I'm not going to be particularly hard on this mini series, because I know it wasn't supposed to be a serious drama. It was just something fun and special for GOT7 fans. Overall, the story was cute, but kind of cliche. Girl meets boy, boy protects girl, someone has to die, etc etc. Don't attack me GOT7 fans, I'm just writing my honest opinion. Isn't that what reviews are supposed to be? read moreNevertheless, I think that the cliches of this drama were what made it cute. Plus the concept of Knights and Guardians was just too adorable. The ending was kind of rushed though, they didn't explain it well enough and I had to rewatch the end 3 times to understand what exactly had happened. It also seemed like they were trying to squish 3 different endings into one ending, as if they couldn't decide. The ending could've been better. Endings are always the hardest part to write. How does one wrap everything up but also leave the audience satisfied while also wanting more at the same time?
GOT7 is a musical group, so obviously their acting skills are not superb, but I think they did a great job despite the fact that they're singers. JB obviously has experience, but still.
The music was pretty much just all of GOT7's hits and a few others, so I already knew most of them. It was nice to have their songs playing in the background though, made it more enjoyable.
I don't really rewatch dramas/movies/etc, but since this was such a short and sweet series I'll probably watch it again if I have free time.
Although it seemed like I had nothing to say, I enjoyed the this mini-series. The only reason I gave it a 7.5 is because if I gave it a 8+ it would be like comparing it to big shot dramas out there like MLFTS, Healer, Kill Me Heal Me, Pinocchio, etc etc. Don't hate me. If you're bored and there's nothing to watch, this cute mini series will be perfect for you. :)
This drama was adorable. I must admit, I was a slight GOT7 fan before I watched this, and then became ahuge fan! and then a few months later I finally finished the drama (I took a real life break from dramas lol). My love of GOT7 had nothing to do with the drama, and my love of the drama has little to do with GOT7. The main reason I love the drama read moreis because it has a little mermaid feel to it, but better! since its not just someone who fell in love with a h uman, but *SPOILER ALERTS* adorable dolls who wanted to protect their owner *SPOILER OVER*.
I Loved the drama, the silliness, the warm heartedness when they were contemplating becoming human, I loved it all. I enjoyed this very much, and was pleasantly surprised by the ability of all involved to act. Fun short watch ^____^
One of the main reasons that made me recommend this is that both dramas are starring with k-pop idols who meet an ordinary girl and drama happens.. also these two are short and both have many cute moments~
The plots may seem predictable but they are worth to watch if you want something light without much drama.
If you love k-pop idols you may love watching it ~
I wasn't really a GOT7 fan before this, but it's a pretty good drama. The ending was definitely a bit weird in a way, but otherwise, it was really fun. It's got a really good story and is a short and sweet drama if you don't have a lot of time.
i might seems overly biased bcs im a got7 fan and i rated this 8.5 lol
but i really enjoy this drama and even though this is a short drama but the story actually make sense
its cute and it definitely has a story (not just like a fanservice kind of mini-drama)
i would have give this a 9 if the make different ending bcs it somehow ended kind of... weirdly i guess
This was a quite a bit cheesy, especially at the beginning. But once you got farther into the story, it started getting a bit more serious. I really liked the self sacrificial storyline. I'm not a Got7 fan (although I do like watching a lot of their shows and stuff), but I really liked this in the end. And because I'm a hopeless sap, I will admit I teared up a couple times.
