Valeu muito a pena assistir e ter minha própria opinião

My Journey to You me prendeu do início ao fim. Com personagens caricatos, outros misteriosos e outros completamente sem escrúpulos, o dorama conseguiu me deixar curiosa a cada episódio. A trama é cheia de tensão, intrigas, segredos e reviravoltas que me fizeram assistir sem piscar. Cada personagem tem sua importância e, aos poucos, vai mostrando que nem tudo é o que parece.

No fim das contas, fica evidente que cada pessoa tem uma percepção diferente da mesma obra. Vi muitas opiniões divididas, principalmente sobre o desfecho. A minha experiência, porém, foi muito positiva. Gostei da história, da construção dos personagens e da forma como tudo foi conduzido. E, sinceramente, nem do final eu tenho do que reclamar. Para mim, foi um dorama que valeu cada episódio. 😌

Could've been amazing!

I think the plot for this series had a lot more potential than what was delivered, even though I'm not a big fan of crime dramas. If you're gonna have a "murder mystery" gl then why make it only 7 episodes? That's too short to actually make it interesting imo. The relationship was cute and all but I knew from the beginning that Vicky's dad wasn't actually the one who killed Than's, even though he was involved and knew what happened. They could've made the couple suffer a little more when Vicky found out that Than wanted revenge. They had an amazing plot, great actresses with chemistry, a good production and still made a bland ass series. I feel bad for being harsh because the actresses did a great job but my expectations for the actual story were much higher. I'd say it was worth watching for the cute couple (as always!) but don't expect too much.

A hopelessly tangled spring romance has begun!

Spring Fever introduces us to Yoon Bom, who, after a bad experience in Seoul, leaves the capital and begins teaching at a small rural high school, Shinsu High School, where she initially appears cold and distant. But when she meets Seon Jae-gyu, she rediscovers her joy and tries to open her heart again.

The drama presents a plot I'd never seen before. As far as I know, I'm not familiar with any drama quite like it: a teacher embroiled in a scandal moves to a rural town. While it might seem similar to a few others, I hadn't seen it exactly like this. It's a very light romantic comedy, and you could say it's fun, although I found it a bit boring since I watched it to have more dramas this year. I can't say it was bad, though. Looking back now, I can actually say I liked it. The comedic situations were funny, and the romance was very well done, as were their sad pasts mixed with family situations. So, overall, I'd give the story an 8/10. It was good.

The drama uses a wide variety of characters typical of a rural town, which makes it less boring, as it shows us several relationships. One I particularly liked was that of Han-gyeol and Se-jin; they had excellent chemistry, as did our protagonists. They look beautiful together.

Here is my analysis of the main characters:

Seon Jae-gyu (Ahn Bo-hyun): The CEO of JK Power Energy. He is a strong and muscular man, and can often intimidate others, which has led to numerous misunderstandings.

Ahn Bo-hyun fit this character very well. He really looks tough and intimidating, but he conveys the warmth of his heart. I also enjoyed all the comedic situations his character creates; they were very entertaining. So I must say he did an excellent job here.

Yoon Bom (Lee Joo-bin): A philosophy teacher at Shinsu High School. She used to be outgoing and sociable, drawing attention with her lively conversation; her appearance was striking as well. Later, due to personal experiences, she gradually became withdrawn, actively distancing herself from others and choosing a discreet life.

Lee Joo-bin did an excellent job portraying the two sides of her character: initially cold and reserved because of her past, but slowly opening her heart. His performance was very good.

Overall, I give the acting a 9/10—a good job.

The OST is very good, I must say. Among my favorites are "Running Flower" and "You Are Spring"—they're so energetic. Overall, I give it an 8.5/10.

Would I watch it again? I feel like I should give it a second chance and watch it for enjoyment, not out of obligation. So I'll try to watch it with someone this time, since I liked its light comedy. So I'll give it a 7.0/10.

In short, Spring Fever is a drama that mixes comedic situations with intense romance, chaotic family situations, and themes of healing and overcoming problems. If you're looking for a light and comedic series, I give it an 8/10. They did a good job.

If toxicity had a mascot.

