The New Residents / 20th Anniversary Concert
Part 1: Yoon Chul and Yoon Hee show up and ruin Dan Tae and Seo Jin’s engagement party. When Yoon Chul introduces Yoon Hee as his wife, everyone gets shocked especially Eun Byeol. Seo Jin can’t stop thinking about Yoon Chul and it leads Seo Jin and Dan Tae to have a huge fight. Meanwhile, Unit 4502 is sold, and Ma Ri runs into the new residents when they move into Hera Palace.
Part 2: Seo Jin is diagnosed with vocal cord nodules and her doctor tells her to cancel her concert. The doctor also warns her that she may not have her voice back if she continues to sing. However, she can’t give up on her 20th anniversary concert as it can damage her reputation if the public finds out. Meanwhile, Yoon Chul visits Dan Tae at his office and asks him to let him join the Hera Club again. (Source: Viu)

In this episode, you will face shocking news : first Cheon Seo Jin has a problem with her voice so she needs to take a rest and has to undergo to surgery otherwise she will really lose her voice, which is what make her the top opera singer. 2nd news: since she can't postponed her concert, and she can't reach the high note, so she will hire someone to sing while she is lypsincing. 3rd news : Han Yoon Chul and Oh Yoon Hee are not really married, they just fake it to take a revenge on Ju Dan Tae and Cheon Seo Jin.In the first episode, you learned that a new neighbour is coming and he seems to be the JohnBIO owner. This person is Han Yoon Chul. He is so rich now and that is what other neighbours saw and want to be friend with. And Cheon Seo Jin can't help but feel angry. As for the kids, Jeni is bullied by Seok Kyung and Eun Byul because she once helps Bae Ro Na.
