is series had an attractive script

This series had an attractive script with a wonderful characterization of Wuxia. The first two episodes, but one seems strange until you get to the fifth episode and fully connect with the world of the series. This was new to me as I was seeing modern Wuxia. the comedy was great. In some places, the story was serious, but most of the time we had a story that was not serious at all and you just burst out laughing. I want to say that this season was an introduction to the beginning and the series has a second season that they want to start filming, but they did not give any news about the names of the main cast, which will be announced this month.
The actors of the series who gradually fell in love with their characters. So you are going to face a professional team with talented actors. It is obvious that the director studied the story completely and tried to choose the best actors for each role. This is why I like Chinese live action. Their choice of actors is wonderful. On the contrary, Koreans always go for the strangest choices. let's move on..

It had wonderful music and songs. For such a style, he wants an emotional song that will stick to the whole song.

by the way series is extremely attractive.even though it is the second season, it will not leave you with nothing, A story arc is over and we have to wait to enter the new arc of the story and explain some things that are left. I heard that they are going to make my film. Anyway, it's an interesting series. I want to say that the violence of this series is not a joke. They kill me, they kill me. You can see that they are cutting hands and oars, and some places may not be bearable for some people. But there are ambushes.

Not so great of a king...

How to fill 86 episodes story? Shove a ridiculous amount of side stories while giving little to no attention to the story of the king! The king often felt like a side characters until he gets his moments every once in a while. These side stories were abysmal to follow through, they don't really contribute much to the drama and the characters involved in them usually disappear after that. Also, somehow they all had the same ending/conclusion, what even is the point?! This is the worst tale of a king I've seen, even when the king gets his moments it doesn't do a good job showing what made him a great king. Being soft and goodhearted isn't enough to convince us. It's mentioned in the synopsis that he invented Hangul, although that was the only interesting subplot but it didn't happen until the last few episodes. In contrast, the beginning of the drama with the king's childhood was the weakest and the worst part of the drama. The drama is extremely rough for what it had to offer.

kinda boring

I have to find every single one of these episodes, oh my god. I finally finished with this; it took me forever. I am going to average it and then explain my rating by episode. 8 stars out of 10.

I started watching because of some sketchy YouTube video, and it started on May 30th, 2023, so it has been a while because it was October 10th. I mentioned that it was short and it shouldn't take me that long because its short. Boy, was I wrong? So very wrong.

Fan Rui Hao started dressing up as a girl, and I was just really confused. There was an extraordinary band thing with Ah Jian and Xu Qi Zhang, and it was really random but a really big part of the show. And Fan Rui Hao was the sexist person in the show. Oh my god, his victims were grogeous, and he is just oh my god. He got cheated on by his older brothers. I don't know why he attracts older men, but that was really weird.

I have a faint memory of watching this because of the dad scene, but then again, there are too many parts that I do not remember for me to have watched this. It's very nostalgic, and I'm enjoying it. I don't remember his name or how to spell it, for that matter. But the guy with the glasses and the dead dad are played by three different people: him with glasses, him without glasses, and him without glasses with wet hair. I am liking this show so far; it's cute and fun and very laid-back. You know it's going to be good when one of the main characters has one dead parent or two dead parents. It was not good, but what can you do? I am copying and pasting stuff from my reviews because I actually cannot remember this show.

The actors look older than they actually are.

Boring episodes. It took me forever to finish, and mainly because this sh*t was really born. I just couldn't really get into it because there was more plotting than actual plotting. Too many sad moments and background filler than actual content. It just got on my nerves. Theres a lot of potential with the misunderstood kid, the perfectionist, the double live kid, and some random musican, less potential for our second couple, but it was not reached, and it made me really disappointed, and its going to take forever to find all the episodes. I have nothing else to say besides that it was bad. That's it. I would not recommend it, but do what you want. Okay bye!

Cute

There are many dramas that are about marriages. This drama is not all that different from the others. The story is sweet and not complex. I liked that very much.

The actors are good, but sometimes they overacted a bit or seemed childish, which I didn't like. But if you've seen some J-dramas, you know that this kind of thing can happen. The supporting characters and the main couple did a good job and were pretty funny.

It was interesting to see the inner thoughts of the characters in this drama. I have never seen that in any other drama.

