The story is about a romance between a Thai woman and a half Thai, half chinese communist man who were separated by status. Vipada met Wu Zhou Li when she traveled to China. He accidentally worked as a guide for the group of travelers she was part of. They fell in love, but she had to come back to Thailand and marry someone else as her family wanted. She never stopped loving Wu Zhou Li. 10 years pass. With the political changes China went through after the death of Chairman Mao, they were more open to other countries and Wu Zhou Li got the opportunity to follow the Chinese government delegation to visit Thailand.
