A group of five medical students take on the task of conveying the "voices of the dead."
Kaji Daiki fails to get into a popular heart surgery seminar but is somehow accepted into a seminar on forensic pathology. When he approaches professor Sagawa and asks him why he ended up in the seminar, Sagawa challenges him by asking why he wants to study heart surgery. Daiki replies that medicine is meaningless after read morethe heart stops, but Sagawa counters that medicine also applies to the dead.
And so, together with fellow students Ryosuke, Kanako, Teppei and Akira, Daiki begins to explore the mysteries of death.

Yes I know I rated this show a perfect 10. You might be asking why I rated it so high. Well it's because it was so spectacular! I've seen quite a few Japanese dramas but this one totally sticks out in my mind. The cast was amazing and the story was fascinating!
My only negative comment is that the series was too short. :(

This is a great drama for those who want something a little calmer to watch, with a solid plot, a good sense of humour, a good dose of friendship mixed in & without blood, gore or organs.

I got a very peaceful feeling while watching it & the score is also fantastic. I especially love the opening sequence.

Eita's acting is very good in this one; I feel it really shows off read more how versatile an actor he can actually be. Could have done with a tiny bit more development but overall worth watching. :)

These two are both about exploring the past of the dead from a medical view as opposed to a detective investigation. The major difference is that VOICE is a story built up by a medical team whereas in Bull Doctor there are two leading roles from different backgrounds. There is no preference for me they are both excellent shows!

drama.net has it. While this isn't super old, you can find most older Japanese dramas that most other sites don't have here.

Not sure, but usually for J-dramas, there are fansub lists that have them for download. Try googling it...I never download so I can't pointout one, but actually a ton of streaming sites rip from these fansub sites. Off the top of my head I think there's one called Jdoramafans or something along that line? I'm sure you can find a bunch with a search...

Very interesting series. Like it that there is different stories in every episode.
    10 of 10 for me.

surprisingly boring :o I finished it though for Eita-kun and Satomi-chan's sake, but I dozed off in some of the episodes ;_; I wish they concentrated more on the chemistry between the characters rather than the mysteries, because the mystery part was weak.
