After a series of UFO sightings across the Earth, people who were exposed to the cosmic rays emitted by the UFOs notice that their blood has changed color from red to blue. This strange physiological change creates panic among the world governments who fear that an alien invasion is imminent and that the people with blue blood are no longer human.