All in all, I can't say much. It wasn't the best drama, but you can always watch it if you want to see something light or a story that isn't complex.

For the love of Ramen

The FLs are well detailed, deliciously unique characters that keep intriguing you and you can’t help but fall in love with them. This Jdorama is about a Ramen consultant company and their pursuit to solve their customers problems. Each episode is as delicious as the ramens shown, finger smacking. There is interest throughout from start to end. No scene is a filler. Each minute is placed with delicacy. While one FL comes of age, the other FL has a mystery aspect to her and an unforgettable vibe to her. This is indeed an irresistible jdrama.

The Injustice of Justice

Finished binge-watching this drama this weekend and on Monday and as I watched each episode the more I became invested in the final outcome. This is not a "heavy" analysis of the drama - just a recommendation that this is one that you watch soon or put on your playlist as a MUST-watch.

The Story; A story of a serial rapist who avoids the consequences of his actions because of several things: The worth of a woman in historical times; the influence of power, positions, and profits; the public condemnations of crowds in an open forum; and the lack of evidence because of fear of other victims to come forward.

The Director and the writer do a good job of interweaving the story with a background history of the lives of the many characters that are portrayed. There is not a replay of any old scenes to fill up the filming, but genuine investment in character development and storytelling of the past lives of some of the characters.

I rate this drama at a 9.5 because it starts with truths from the past and truths we can apply in the 21st century. It continues with the truth (although distorted at times) and it highlights the perseverance and value of unwavering friendships. There were so many life lessons that can be drawn from the past and applied to current-day living. I watched the drama asking myself -- Do we judge others too harshly without knowing the truth? Or are we crowdpleasers throwing mud from the sidelines? How often do we victimize the victim publicly or in our hearts without knowing all the facts?

The conclusion of this drama is something you must judge as Justice or Injustice? What is the ultimate cost of justice? But it truly challenges your personal assessment of how we judge victims and how we treat those who are the perpetrators of crime against victims.

I really enjoyed this drama for its simplicity and fun. It didn't try to trick you or throw a curve ball your way it just was an enjoyable love story between two people. I was grinning pretty often while watching the two main characters interact. It was also enjoyable to see the ML's visible growth throughout the series as a person. The setting being in a hotel was also a personal favorite of mine. If you have ever worked in the service industry a few topics are covered that really hit home. Honestly there isn't very much to say. If you are looking for a lighthearted romcom with no extra frills I think this is a great choice to check out. Sometimes that's what we all need something lighthearted to make us smile.

Funnier than I thought!

I thought it'd be a cringey slapstick comedy but boy, it is actually REALLY funny.

In the sea of rising BL couples, it's hard to pick a favorite but I must say this new couple made it to my list!

I love how Korn is staring at Bud so affectionately and how Bud is shy (great acting on that btw!)

Love the chemistry and definitely wanna see more of them

Bud's visual is off the chart, I can't wait to see more of his work

This show is overall cute and funny. I love it!

I'm not sure how I feel about this drama

The trope was exciting, which got me into this drama (it was also free on Viki). A broke girl moving into a sharehouse with 2 other males and a female. One of the guys happens to be her first love, who wouldn't wanna watch this.

BUT a bit into the drama I realized I found her housemates creepy. A guy who has no emotions whatsoever. I felt sad for him honestly, a bit frustrated coz I couldn't decipher him. Another guy who's encouraging FML to spend the nights with MML, just asks them openly but this very guy also asks her hand for marriage? He legit asks her to sleep with him, says he's fine with her being pregnant with MML's baby and still wants to marry her. And the other girl who's very much obsessed over MML. Yes, I find these bits creepy, had it been me I would have hightailed out of that sharehouse the first chance I got.

But towards the end, they became less creepy I guess. They all enjoyed each others' company, supported each other, and had fun living together. I guess that's the only plus point in the drama.

When the only redeeming factor is a supporting actor...

What a waste of time... yes, certainly both leads had chemistry and they were cute on screen, but they remained flat.
ML did his best with what he was given, but all the abuse, the consequences from higher-ups etc. it all gets old very quickly when there is only the party-line of 'accept it and move on'.
FL is unconvincing, has limited range and besides a few moments where we see her fight (more than her boyfriend), she remains a dreamy ideal.

