Both dramas have the same actress as the main lead. Both main leads are going to know bad events about to happen beforehand and stop/change it. However, there's still difference between the two dramas which attracts you to watch it! Highly recommended! :D

they both deal with somewhat off-the-wall supernatural elements, but still have an overall likable and cute cast of characters.

Both dramas had one or more character having the abilities of precognitive dreams and for at least one or more of the characters, the dreams manifested into nightmares. Both dramas have the characters who had the precognitive dreams trying to change the outcomes of the nightmares that they had seen in their dreams.

It's similar in the fact that both are set in a school and both are supernatural mysteries. I watched Akumu-Chan 7 years ago so I can't specifically point out any other similarities or anything else but I do know that when I watched The School Nurse Files, Akumu-Chan was the first thing that came into my mind.
