Well, this was done while Min Natwara was still a nang'ek, before becoming notorious nang'rai. She's not the only actress who switched. What's more of a hurdle in Kehas See Dang, or rather Kehat Si Dang (because thais obviously aren't capable of pronouncing "s" at the end of a word) is the lack of understanding of its characters, which prevails more than half of the drama. Pra'ek treats nang'ek so horrible she willingly leaves the house she lived her whole life comfortably, surrounded by loved ones and friends, just to avoid him. Then he suddenly starts hugging her and telling her that he loves her. In her place, I would be startled. As a viewer, I started to worry if he's gonna rape her (I'm not fond of rape-love story). Plus, he has another girlfriend, but that's hardly worth even mentioning, for some reason that is a part of any romance story. Even if I personally don't find it romantic. He is a doctor, wearing glasses, being uptight... Suddenly he goes for her. But IF that 1 kiss would not get interrupted, I would forgive:)) There is some rare cuteness about this couple. Andy is still young here but so understated in compare with his other roles. And Natwara's nang'ek has that spunk, that later made her such a nang'rai. But here she is not yet full-blown witch. She's just right. The last episode brings finally a closure, and explanation for the pra'ek's behavior, etc. They had to have this conflict because that was the plot. But sincerely, the leading couple's interaction got better in last episode only. Before that, too many other things, and them not showing their real feelings, kept getting in the way. Of course I was glad for the happy ending, I really liked them together. If you look closely you find Min Natwara was a real beauty, she looked stunning in this.

Another trainwreck.

This lakorn really lacks foundation. I was confused half of the time. I didn't know how they fell in love. The guy was for a lack of a better term to describe it is a douche from the beginning. He was only sensitive about her feelings, pushing and pulling with the girl. His love for the second lead was very blind also then he just suddenly falls out of love with her. It's a story with such a huge plot hole but I soldiered on. I was expecting another Padiwaradda story, which I absolutely love. The female lead here is the second lead in Padiwaradda that's why I can't wrap my head around the innocence that Araya was portraying.

Watch it if you want, you might enjoy it.

"Kehas See Dang" (which means:"The Red Mansion") is a lakhorn that has been remade several times. The latest version stars the veteran actor Andrew Gregson as the socially awkward doctor Ruj Rujiroj who comes home after 15 years to the Red Mansion after his step-mother dies. The painful reminder of her shameful past makes Ruj despise his step-sister who he becomes legal guardian to,the lovely Araya played by Mint Nutwara. Tension arises every time they are in the same room and it becomes a strain for Araya to live in the Red Mansion she has lived in her whole life, especially since she can`t come to terms with his unresonable hate for her mother. Both are still undenyably attracted to each other and Ruj clearly can`t keep himself from falling for her over the course of time.We also have three nannies of Ruj`s and a loyal lawyer who wishes for Araya and Ruj to marry someday.

This lakhorn is so LOVELY! It was surprisingly nice watching Mint and Andrew co-star on-screen and Mint had much improved on her acting here.I have quite become obsessed with Andrew`s acting and his dynamic presence on-screen and he really did a remarkable job as Dr Ruj.The way he walked, watched, ate and talked fit the stoic character of Ruj perfectly!I was amazed since i a lot of times forgot that Andrew even portrayed him.We get introduced to lot of fun and romance in this story. The hate to love relationship between Ruj and Araya was so sweet and entertaining. It was so romantic watching Ruj fight for her to come back to him to the very end.He was so sweet in his declarations of love and told her that she is only his,not Charlie`s or Pakanai`s.Such a romantic and possessive praek,i adore him!We have another destructive Nang Rai in form of Sowwarot (played by Charm Irvin) who is Ruj`s ex-girlfriend that never knew what she really wanted but loads of money.I quite liked her close (but kinda toxic) relationship with her father,it was them together against the whole world. This lakhorn is nicely done and well executed. The Red Mansion had such beautiful nature around it.I really enjoyed the scene where Araya showed Ruj the Lotus Flower place on the river, such a beautiful place!
