Love Between Fairy and Devil Episode 8 Reactions
Yulin was greedy soooo serve her right! Yunzhong's crown... hmmm... Yunzhong was using yulin as a warning to everyone and Changheng. Hah! I said it before Changheng explained it to Ronghao. Orchid was his fiancée but he didn't know it yet :( When he said that to Yunzhong, he must be hurting too bcs he likes Orchid but for her protection, he was forced to do that. Does this count... I think it might, what I mean is in almost every drama there wld be mouth to resuscitation scene. What irked me is if the scene wasn't believable. If we think back, Changheng should be dead by now if it wasn't for Orchid saving him. So that future... Hmm..

There is something about Chancheng! I am not usually this fond of (second male leads) but he makes my heart so warm with the way he so fondly remembers the sweet Orchid. He is in his way doing everything he can to protect her since he thinks its impossible for him to be with her (since he is engaged to the Goddess) though he does not know its actually her,Doncuang is so darn alluring with his cold exterior but seems to be having a huge soft spot for the Orchid. The scene where they both fall for the Arbit Hall was so MAGICAL! And when he kissed her in the water-TALK ABOUT CHEMISTRY! The way he touches his lips...the way his chest felt crampted when he looked in the mirror and saw her marry Chancheng, he mistook it for her emotioms...ahhhh my heart!!

My heart broke when Chengheng eliminated her name and she found out it. I understand why he did it but alas the irony because if she is indeed the woman he is engaged with. I am so mad at that Rong Hao, I was thinking maybe he has atleast one good friend, tsk!.

A KISS?! ANOTHER KISS?!Do you all want me dead?DAMN!I'm slowly starting to get the appeal of not having emotions! I cried to many times and we are just at the eighth episode of 36... How am I supposed to go on?!Even though I'm thinking of losing my emotions, there's someone who is starting to get them back, and is apparently falling so damn hard for Xiao Lanhua! ?Shang Que was eyeing him like "Bro! I think you are starting to fall in love, pleasedonotkillmeIjustsaidthetruth!"We finally know what went on between Changheng and Lanhua, or at least the part we need at the moment to understand what's going on!This drama is killing me!

I like this episode because it allowed Xiaolanhua to realize that her crush' (Changheng) priority is the fairy realm and that he's not as perfect as he seemed. It's also the first time that XLH did something directly to protect Dongfang Qingcang from getting captured. We can see in this episode that XLH is a very open minded being and in the road to becoming the "best" version of herself.

That whole thing with the new mean fair was harsh. Real harsh. It also shows us that poor Chang Heng is a prisoner and that Orchid is in real danger if it's ever revealed that Chang Heng cares for her. YIkes!
Boy, the writer is definitely trying to show us why Chang Heng can't be with Orchid. Though . . . I can't root for him any more!!! Taking away Orchid's memories of 500 years ago!! WTF! I hate it when the male leads make huge discussions and violations for the FL all to protect them. Taking away their free will. Just be honest with her. Let her know that if she's open about her affections your bro will kill her.
He-he. I also think Dongfang Qing Cang shook himself. Giving her air after she pulls him off into the water to avoid the search. So dramatic! Orchid was so shocked, but poor Dongfang Qing Cang didn't know that he was cursing himself with his little kisses of life. Poor boy.
Wow. Orchid. I think she's starting to realize that she does have something for Dongfang Qing. She already pulled him off to safety cause she thinks Chang Heng will win in a fight. Then upon realizing he's Moon Tribe, but not his full identity, she wants to send him away. hmmmmmm. She even admits that she will miss him and the whole sweet taste thing is brought up. She now loves his company.
The sad thing is that while Dongfang Qing is definitely cracking. His root or emotional tree, that's the tree we've been seeing!, is coming back to life and there's a bit of greenery budding. All his sweet words and comfort doesn't feel real though. Because of the curse he wouldn't feel his way.
Random thought. But isn't it heart breaking that both Dongfang Qing and Chang Heng are hurt and imprisoned by those who should love them?