This drama really tested the limits of my tolerance for chaotic storytelling, because every time I thought it couldn’t get more unhinged, Wang Xuan showed up with yet another stunt that made me question whether the writers were trolling or genuinely committed to crafting the most toxic cutie imaginable. And the wildest part is that he sells it. Acting‑wise, he’s strangely compelling—soft‑faced, earnest, deceptively harmless—pulling off the gravity‑defying illusion of a nearly‑30 actor passing as a 16‑year‑old like it’s just another Tuesday. It’s impressive until you remember how wrong it is on so many levels, and then the discomfort settles in. His performance tricks you into forgiving things you absolutely shouldn’t, and I say that as someone who already served a self‑assigned two‑week sentence for letting his cuteness override basic moral judgment. But the obsession he plays with such casual ease is unsettling; he appears in every hallway, every building, every random corner the FL wanders into like he personally installed CCTV across the city. That’s not devotion—that’s surveillance supremacy, and the drama leans into it like it’s romantic shorthand.

Once you look at the character logic, the whole thing spirals into a parade of red flags. The ML isn’t just a gaslighter—he’s a strategic one. He kisses the FL while she’s intoxicated and asleep, gets called out by his own sister, and then escalates by letting his legs get broken so he can guilt‑trip her into caretaking. And instead of addressing the toxicity, the drama hands him a convenient cop‑out diagnosis—paranoid personality disorder—as if slapping a label on manipulation suddenly makes it palatable. It’s the kind of excuse that only works because he’s attractive; if this were an ugly old man, he’d be in jail before episode two. Meanwhile, his sister flips from “I’m single by choice, career first” to accepting a confession from a guy she doesn’t even like, a zero‑to‑180 pivot that feels like the script was written on shuffle mode. And while I genuinely love noona romances, this is not the way to go—this is the scenic detour into the swamp where every toxic trope gathers for a family reunion. They stacked stalking, obsession, boundary violations, emotional manipulation, gaslighting, and I’m honestly shocked kidnapping didn’t show up just to complete the bingo card.

Production only amplifies the absurdity. The BGM crashes into scenes like an overeager intern hitting “play” on whatever Korean or Cantonese OST they found lying around, blasting romance cues at the most ridiculous moments. It turns already questionable scenes into accidental comedy, stitching the drama together with borrowed soundtracks and chaotic energy that makes you laugh even as you question whether anyone expected viewers to take it seriously.

By the end, I’m fully aware that watching this makes me guilty by association, perpetuating a trope that should’ve been retired years ago. In real life, I would run far, far, far away from this ML. But in drama land—where logic is optional, aesthetics override ethics, and entertainment is the only currency—I watched it anyway, laughing, cringing, and occasionally questioning my own judgment. It’s wrong, messy, morally confused, and yet undeniably memorable in the way only microdramas with too many tropes and too little restraint can be.

Perfect Match

Perfect Match me dividiu. Ao terminar, percebi que não amei nem odiei a obra; gostei muito de algumas partes e me frustrei com outras.

O maior acerto, para mim, está na família Li como um todo. A relação entre a mãe e as cinco meninas é maravilhosa! Acompanhar a forma como elas se apoiavam, enfrentavam dificuldades juntas e demonstram diferentes formas de força feminina foi, sem dúvida, a melhor parte do drama.

Alguns casais me conquistaram completamente e tiveram uma ótima construção, enquanto outros simplesmente não despertaram meu interesse. Eu gostei do romance da terceira irmã, Kang Ning com o Chai Ai, que me lembrou muito de Orgulho e Preconceito da Jane Austen, e amei o romance da quarta irmã, Haode com o Shen Hui Zhao. Os outros não me pegaram tanto assim. Em vários momentos senti que o roteiro recorria a separações, mal-entendidos e conflitos desnecessários só para prolongar as histórias, o que acabou enfraquecendo alguns relacionamentos.

Mesmo assim, gostei muito de acompanhar essas personagens. Cada irmã tem uma personalidade própria, e foi impossível não criar carinho por todas elas. a mãe Li me irritou um pouco no começo mas terminei encantada com ela. No fim das contas, percebi que continuei assistindo muito mais pela dinâmica familiar do que pelos romances!

Visually stunning but bland show

At first glance, this Thai drama is undeniably beautiful: the production, the costumes, the atmosphere, and the leads’ performances all have a classic lakorn charm. But despite its elegance and interesting premise, the drama suffers from several issues that keep it from reaching its full potential.

The pacing and editing are the biggest problems. Instead of deepening the romance or developing the characters, the story moves slowly, with many repetitive and unnecessarily stretched family scenes.
Throughout the drama, numerous mini‑scenes are inserted here and there without clear narrative continuity. Rather than enriching the plot, these abrupt transitions break the flow of the story and make certain emotional beats feel disconnected or unfinished.

The family dynamics are also overwhelming. The ML’s mother is written in a very old‑fashioned lakorn style: exaggerated, loud, and exhausting. Most of her scenes tend to overshadow the main plot rather than support it. On the other side, the FL’s brothers are overprotective yet quite dull, and they mostly make the story feel crowded.

