Maybe you should try it out?

For some reason, I love some parts of it (you may check the trailer as well), and has a potential but because of the drama was short length, I already know possible happen since lately I found dramas similar like this and expected the ending whether it was good or not. Additionally, the music is good and gives the story more meaning. For me, it was okayish short length drama (compared to other short dramas I've watch) and you may want to try as well if you want but don't make your expectation too high like other dramas that have longer duration since they are not the SAME!!!

Enjoy and Good Luck!!!

☠︎ Emotional Obsession: One-way Ticket to Hell! ☠︎

Can I belong to you? Why is it considered a crime? Am I not allowed to love you? Our main characters will be filled with countless questions and pondering about these matters.
I can't even begin to describe how captivating and elegant this drama is.
Each character possesses an intense obsession for the person they love and care for, driving them to go to extreme lengths just to be with them, even if it means resorting to murder. What adds to the intrigue is that it doesn't stop there, as this obsession will ultimately lead to revenge. But will the revenge be as straightforward as it seems?

The revenge isn't just about taking a card or two, but it's also about playing with the mind, which adds an intriguing twist to the plot. She unexpectedly fell in love with a man, but was it merely a coincidence or true love? Is this the happiness I've been searching for all along? She gazes at what she perceives as happiness...

Version 1: Seo Woo Jae, in my opinion, was one of the most captivating characters. Sure, he had his flaws and was quite self-centered, but his obsession made him intriguing. Can we really fault him for being unable to rein in his emotions? Should he be held accountable for everything? Personally, I don't believe so. He didn't deserve what happened to him.

Version 2: Jeong Hee-joo had her family to look out for, but somehow she's being held responsible for taking a path she wasn't supposed to go down. Was it really her fault, even if she sought forgiveness?

Version 3: Goo Hae Won was thirsty for revenge, dying to let others know her pain, and still sees that we can't blame her. why?

Version 4: Ahn Hyeon-seo had an air of mystery about him, but one thing was certain - he truly adored his wife. However, he had a knack for avoiding the truth and never seemed open to hearing any excuses or explanations.

This drama was absolutely amazing and I highly suggest watching it to truly connect with each character. The introduction is spot-on and the OST takes it to a whole new level. The storyline is unique and it quickly became one of my all-time favorite dramas. Trust me, you'll enjoy every single moment and be completely blown away by every scene.

Finally I watched a historical drama to support the latest work from actor Chen Zheyuan, and it turned out that this drama was quite good. Finally I found a drama that could make me wait every day for the next episode. What I like about this drama is the friendship between Yun Tianhe, Han Lingsha, Murong Ziying, Liu Mengli. They are all willing to risk their lives to protect each other. Very touching, the visual selection of actors and actresses is very good, they are very handsome and beautiful. Even though some of them have a less than good relationship, I hope they can come back to play an amazing modern drama. Good luck always actors CZY.

Be A Diamond!

Itaewon Class may be one of the most inspirational series I’ve ever seen. There is tremendous power in seeing one person doing all he can to achieve a goal. It’s another thing when that person inspires others to do the same by placing his faith, trust, and love in them. And Gwang Jin’s poem, “I’m the Diamond” which is read at the end of the pivotal 12th episode, sums up everything that the series is about.

Park Sae Royi is a young man who loves his father dearly. Sae Royi is a principled man who believes that people should be treated appropriately. Upon seeing a fellow high school student being bullied by Jang Geun Won, he intervenes. Sae Royi doesn’t realize that Geun Won’s father, Jang Dae Hee runs one of the largest corporations in the country. Of course, this is another series where the corporate bully steps all over the weak. Dae Hee demands that Sae Royi get on his knees to beg for forgiveness, even in the presence of Sae Royi’s own father who works for Dae Hee. Sae Royi refuses and is promptly expelled. Fearing his father’s disapproval, Sae Royi is shocked to learn that his father couldn’t be prouder of a son who sticks to his principles unwaveringly. When Sae Royi’s father is killed in a hit-and-run accident by Geun Won, this sets in motion a chain of events that provides Sae Royi with only one goal: the destruction of Jangga Co., the downfall of Dae Hee, and Geun Won brought to justice for his crime.

