Similarities between the two dramas:
- Main characters with traumatic pasts who are healing together
- ML tries to withdraw from the FL because he thinks his baggage makes him an unsuitable partner, but the FL pursues him anyway
- ML has a job involving manual labor and must work together with the FL on a project that brings them closer together
- Strong family/friendship themes

In both drama healing and finding someone to be yourself and improve as a person through that relationship is important. Work environment/office romance is also there in both. There are also many similarities between the main characters and of course the side romance.

Mm... Somehow the vibe of NNK felt similar to TSHLYE and both dramas deal with trauma. Both are good dramas with good chemistry between the characters. NNK is more comical though.

Healthy
This is the only other show that came to my mind if I think about healthy relationships. The mindset of the female lead is really great and the story is heartwarming.

Both give off very warm and fuzzy feelings, except Neechan no Koibito has romance while Nijiiro does not have much.

I wouldn't say that the couple in these two dramas have similar relationship but these dramas both:
- main couple have different career but they kinda work side by side with each other
- one of the main characters is very optimistic
- good friendship (Momoka with Miyuki & Issei with Haru)
- have a couple of goodhearted people that sometimes you question how is everyone just so good-natured that there are rarely indifferent people, tbh some may find it off putting but these people are good role models that I want to emulate them.

A little different in the storyline, however:

Both of these dramas have a focus on sibling relationships.
Both of them are very heart-warming.
Both talk about finding love as the characters grow and develop through the episodes.
Both features lead actresses who are very positive and cheerful, and they overcome challenges life threw their way.

The similarity lies in the overall feelings of the drama, the heartwarming elements, the way they both address more serious topics, the way they're both filmed, their themes and messages. I would say both dramas qualify as 'healing,' which is a big descriptor you hear for dramas these days. Both of these stories will most likely leave you with the same feeling when you finish, which is one of hopefulness.

Both dramas address heavy but important topics in thoughtful, gentle, but truthful ways, and the storytelling in both is slower-paced with a dash of slice-of-life feel. They are stories that make you feel hopeful and full, even in the bittersweet moments.
