Watching this movie gave me butterflies. I was giddy the whole time. Kim Go Eun and Jung Hae In have such beautiful chemistry. I felt like I was falling in love with them as they fell in love with each other. The playlist is also AMAZING and befitting of the film's title.

That being said, the time gaps were poorly done. Conflict arises over situations that could easily be fixed. The breakups and reunions are very clumsily done. Definitely not a movie to watch for the story but more so for the feeling it leaves you with.

Eun Tak and Tae Hee love interest in Goblin apparently gets a second chance in their next life as Mi Soo and Hyeon Woo in this retro light romance movie. Their love story spans from 1994 to 2005, and we get to see the retro technology like radio, telephone booth, Windows 95, flip phone, and so on. It's a memory delight for viewers growing up in the 90's and amazement to the generation afterwards. Meeting at first time when she is a high-schooler and he just got off the juvenile detention center, Mi Soo and Hyeon Woo gradually start liking each other. Fate and hardship of life meets and tears them apart each time in 1997 and 2000 until the last meeting in 2005. Each time, the lack of communication between the couple is the real antagonist in separating them. And it seems like also the lack of communication from the production team separate the movie from the viewers with choppy scenes and bumpy relationship growth. The movie is saved by great acting skills of main and supporting actors and actresses, and the chemistry between Jung Hae In and Kim Go Eun is sweet. And off course some nice music. As mellow as it is, I will not re-watch this movie again.

It's a really good movie, but the movie was a bit depressing in the middle, but that's actually quite realistic in the world. Where there is not trust in both, the relationship won't maintain, relationship exist because of trust, "I believe in you", this is actually a powerful sentence that could made people a good day and feel not alone.

Just some of my thoughts, people in old times might have more courage than most of the people now. Back then, like this movie, they actually quite hard to connect to each other so they will express the true feeling to the person to make sure they see them again. Unlike now, I know I will see the person through social media or reality every day so I hide my feeling and waiting for her to find it out...

It is really a beautiful movie with a perfect song list.

And I was waiting for the ending that Mi-Soo and Hyun-Woo open back the bakery...

Tune in for Love felt very refreshing. It's a very light and heart-warming movie which I ended up liking a lot even though I'm not a fan of romantic movies.

Kim Go Eun and Jung Hae In's chemistry was insanely good. Their ineractions felt very natural. The whole atmosphere of the movie was actually quite realistic and it was very well directed. Well, with the exception of the time gaps which were very bad. The music though... so many great songs that fit the atmosphere perfectly.

The acting was very good. Jung Hae In is born to play romantic roles. His undenieable charms made me fall in love with him for the 477274th time. Kim Go Eun was surprisingly very good, too. This is the best role of her I've ever seen.

This movie is nothing so special, nothing that spectacular or creative. However, the feeling you get from it is the most important. Lack of communication is one of the biggest problem couples usually face and this movie showed this problem quite well. I recommend it to everyone who want to watch something more light and romantic. This movie will give you butterflies for sure.

" Tune in for love " had some problems with the editing, but had some good problems too.

The main story was good and melodramatic, even though it started as oddly as it ended. The couple had chemistry and the performances were perfect from both of them. These two helped the film a lot and made the love story intense and dramatic. They had some pretty good moments too, like towards the middle, when they met for the third time.

However, the presentation of the story was messy. The break ups were awkward and there were other misunderstanding that were just blown out of proporsion.

So, six out of ten.

This movie had a nice vibe and there were some really cute scenes between the leads but I still feel like it was missing something — namely, context/plot. Firstly, I wish we went more into the backstories, and secondly, there was a lot of potential for actual problems to pull the couple apart (which was what the blurb sold this movie as) but each time gap felt like it was pretty much just because they didn’t communicate. It felt like I was waiting for The Big Conflict, and it never really came.

Also, and this was understandable considering how less time a movie has vs. a drama, but I felt like the relationship between the main leads just wasn’t developed enough. They had their cute moments, but in terms of depth, every time they reunited, they just smiled at each other and it was a given that they would be together again; the time gaps just didn’t feel like time gaps because they were basically the exact same people with the exact same personalities years later.

I will say I really appreciated the entire vibe/aesthetic of this show — the lack of slow motion, special effects plus the color palette, transition screens, and not overusing OSTs…it all made the entire show feel that much more intimate and realistic.

This is the story of two people, who believe themselves to be broken; who believe that they aren't really worthy of anyone or anything. It's very hard to be in a relationship with someone with this mindset, as it isn't long before they look to the other person to fill the void that they believe exists in their life. The astonishing secret is this: there is no void in anyone's life. And nobody outside of yourself will ever be enough because unless you love yourself first, you will quickly find that you cannot give what you do not have.