Kobe Bryant’s English teacher once told him, “Rest at the end, not in the middle.” Sae Royi is a patient man with his eyes never wavering from his goal. He spends seven years after getting out of prison doing odd jobs, reading Dae Hee’s biography, and arming himself with money and knowledge to carry out his plan.

Sae Royi is one of the most inspirational characters, who reminds me a lot of Rocky Balboa; the little unknown “David” attempting to take down “Goliath.” He opens a small pub in Itaewon. It doesn’t take us long to see how much faith and trust he has for his employees and friends. He believes in them even when they don’t believe in themselves. He harbors no ill-will toward them, but he’s also quick to call out any of them if they mistreat or disrespect others. I’m sure that many would love to work for a boss like him!

Sae Royi’s true weapon, however, comes in the unlikely form of Jo Yi Seo, a young woman with an IQ of 162 who runs her own blog, carrying a massive platform of followers and subscribers. She’s rough around the edges, to say the least. She speaks her mind, never apologizing if her views and remarks hurt someone. To her, being honest with the truth is more important than tapdancing around with trivial and whimsical flattery that does nothing. While Yi Seo can be a little irritating at times, this girl knows what she wants and will do whatever it takes to attain it. She is so vivacious and direct that she doesn’t even think twice about telling Sae Royi that she likes him, or even warning those who get in Sae Royi’s way, that she will crush them. Kim Da Mi steals the series, in her depiction of Yi-Seo, in my opinion. She captivates and intrigues in every, single moment she’s on the screen. I’ve only seen her in “The Witch,” and “Our Beloved Summer,” but I’m enthralled by how diverse her characters are and how well she performs them. Yi-Seo quickly became my favorite character of this series. Tell me someone who wouldn’t want a veritable tigress for a companion; someone who will be in those trenches with you through thick and thin?

On the other side, we have Oh Soo Ah, who is Sae Royi’s high school classmate and protégé of his father’s. Oh Soo Ah is someone who will always straddle the fence; someone who is afraid to stand up for anyone or anything. At heart, she’s a true coward which is what all fence straddlers are. Too afraid to pick a side/position, they sit and watch. Oh Soo Ah loves the fact that Sae Royi likes her, but she makes no apologies for being completely unprincipled, including accepting money and working for Jangga Co, regardless of what happened to Sae Royi’s father. She is also incredibly superficial and selfish. Fortunately, for Oh Soo Ah, Sae Royi doesn’t hold it against her. He’s a bit naïve and gullible when it comes to Oh Soo Ah. When we see Yi-Seo with Oh Soo Ah, it’s easily apparent who the stronger woman is, and it’s hilarious each time Yi-Seo hits Oh Soo Ah with the truth of why she’s such a coward, exposing her at each and every turn. Yi-Seo is nobody’s fool, especially Oh Soo Ah’s.

Also take notice that Oh Soo Ah has a list of conditions that Park Sae Royi must meet in order to date her. Yi-Seo has none. And love never has conditions.

It's a true pleasure watching the journey of Sae Royi and his employees as they slowly rise up, deal with setbacks and even being virtually knocked out, only to come back stronger than before. They may get knocked down, but they keep getting back up. Slowly, we can see the believing in people and treating them right, begins to gain footing against Dae Hee and his unprincipled manner of doing business, where people are nothing more than pawns to be used, including his own sons.

The story arc even takes on discrimination, and beautifully so, as Sae Royi hires the black son of a Korean father as well as a transgender cook. In a world where transgenders are mocked, reviled, and frowned upon, the series strikes its own high point when Hyun Yi is about to go on a cooking show, and she’s betrayed when her “transgender” status is made public. While Sae Royi sticks by her side and lets her know that she can leave, if she wants, it’s Yi-Seo who calls her up on the phone and reads her the poem, “I’m the Diamond.” Yi-Seo knows all about just being who you are and never apologizing for it to anyone for any reason. It’s a remarkably powerful scene that should give anyone goosebumps as well as something to think about.

