Heroine Disqualified (2015)

Matsuzaki Hatori is a high school student with a crush on her childhood friend, Terasaka Rita. She believes her life is like a shojo manga and Rita will eventually choose her as his heroine. However, Rita begins dating Adachi Miho, a nerdy girl in their classroom. Even though Rita has dated before, Hatori can tell that Rita really likes Miho, and it's the first time Hatori has felt threatened by a girl Rita likes. Because of Hatori's jealousy, the most popular playboy student, Hiromitsu Kosuke, takes an interest in her.

First things first the characters arent exactly likeable. You might experience the same kind of irritation. Mind your blood pressure while watching.

Main character had a crush on her childhood friend for the longest time. However, there was a girl he got involved with that he couldn't reject. Leading male's parent also abandoned him at a young age, but meet again years later.

Both Peach Girl and Heroine Disqualified are about a girl and two boys and their love triangle. both are of the comedy/romance/school/shoujo genre. In both movies the main character (momo in peach girl/hatori in heroine disqualified) had a crush on her classmate (toji in peach girl/rita in heroine disqualified) for the longest time. Meanwhile, the most popular male student (kairi in peach girl/kosuke in heroine disqualified) suddenly appears and steals her first kiss and confesses her. Both movie have many smiliar scenes. For example, When the first boy break up with the girl, she crying in the rain and the second boy hugs her. If you like one, I guess you'd like the other.
