out, and each episode gave me a reason to continue watching.

Overall, I had a great time watching this drama. If you’re looking for a series with compelling mysteries, strong friendships, exciting action scenes, and little to no focus on romance, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

A Simple Story That Created Magic❤️❤️❤️

Hidden Love is proof that a drama doesn’t need a complicated storyline, huge plot twists, or massive production to become a masterpiece. Sometimes, all it takes is a simple story told with sincerity and heart with the right cast. This drama hit all the right spots and created something truly magical. It’s amazing how such a simple story could leave such a huge impact and stay with people for years.

I love this drama so much! The characters felt so real that they made me believe they exist somewhere in another world. Even now, I still think about them and imagine their lives. Three years later, I am still stuck in my Hidden Love era.

What makes this drama so special is how genuine everything feels. The family dynamics, the sibling bond, and especially the relationship between Duan Jiaxu and Sang Zhi all feel natural and authentic. They don’t feel like fictional characters, they feel like real people. Their love story is pure, comforting, and beautifully written, and I can’t help but wish them endless happiness.

I love Duan Jiaxu and Sang zhi so much!! 😍😍😍. They bring me so much joy, and watching them together always makes me smile. The warmth, care, and respect they share make their relationship one of the most beautiful I’ve seen on screen. I truly wish everyone could experience a love like theirs.

I keep rewatching this drama, and it never gets old. No matter how many times I watch it, it brings the same happiness and comfort. I’ve never been this attached to a drama or rewatched one so many times. But Hidden Love is different,it’s a story I could revisit endlessly and still fall in love with again.

For me, Hidden Love is more than just a drama. It’s a comfort, a happy place, and a story that will always have a special place in my heart. The fact that such a simple story could create such deep emotions and leave such a lasting impact is what makes it truly special.

Korean version of Stranger Things

"Some people are different. Others are late bloomers. Others prefer the quiet outskirts. But there is no such thing as a nobody."

The WONDERfools feels like a Korean version of Stranger Things — set in late 1999 in the small town of Haeseong, where secret laboratory experiments, children with superpowers, and four outcasts trying to save the town all come together.

At first, the title made me hesitate. I honestly expected some silly comedy, which is absolutely not my cup of tea. But I’m so glad I gave this drama a chance, because it turned out to be a real blast.

I was hooked from the very beginning. The comedy is hilarious, but still natural and grounded. The action and fight scenes are captivating and well choreographed, and the chemistry between the characters is fantastic. The drama finds the perfect balance between humor, action, and emotional depth.

I especially loved the female lead, Eun Chae Ni, played by Park Eun Bin. Her quirky, spontaneous, chaotic, brave, and authentic personality was such a joy to watch. I honestly wish I could be as free-spirited and true to myself as she is.

The WONDERfools is an incredible drama that keeps you hooked until the very end — absolute perfection from start to finish.

Now I’m waiting for season 2.

Good kisses.

This was quite short, only 4 episodes around 8 minutes long each.
The story was nothing special but is was ok, it's hard to make something with a lot of detail when it's that short.
It had beautiful visuals and music.

The acting was good, they had a some chemistry and the kisses were good.

The YinWar Effect!!!!!!!!!!

A 10/10 show. I genuinely didn't find a single flaw in this show. The story had me hooked from the very first episode, but the real MVP is War. His performance as Joker is easily one of the best I've seen in a BL. He brings so much emotion to the character, and those crying scenes? Absolutely devastating. Also, why is he such a pretty crier?

And the chemistry between Yin and War? Insane. Every look, every touch, every scene together felt effortless. They didn't just have chemistry—they had me giggling, kicking my feet, and forgetting I was supposed to be paying attention to the plot. Every episode left me wanting more, and by the end, I wasn't ready to let these characters go.

Interesting Story, Rough Execution (Pacing and Script Issues)

I don’t know, folks. I’ve like the leads in other dramas, but I went back and forth on this one. The short runtime is definitely a plus, since it doesn’t require a huge time commitment and is largely why I could finish it out. The storyline itself is pretty interesting—but I struggled with the dialogue, which felt repetitive, and some of the tropes gave the male characters a forced aggressive exterior that frequently crossed the line for me.