Hyun-woo is a boy with a very troubled past; a past that he desperately wants to forget and keep from influencing his ability to create a life for himself. There is only one person of whom he dreams of spending a life with; one of the few people he feels that he can trust, and that's Mi-Su.

Mi-Su is a young woman, who also has a troubled past. She can never seem to get her life in order, and she views herself as a loser; a loser due to choices that's she's made in her life that have not brought her the fulfillment she seeks. The only person she feels remotely happy with is Hyun-woo, who shows up at the bakery where she works.

Hyun-woo and Mi-Su are two people who clearly like each other, but can't seem to find a way to connect for more than a fleeting day or so. Over the span of about 11 years, they float in and out of each other's lives, until finally, they are able to reach a more permanent connection.

Mi-Su is someone who has always had a difficult time trusting. This isn't uncommon from someone who's lacking in self-esteem and self-love. Hyun-woo is someone who is trying to keep the past from tainting his relationship with Mi-Su.

People keep secrets for a reason, and they should never feel pressure to reveal something if they do not feel ready. Prying, of course, never ends well. However, keeping a secret from someone can also come back to bite you.

The performances are very good, even if the plot loses a bit of traction in the last 30 minutes or so. Some of the scenes don't make a lot of sense toward the end, but ultimately, the director finds a way to save the story before it falls flat on its face.

I can't help thinking that Hyun-woo and Mi-Su will never be able to have a successful relationship until each of them begins to love themselves. A dysfunctional relationship involving two gloomy people, isn't likely to succeed. Eckhart Tolle wisely points out, "Movies always have those happy endings when the two people get together. However, they never tell you what comes after."

If the writer and director had filled in some of the holes of the movie, it would have been much better. However, this is a very watchable, and mostly enjoyable, film.

I was lucky enough to see this wonderful movie the day before I deactivated my Netflix account ( I am not a Netflix fan, LOL). The chemistry between Hung Jae In and Kim Go Eun gave me goosebumps, their acting was the perfect choice for this movie. The storyline develops on the base of how music changes throughout the years and also over a radio program that both of them love since the very first day of airing, like all of their lives are based on this program. Actually different from the classic Korean movies where everything is funny and cheesy because in this movie isn't all about love, but mostly about hardships of life and the difficult moments and problems that all of us faces and touches problem like the prisons and the betrayal in a couple... But music makes everything softer for all the movie length!
The themes are also more mature than other K-Movies, and that's the wonderful thing. Absolutely needs worth a try for watch, these are two hours but really well spent!

This movie was okay . I liked the love story . But it was really sad . I felt like the ending was missing something . Did they end up to gather or just friends . They are just looking at each other. I would have liked to see them get married and start a family after everything he went through .He deserves a really happy ending . All in all this drama left me feeling sad .I am a sucker for romance giggles and happy endings . If you like sad shows then this drama is more for you then i .

It's not that it was a bad movie . The actors are great . I just feel it could use a better ending . It was really lacking in detail . I hate guessing . I like to see things happen . I dont think I would watch it again . If they added on to the story then i would watch .

This is a nice little movie you can watch whenever you're feeling down and are looking for something uncomplicated to watch. However do not expect much from it. Yet, Kim Go Eun and Jung Hae In did a great job and their characters' feeling get though just fine. The chemistry between the two of them is incredible.
Regarding the storyline, nothing interesting happens, the timeline is managed very poorly and the writer wanted to make a big deal of some things rather small. They complicated things between the leads just so that the movie can last 2 hours.
I have no interest in watching it again, even though I truly love these two actors.

The acting is great but the story... so so

I'd really wanted to watch this movie after seeing the promo Kim Go Eun and Jung Hae In did with Begin Again 3. The movie has a very nostalgic touch to it that makes you reminiscent about some time past. I loved music chosen for this movie, they were very fitting to the mood the story was trying to portray. The acting in the show is also very great. I loved seeing the different emotions Kim Go Eun and Jung Hae In portrayed in the show... The part that I'm not quite satisfied with the movie is the story (which is such a big part of a movie). The way the conflict was set up and "resolved" (can't even say it was fully resolved) was so murky. I'm left confused by what exactly caused the climax at the end of the storyline and the "logical" reasoning it came to a resolution. There also doesn't seem to be too much of character development shown in the movie, albeit there's limited time for a story to be told in a movie format, but it just wasn't very smooth in my opinion. Overall, I think it was a solid movie considering the music and acting/cast but the story just didn't do it for me.