I really was not into her supporting cast. Cute and fluffy, but just plot stuffers that nobody needs.

The only part I kept on for was Liu RuYi, adorable or cute or gut-wrenching in every scene he is in never mind the nature of the overall scene. He is memorable in this up to his last scene in a character that is lovable and you cannot help but feel with him in so many moments.
It's really sad when the ML is so incredibly upstaged by most of his supporting cast...

The youngsters. A nice idea that could have been something incredible, was underused apart from some home-made drama, only towards the very end do the actors actually manage to make their faces work on camera.

The ending. What a wreck. For a wow factor at the ending where all you will feel is outrage. It is symptomatic for a really badly thought out script that cannot tell a continued storyline if its life depended on it (it did and it died miserably between Zhang Ling He's half open mouth in any given scene and the youngsters' empty faces).
The editing is shoddy and odd: beginning scenes of each episode that once are future glimpses, then again from the past make non sense and made it incredibly confusing.

This is badly thought out fanfiction (where a character sacrifice puts so much responsibility on his best friend... convoluted paths of 'destiny' leading both leads to dicover that their parents had an indirect connection... in a land that has so many people... the mc-guffin that is so useful and FL's heritage to the world discovered by chance... ) put to the screen with huge effort, but there is no substance here and it's really sad because we've seen how these dramas could be so much better. Even FomH was better and that is saying a lot.

ENTERTAINING, LIGHT FAMILY DRAMA

I love this drama. It's entertaining light family drama, like on the title it's hilarious and warm fuzzy story. It isn't complicated, budged friendly, flowing story, but definitely bring out the best of each characters into the screen. Every actors did awesome job in their characters, the director seems to know how to create humorous scenes without overdo it. Only 24 episodes suitable for laugh at the end of our stressful day. The Story is about Du Ru Yu has been a widowed single mother for the past 18 years, raising four daughters with very different personalities. She's tough on the outside but soft-hearted on the inside, constantly worrying about her daughters' marriages.

Liu Lin as Du Ru Yu/mom
An ex-tofu seller moved in to JiangLin town for better chance for her daughters to find husbands. A mother who tries to stay afloat in managing daughters who's different personalities and interests. After moving to Jiang Lin, she enthusiastically engages with matchmakers and participates in blind dates. Dealing with troublesome daughters, potential suitors who are still pending, and infatuated pursuers like Guo Zhen Sheng (Yang Hao Yu), a doctor and pharmacist (Ban Xia's teacher), loved Ru Yu and willing to share 90-10% profit from his pharmacy as long he allowed to live with her (and family) in which RuYu treated him badly.

Han Yun Yun as Chun Jin Rong/Oldest daughter
29 and 18 months yo, single and love luxury life, lazy, looking for prospect marrying a wealthy husband. Mom was trying to get her married but after a few attempt she remains single. Here came Shi Zi (Chang Long), a young Lord that had no intention nor interest whatsoever intertwined with her. Shi Zi mistakenly thought that Chun Jin Rong was the object of affection for the Fourth Prince and tried to form an alliance with her, which leading Chun Jin Rong to mistakenly believed that the Shi Zi like her. Of course, Jin Rong encouraged him just because he's single and the son of rich official. Unfortunately, Shi Zi's father against Jin Rong because of different social standing.

Jackie Li as Chun Pei Lan/2nd oldest
She loved to take care of her family, kind, frugal, very domestic, filial. She brought in Lu Bu Ping (Ren Hao) into her household, because he helped knock out the gang leader. However, he mistakenly thought he has killed someone and forced to work as a low-level servant in the Chun family. This poor guy worked so hard, not getting pay, just to be allowed a shelter and meals. Her family treated him as a servant, only on ep 13 revealed he's the son of the martial arts alliance leader. He learned from most amazing Stewart Xiu to appease Mrs. Chun's house-warming party.

Wu Jia Yi as Chun Ban Xia/3rd daughter
She's the smartest one in the family, very knowledgeable and learned to be a doctor from Guo Zhen Sheng, kind non-sense personality. She got to know a strong-willed Shen Wang Yan, a 3rd rank graduated scholar who came to the household in thinking the house was still belong to Sheng family for him to give tutorial. She didn't trust him, her opinion of him was very low while Wan Yan teased her mercilessly.