I think the main reason I struggled with the execution is that the script just didn’t land for me. There were so many repeated misunderstandings that, if trimmed, the series could probably have been reduced to 10–15 episodes. It often felt like for every two steps forward, there were two steps back, with the story resetting the characters to where they were in episode one. That became frustrating over time. There’s a lot of potential here IMO, and I think the actors did the best with what they were given. But overall, this wasn't a win for me.

wasted potential

Net is HOT okay, he is wayyyy too hot and the only reason i continued this series but tbh it just had sex and i felt no chemistry at all, besides uea was extremely girlish, like i get it HIS CHARACTER IS SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE THAT, BUT i did not like that. I don't like these type of characters especially boys who act girlish

Awesome fight scenes

The fight scenes were phenomenal. I enjoyed watching the the friendship of the three main leads. The only downside was that it felt like the bad guy got away with so many things or kept on returning because of the no kill pact. It is always a pleasure to see Yang Yang on screen. He carries an amazing and mature presence.

chaotic cute couple with dreams

I enjoyed the K-drama so much. Every episode was entertaining and sweet.

I think it's so sweet that dongman was Always there for ae-ra and hugged her when she cried. I also got butterflies in my stomach when they cuddled, kissed, or were generally cute. I think the chemistry between the two is sooo good. I can only say positive things about both of them.

I have mixed opinions about the second couple. Whether Jooman cheated on her or not is a matter of opinion. But he should have told Seoulhee right away that the girl kissed him and he should have cleared things up immediately, rejected her and blocked her. It has been seen several times that he saw his girlfriend in her when she was helpless. I understand that he might not have wanted to hurt her, and you could tell he really loved Seoulhee, but still it's not okay. There were moments when they were really sweet, but she didn't deserve him.

about the story itself: At first it's more of a friends-to-lovers story, but towards the end it gets a bit deeper. Dongmann must choose between his dream and aera, ae-ra finds out what happened to her mother, etc.I can understand Aera's fear that he would get hurt again, but I think it's good that he chose both, or rather, ultimately chose her more. And the drama is supposed to be based on a true story, which of course makes it even better.

Why the AI bulshit?

I like this drama so much but HATE all those AI over wies of places. You can just fucking use drone...are people actually that lazy/"poor" to use AI with so simple stuf?
Drama as story is nice with good turning points (so far as I've seen) but can't get over the use of AI.
I don't think that I will be rewatching this drama again cause of the AI.
Like to hear other people discussions about this topic and your opinions on it, also if you have other dramas with this kind of story (without the AI) please let me know.

Ticket to Heaven may become one of the most important Thai dramas of the year.

Just finished Episode 1 of *Ticket to Heaven*, and honestly, the 1 year and 6 months of waiting was worth it.

Even though this is only the first episode of a six-episode series, I already feel that this story has the power to raise awareness and start important conversations. Set in 1996, it reminds viewers of a time before broader LGBTQ+ acceptance in society. While some people found understanding and support, many others—whether gay, bisexual, pansexual, or simply struggling to express their identity—were treated as if they were sick, broken, or in need of fixing.

One of the most heartbreaking realities portrayed in the series is how some young people were sent to seminaries or religious institutions in the belief that their identities could be changed. Rejection is painful for anyone, but rejection because of who you are is a different kind of wound.

The atmosphere of the series perfectly matches its theme. The sadness, the isolation, and the weight carried by the characters are felt in every scene. It already has me emotional because the story reflects the experiences of countless people—Catholic or otherwise—who have faced similar struggles in real life.

The direction is excellent, which comes as no surprise. This is another remarkable work from Aof Noppharnach Chaiwimol, the director behind Bad Buddy, Last Twilight, A Tale of Thousand Stars, and Moonlight Chicken.

And with Gemini Norawit Titicharoenrak and Fourth Nattawat Jirochtikul leading the cast, I have no doubt I'll be watching this series more than once.

If Episode 1 is any indication of what's to come, *Ticket to Heaven* may become one of the most important Thai dramas of the year.

This is gonna hurt bad...all the way, but it will be oh so beautiful

So here it is, after this looooooooooong wait......and it has started to deliver right from the start. I am telling you this is going to be one of the best dramas of 2026....