The romance itself, while sweet, lacks intensity. The main couple has good chemistry, but the relationship remains gentle and overly restrained, never quite reaching the emotional depth or passion that the setup promises.

Characterization is another mixed point. The FL is adorable, but her immaturity can be frustrating, especially when it slows down her (limited) growth. The ML, meanwhile, is so rigid and emotionally reserved that his development feels delayed and incomplete.

The soundtrack also feels inconsistent. While the main musical theme is lovely and fits the tone perfectly, much of the background music falls oddly out of context with the scenes it accompanies.

In short, My Cherie Amour is visually polished and well‑acted, but its slow pacing, choppy editing, repetitive conflicts, uneven soundtrack, and overly restrained romance prevent it from becoming truly memorable. It’s a pretty and safe drama; just not a fully satisfying one.

Short drama, long emotional damage.

This duanju caught me off guard with how tender, sweet, and awkwardly innocent it is—like it remembered what early‑stage romance is supposed to feel like before the genre got drowned in overacting and neon‑lit tropes. The leads carry that softness with an effortless kind of charm; their acting never strains for attention, never begs for laughs. It’s just naturally funny, naturally warm. Even the secondary couple leans into that understated hilarity—him slapping a tiny band-aid on her massive bruise was peak “sir, please” energy that made me shake my head in affectionate disbelief.

What anchors the drama, though, is its emotional logic. Shi Sheng’s vulnerability is written with care, and Wen Zhou’s slow, helpless slide into love feels earned rather than manufactured. The moment he cries at her pain—really cries—hit harder than I expected. And the sister calling out their parents for being objectively terrible? A rare accountability gem. The contrast between Shi Sheng’s kind mother‑in‑law and her own controlling, condescending mother adds depth without turning the show into a lecture.

Then there’s Wen Zhou himself—this stiff, polite man suddenly deciding that “punishment by kisses” is the way to break down walls and keep up appearances for his suspicious grandfather. I should be sharpening pitchforks regarding consent violations, but context matters. He’s not violent, not predatory—just hilariously literal after being told politeness isn’t how relationships work. Shi Sheng pushing him away reads more like inexperience than rejection, and the drama treats that nuance with surprising respect.

By the end, this short drama had me laughing, crying, and wondering why it decided to emotionally ambush me in under three hours. One of the best duanju out there—green flags everywhere, sincerity intact, and a payoff that actually feels earned.

Is there someone you secretly love?

To My Beloved Thief introduces us to Hong Eun-jo, born from the secret relationship between a nobleman and a slave. She has experienced firsthand the hardships of ordinary people, especially after her father fell ill. By day, Eun-jo works as a doctor, but by night she assumes the identity of Hong Gil-dong, a thief who steals from corrupt officials to distribute the loot among the needy. Gil-dong's exploits pique the interest of Prince Yi Yeol, an investigative enthusiast intrigued by the mystery of the righteous thief, though most of the palace officials don't take him seriously. In the course of his search, Yi Yeol meets Eun-jo and falls in love at first sight. However, when they switch bodies, the secrets they were trying to hide are at risk of being exposed.

The drama presents a plot very similar to that of Moon River (which aired in 2025), but although Moon River had more episodes, I enjoyed the development here more than in Moon River. It has a formula that captivates you: a fantastic body swap, very well developed, with fair and charming characters who care for each other. With only a few boring moments, the series also touches on themes of healing, family, and unity, which provided some good moments. It's a good historical drama in my opinion, and when we saw them in the future, realizing that their love transcended eras and the reason for the swap, it was truly moving. The series also includes good moments of tension typical of historical dramas, which kept me on the edge of my seat to see what would happen next. A very good story, with a few minor flaws. Overall, I give the story an 8.5/10; a very good job.

The drama makes use of a large number of characters, from the charming villagers to the corrupt ministers, which makes the drama even more captivating, as all these characters... They contribute something to the story, and let's not forget the chemistry between the protagonists, which was excellent.

Here is my analysis of the main characters:

Hong Eun-jo/Hong Gil-dong (Nam Ji-hyun): Born to a yangban father and a commoner mother, she was legally classified as a commoner through her maternal line. Her father valued her and raised her personally, which allowed her to grow up with a good character and education. After the family fell into poverty and her father became ill, Enzu became the pillar of the family, working as a healer in the Huimin district. Witnessing the exploitation and abuse suffered by the lower classes, she secretly used the food and medicine of the powerful to help the sick and weak, earning her the nickname "Good Girl" among the people.