Li Jia Qi as Chun Ke Ling/youngest daughter
Tomboy, interested in martial art, lively, willful, and enjoys helping the weak while opposing the strong, often absent from home. the leader of Jianglin youth gang which only had 3 members. Accidentally she met 4th Prince (Gu ZiCheng) as he called himself A-Si, no one know he's the best candidate for Crown Prince, but he's very naive and innocent. He moved in to Shi Zi's mansion just to persuading KeLing and learned how commoners live.

Why I like this drama because there're instances that we Asians can relate to, family values that we cherish. I can see that the daughters are getting their suitable choice of good men and they'll end well.

very well deserving!

Rooting for him since day 1. He was so calm and composed, and i had a hunch that he might win this from the very beginning. He won, indeed! Gonna rummage through his past movies and dramas for me to binge watching later. So glad that you were also acted in my fav Kdrama ever - CLOY. Hopefully after this, you will get a super booom project as a male lead because you truly deserve it. A handsome cool man with, great strategist, and a genius guy on top of that. Ha Seok Jin, congrats again! You manage to recruit another fan (me and my friends)! haha!

The most satisfying ending

The winner deserved it hands down.
Ha seok jin, the problematic man, the awesome actor, the beautiful smart man inside-out. I went into this just for him and man, did he rose all up and above.
I saw him first in his drama, drinking solo and then followed all his dramas, very few variety appearances and of course problematic man. But here, he was the star. He understood the games, showed composure, had no nonsense friends and team, spoke out when it was needed and above all his comradery with see won, OMG!!! I was rooting for both them as I would for any K-drama leads. they were amazing and adorable.
Also hats off to Production team for planning it beautifully and not stretching it more than needed and also for slight twists and turns. everything was well executed.
Honorable mentions to Gulli, he was the brains, see won for her tenacity, dong jae for his approach and boo seungkwan because he is Seventeen and sweet.

The Eight Sense is a strong 9+

South Korean BL shows have been impressive lately, and 'The Eighth Sense' is no exception. It excels at delivering emotion and depth that sets it apart from the rest. Im Ji Sub (Seo Jae Won) and Oh Jun Tae (Kim Ji Hyun) make a stunning on-screen couple, exuding a natural chemistry that's truly captivating.

What sets this series apart is its exceptional storytelling. The romance unfolds organically, without any forced elements. In addition, 'The Eighth Sense' sensitively highlights the importance of mental health, which is seamlessly woven into the narrative. Credit goes to Inu Baek, one of the creators, whose track record includes such notable works as 'To My Star' and 'Where Your Eyes Linger'. His talent for creating compelling love stories shines through.

Overall, 'The Eighth Sense' is a masterfully crafted show that's a must-see for BL drama enthusiasts, and even rivals 'Semantic Error' for the title of best Korean BL drama in recent memory.

A cute, romantic and light series, therefore pleasant entertainment!

I really like Miles Wei and I was looking for a light and fairly short series (between 2 more serious or tragic dramas). It did not disappoint me.

PLOT: Meeting, partnership, friendship then love, between 1 FL working in a communication start-up and the ML, CEO of a large group. They will gradually overcome many obstacles together: rather unfair competition from business competitors, betrayal of trusted employees, rivals in love, differences in status, etc.

PROS:
+ Excellent casting for all characters, including secondary ones. They are well developed and very endearing (the solid team of co-workers, the ML's very colorful mother, the FL's parents, the best friend, etc.)
+ Viewers will be happy to see a very cute CL with Miles Wei in the role of the devoted boyfriend. They both develop a good chemistry and there are a lot of intimate moments :)
+ 2ary romances are well developed and not stereotypical (and they don't always end well, like in real life).
+ There is no Great Villain for the sake of being bad. The characters act quite logically, based on their own personalities and interests.
+ The production is lively, without length, and the duration of the drama is well adjusted.
+ The OSTs are very enjoyable.

CONS:
- certain problems which drag on for several episodes are resolved very (VERY) quickly.
- the "all's well that ends well" and the forgiveness towards all those who have betrayed, behaved badly, ... annoys me a little. We often watch this in dramas (with the ultimate repentance of the Great Villains) and, if this puts an end to all the problems mentioned, it is ABSOLUTELY NOT realistic.

=> A pleasant entertainment, short and heartwarming.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