I'm so in love with Fourth's act as a quiet-reserved-repressed character....he's acing it, as always...and my heart just breaks for Tanrak... Barth and Tanrak are in that stage where you feel this strange pull towards someone you don't know how to define, you also vaguely know that the other person is attracted to you, and hence you love to tease them all too see their reaction....and yet all of this happens under a veil of apparent innocence, without an explicit understanding or spelling out of what and how they feel...but the pent-up tension is all too obvious....its exquisite as you watch it unfold..and then BOOM!

BL-Needle Score: 7.5 Reasonably high BL-ness

I have been waiting forever for this one. This is a subject very close to my heart because the theme of this show deals with an extremely important and relevant subject - that of homophobia from one's closest people, loved ones and family. The pain of rejection from one's own family and loved ones is THE most damaging thing to ever go through for young queer people. It has been pretty common, and unfortunately still is, in many parts of the world, to see parents sending off their queer children to be 'converted', 'cured of the sin' of homosexuality. And more often than not, religion plays a big role in perpetuating such harm, violence and damage. I have seen catholic gay men up close, going around in a loop of self-loathing, suffering and struggle, just to reconcile their selves to their faith, and in turn, fail miserably at any form of meaningful human connection. More importantly, their parents and immediate support systems, the people who should have loved and protected them, have pushed them towards a life of guilt, shame, and misery, all in the name of God. We need to have more conversations around this and we need parents and families of queer people to be a part of these conversations.

I know this is going to make us cry loads, get angry, scream and sink into desperation in the days ahead, but we need stories like these, we need them to be told, seen, heard, and repeated, so that no one is ever made to go through shit just because of who they are, and who they love...God, if he exists, is not sitting with a magnifying glass to judge your 'sins', its just us humans playing the power games using God's name ...

Other than that, this was also the next intense act for Fourth-Gemini after absolutely flooring me in Moonlight Chicken, followed by a big disappointment in My Love Mix-up. To top it, this is Aof's direction. It can't get better than that I guess.

I am hoping this show will help people become at least a little more aware and kinder.....and that this absolutely stellar combination of actors, director, and storytellers will help this show be a narrative changing act.

So far the cinematography, script, acting and music has been great and it can only get better in the days ahead. The only sad part is that this is just 6 episodes...I definitely wanted more. Anyway, while it lasts, DO NOT MISS IT

Great show but deserved a better and convincing ending.

Build-up and plot was so good but ep 11 and 12 seemed like a haphazard wrap-up to the story. Quite a few loose ends and questions that deserved to be answered. If only kdramas have endings that live up to the initial eps and story. Anyways, loved the bonding between the characters and their classmates at the end. Ofc, I love me some Park Solomon in non-romance dramas.

I NEED 50 MORE SEASONS

I don’t even know how I ended up rewatching this more than 10 times, but at this point it’s not just a show for me anymore.
What really hooked me is the chemistry between Teeteepor. It feels so natural, like they’re not performing but just existing in the same emotional space. Even the smallest moments between them feel charged without trying too hard, and that’s what makes it addictive to watch. At first, the story comes off as a fluffy, easy BL—soft, cute, comforting. But it slowly builds into something way more complete. You get the cuteness aggression moments, the NC scenes that actually feel emotionally grounded, and then the angst and sadness that hits harder because you weren’t expecting it from something that started so light. What I love most is that, underneath everything, their relationship feels genuinely healthy. They communicate. They don’t drag misunderstandings for no reason, and there’s this sense that they actually try to understand each other instead of just reacting. That makes the emotional parts even stronger because it feels real, not forced drama. At some point I just became too attached. I wasn’t just watching Duang and Qinn anymore—I genuinely wanted to protect them through everything. And I can’t lie, I did wish we got more from JamieMars. I know it was more like an introduction to NorthOtto for their first series, but it still feels like we were a bit robbed because their chemistry had so much potential. Even then, I still love how they handled everything and what they gave us—it just left me wanting a little more. plus they didnt tell us who is pae's "crush/partner/the one who called him in the bar" ....
It’s the kind of BL that starts soft, builds depth quietly, and then stays in your head way longer than it should. idk what else to say .. SIMPLY 10/10 .
