The story begins with the tale of a classic Korean story of romance about a princess named Pyun-gang whose husband, On-dal dies. Then we flash forward to a mother who has brought her haunted daughter (also named Pyun-gang) to a psychic, who informs her that her daughter is haunted by the ghost of the princess . He then goes on to say that the girl must marry her On-dal by her 16 read morebirthday and produce a child within a year otherwise she will die. The family treats it skeptically until years later, Pyun-gang has several near-death experiences and is immediately spooked, convinced she is going to die. As luck would have it, soon thereafter, a new transfer student joins Pyun-gang's class. His name is On-dal, and he's intelligent, handsome and rich which really doesn't make the prospect of high school marriage such a tough deal for Pyun-gang, what with her impending death and all.-asianmediawiki

You will definitely notice right away this is an older movie with the low budget cinematography. The story is odd but outrageously funny with a cute ending. You think this whole time the guy doesnt like the main girl but by the end of it all there's a little twist.

The acting was average and the only thing that would've made the movie better was an A list cast.

I still enjoyed read more the movie so I would recommend it.

This movie is unreasonably childish, but hilarious at the same time.
The story is pretty straightforward and the acting is well done. I really enjoyed the fact that the female lead was such a strong independent character. She did anything and everything to get her way and never took no for an answer.
There were a few things i didn't like such as the actual 'romance' completely lacking between the two leads.. read more They barely have any screen time alone, and other then the fact that she needed him to save her life, they didn't seem to even like each other very much :/
Overall I thought it was a pretty good movie. Definitely worth it to watch it.

They're both stories about arranged marriage, but Marrying School Girl is about 2 teenagers getting married and My Little Bride is about a teenage girl marrying an older guy. Anyways, My Little Bride is so cute! It's a must-watch, I think :)

I watched this movie a long time ago, way before I became a fan of Eun Jiwon. And it's funnier to watch after knowing him. This movie doesn't really take itself seriously... acting was so-so but kinda funny too. :D