Honestly, Nam Ji-hyun did an incredible job as Eun-jo, conveying her love for her patients and her desire to protect the needy and return what was rightfully theirs. When she played the prince, she also did a great job managing the character's seriousness, making it clear when she was playing him and when he was playing her. Her performance was excellent.

Prince Dowol/Yi Yeol (Moon Sang-min): With his imposing appearance and dignified bearing, he possesses an air befitting his status, but he deliberately presents himself as a carefree and idle individual, long considered someone who does nothing. As a child, his exceptional intelligence awakened in the late king the desire to usurp the position of crown prince, leading his half-brother to advise him to conceal his talents to protect his mother. Since then, Dowol chose to conceal his abilities, living a seemingly quiet life. In reality, however, he is resourceful and frequently participates in investigations at the Bureau of Research and Statistics, achieving numerous successes. His confident yet humorous demeanor is his unique charm.

Moon Sang-min was perfectly cast as the charismatic and mischievous prince. I truly enjoyed watching him, and just like with Nam Ji-hyun, I could tell when he was being himself or when he was being herself. He did a fantastic job.

Im Jae-yi (Hong Min-gi): Son of Im Sa-hyeong, the Chief Censor. He has lived under his father's control for many years, accustomed to suppressing his own will and obeying his orders.

I found his character very detestable; his bad attitudes weren't justified in my opinion, and his acting was okay, nothing remarkable.

Shin Hae-rim (Han So-eun): Born into a prestigious family, she is Im Jae-yi's fiancée and the queen's niece.

I found her character to have a very kind personality, and the actress's acting was good as well.

Overall, I give the acting an 8.5/10; it was good.

The OST was good but not particularly noteworthy for me. One song I definitely loved was "Loving You," so I give it an 8.0/10.


Would I watch it again? Maybe, but I'm not sure, as it didn't reach the point where I'd say, "I definitely have to watch it again." But this isn't a bad thing; I simply enjoyed watching it, and I don't think I need to watch it many times. So, I give it a 7.5/10.


In short, "To My Beloved Thief" is a historical drama that uses a fantastical element—body swapping—and develops it in an excellent way that never gets boring. The drama also blends romance with tense situations that keep you on the edge of your seat. It also includes reflections on life, family relationships, and service to others. Overall, I give it an 8.5/10. They did very well.

Third time watching and:

It's truly a gem. I don't understand how I can still love this series five years after it came out...
But hear me out : the soundtrack *chef kiss*, the actors are good and their performances are varied YES, i admit, sometimes cliché !
And yes, it's disturbing, it's pure violence, simple revenge, the typical mafia cliché. And there's some scenes quite funny who makes you forget.. just for a few minutes. And then suddenly, a BIG punch in the face, the fun stops completely.
For me, it works; the final episode still makes my stomach churn in 2026.
But DAMN, the journey to get there, I experienced the story so intensely that I felt a void and thought, "OK, so what happens now?" What happens once all that's over?

I can explain this feeling but guys... just tried it.

It’s bad. It’s fun. I kept watching.

This is one of those dramas you watch against your better judgment, fully aware you’re stepping into toxic territory, and somehow you still keep going. It’s a compact little chaos machine built on domestic violence, criminal schemes, and emotional manipulation, and the wild part is how watchable it becomes once you surrender to the mess. The show doesn’t bother pretending anyone here is emotionally stable. The older woman is stuck choosing between an abusive husband who treats her like a punching bag and her son’s friend—a smooth-talking manipulator running an illegal gambling scam who ropes her in because she’s a pushover with a heartbeat. It’s not romance; it’s a study in terrible decisions layered on top of worse ones.

The dynamic between her and the son’s friend is the kind of moral sinkhole you can’t climb out of. He’s charismatic in that dangerous way where you know he’s bad news but you still lean in, and she’s written like someone who keeps mistaking red flags for invitations. Their entire relationship feels like a slow-motion car crash, and the drama milks that imbalance for every drop of tension. And just when you think the writers have exhausted their supply of questionable choices, they toss in a BL angle like it’s seasoning—because of course they do. At this point, subtlety has packed its bags and left the country.

The thing is, it’s trashy in that addictive, rubber‑necking way. You know it’s bad, you know it’s ethically bankrupt, but you’re curious enough to keep watching because the absurdity becomes its own entertainment. Thankfully it’s short; any longer and we’d need emotional hazard pay. But for a quick hit of “I can’t believe I’m watching this,” it delivers exactly the brand of chaotic fun it promises.