Performances in this series are absolutely stellar with Park Seo Joon, Kwon Na Ra, and others. Still, as I’ve already pointed out, Kim Da Mi is the highlight with veteran Korean actor, Yoo Jae Myung (Dae Hee) who’s been impeccable in everything I’ve seen him in (Stranger, Strong Girl Bong Soon, Vincenzo). He brings the corporate mogul to a whole new level, and the series wouldn’t have been nearly as effective without him.

Itaewon Class is a series that should get anyone fired up to pursue their goals and dreams. It’s a marathon, not a sprint, and we see why careful planning and steadfastness are necessary ingredients as well as being willing to lean on those who want to march right along side you. It’s also a series that encourages people to always fight against discrimination and injustice no matter where they rear their ugly heads. Don’t let those with money and power call the shots. Even the smallest person can rise up and fight effectively. The mosquito is one of the smallest predators on the planet, but it also kills far more people than any other animal. Sae Royi reminded me of a mosquito. He antagonizes, pesters, and bites, forcing a reaction.

The diamond is the hardest substance that we know of, and yet it's created due to enormous pressure. But once it's created, it can withstand anything. Don't let pressure get to you. Use it! Be a diamond!

Itaewon Class feels like a series that sits nearly alone in the echelon of series that inspires and encourages us to believe in the definition of nobility: being better than you used to be. Perhaps, that is reason enough to understand why this series resonates in the hearts of so many who have watched it.

Absolute Banger

Other than being completely bored by our main (?) pairing, everything else was absolutely amazing. There was not an episode that went by that didn't have me screaming and questioning the morality of my own life haha. These characters are so loveable and the ones that aren't you hate so much that you love them anyway. I have rewatched it twice since the first binge and can't believe GMM pulled out such an absolute banger. You're even forced to care about the most minor characters, on the edge of your seat wondering what will happen with them in their own lives. I haven't found a drama like this in ages and I'm not sure I will again for a long time.

A series that makes you feel like a warm hug.

I have binged watched the whole series more than 7 times and let me tell you, I always feel same the way I felt when I watched it first time.
The story, the characters everything just fits perfectly like puzzle pieces in place.
Aoki's character is like a 10 year old. Trying to figure out his feelings and being courages enough to face it. Whereas Ida is guy who wasn't a social person but was taken aback by the situation. The story revolves perfectly around on how Aoki and Ida's relationship changes and how they evolve.
Short series with the perfect amount of episodes just made to feel like a cup of hot chocolate in winters.

Sometimes Iffy, But Good

The cast was fantastic, absolutely loved the chemistry between our two mains. While no one else stuck out acting wise, no one made me roll my eyes either. Always a plus.

The plot was......mostly good. In the middle there were quite a few times I questioned why they wrote the script the way they did. Not to mention the story started out with such a bang, I feel like it was almost a lie with everything else you get watching the rest. I would love to read the original novel to see how it was meant to be.

The ISBANKY OST? Absolute fire. I could listen to that on repeat for ages honestly. But otherwise, I won't be replaying anything else. It was a good one time watch, but it wasn't something I could watch again. Unless I need a serious refresher before S2, whenever that happens.

I would definitely recommend for a light fun watch, but nothing more. The leads really carried the show.

Get ready for a rollercoaster of emotions!

It's the typical time-travel vs revenge plot, but with so many twists!

Marry my husband! it takes us on a captivating journey of fantasy, romance, and time travel. This enchanting series flawlessly blends a mesmerizing storyline with genuinely incredible chemistry between the leads.

The drama centers around two people who, through a twist of fate, find themselves transported ten years back in time. As they navigate this new reality, their paths cross, but guess what? One has a revenge to take and the other one has a first love that wants to pursue.

The first leads have awesome chemistry. You will literally be mesmerized by the palpable chemistry between them. The second leads, oh well! you will hate them greatly. They are the devil himself lol

Also, the visually stunning cinematography, complemented by well-chosen sceneries, elevates the mood. The aesthetics are magnificent.

overall, if you're in for a romantic fantasy drama with a great plot and chemistry, don't miss it:)

Beautiful Blend of Genres

Though the ML got on my nerves at times, and the FL was good, but not as good as her childhood character, this series manages to blend sports, murder mystery, romance, small town beauty and drama, friendship, and past secrets seamlessly. It’s not too much of anything, and just the right amount of everything.

