Seven Rascals (1996)

The 7 Rascals are a group of orphans who look after the streets and live there. They work part-time in a fast food restaurant and earn their own school tuitions. They are brave kids who will do what it takes for justice to prevail. On the busy streets of the city, the kids are also known as the Tiger 7. As Tiger 7, they work in an amusement park playing cartoon characters -- singing, dancing and doing martial arts for the kids. Their mission is to protect kids from lowlifes who try to kidnap them and send them out as beggars, pick pockets and instruments of petty crime. They teach these scums a lesson they will never forget. To pay their fellow orphan sister Ji Sook's heart surgery, they join a dangerous mountain biking race. With the prize money, they save her life. For their bravery and camaraderie, 7 Rascals are awarded honorary badges from the local police station. Edit Translation