I was completely wowed by the sportsmanship of the ML (and supporting characters). They made every match interesting and engaging, but it was not the total focus of the show. I still can’t believe they were able to mix all these things in without creating a total mess. Color me extremely impressed.

The entire cast was amazing, but the child actors really did me in. They were outstanding.

10 LIFES , 1000 YEARS AND 3 REALMS .... I ONLY LOVE YOU

fell in love with cheng yi by this masterpiece ... he made the character alive .
the story of drama was really epic and heart touching, they were many misunderstanding between the leads but it solved out in the end and because of those misunderstanding their feelings for each other got stronger in the end.
there were arc of their past lives i hope it got more scenes or a bit more story of their past lives. the story of FL made me feel sad like how she was created and become war god and do things she doesn't want to.
i like how ML sacrifice everything for FL and things he did for her without her knowing. it was very well written as well . how they show the past life of both the actors was very good.
the cast have done a very good job in doing there role , i liked all the supporting role especially fox and monkey ( you know)
when they were all together to do a job was really a fun thing to watch. i didn't skip anything in whole show.
all the character have their own story to tell and each one was good .
i definitely didn't like hao chen at all. i hate his character very very much ... on the other hand i liked the actor more . he done well in portraying a character which was this bad.
the ost of the drama was really good and it's hits different on later episodes.
if you are looking for a drama with great love story , little adventure, amazing supporting characters , hateful villain , great ost then it is for you.

(P.S. TYR NOT TO GIVE YOUR HEART TO ANY CHARACTER SOON BECAUSE YOU WILL FELL IN LOVE WITH TENG SHE......)

It's not that bad or to good, it's an average drama.

It's not that bad or to good, it's an average drama.

1. ML- nothing bad regarding ML character.

2. FL- I have read comments of issues regarding the FL, yes, some were practical & some were illogical. When she broke up with ML 8 years ago, she broke up with telling the reason, from her perspective it may be only choice, because if ML give ups his dream for her than she may guilty for her whole life.
On the other hand, if she have told him the situation she is in now, he might have found the solution for the problem.
So it's difficult to say whether she is right or wrong in this.

3. ShaSha (FL cousin sister)- For me ShaSha's character, dialogues, reasons were illogical from start to end, FL was much better.

4. AI development shown in medical device & AI development in technology in sign language, I loved this that.

5. But the drama's main concept was on communication tool, which is just a communication tool, which is required for just only communication, & what is the need of emotion, feeling in a tool which is just a communication tool.

And mainly where AI & technology are developing, the mobile brands technology, features have developed so much & still it's developing, so mobile brands will install software in their mobiles & they will develop this software day by day & people will get this software installed on their mobile for free, why people will buy extra device only for translation purpose.

6. The writers decided to show that ML & FL was married & skip their ceremony. ShaSha & Wei Tian wedding ceremony was shown & it's good, but after they went for medical help, what happen there & how they got back together, everything was skipped & directly their wedding ceremony was shown.

Not for all, but its brilliant for those who can appreciate this type of story

I love this series. I love how calm and crazy it is at the same time. The characters personality and development are just too relatable that you just can't hate them for their choices. The story makes me feel like I was in the same space as they were. I am sure that the story contained toxic relationship and some subtle manipulations, but It didn't feel heavy at all. The way the characters communicated with each other made me feel fine even amidst the chaotic situation that they were in.

Watching this will make you realize that all people makes choices on how to handle their issues, and sometimes it might not be right for us, but it might be the best option to the people involved. Surely some people might not appreciate this type of series, but ones you relate with it, you'll appreciate how mature the characters were.

Such a great surprise

This is by far the best chinese mini series I've watched so far.

Highlights:
- the leads chemistry was insane, the kisses were real, frequent and captivating.
- the romance development was actually well done, specially considering it's such a short screen time compared to dramas of traditional length.
- the story line was actually interesting, intriguing and I was interested until the end.
- the plot execution was also quite good, the best I've seen in a mini series. I didn't have the feeling I usually get from these mini dramas where it seems like they had 2 dollars and a dream.
- the male lead was... perfection. That's just my entirely subjective opinion.
